• Gabrielle (10/5): Spectacular location and beautiful spot! - We absolutely loved the location, beauty of the bay, excellent service and staff, and awesome connection to the hotel amenities as well. We thought the area in which it’s situated was much prettier than any other beach on the island. The Villa was plenty spacious for 6 guests and the rooms and bathrooms were well designed. The check in time was a little slow but otherwise perfect stay.

• Gillian (7/5): Overall there was a lack of communication on a number of fronts that didn’t meet the price point - Kalypso - Location great - Views exceptional - Accommodation very good quality - The housekeeping and maintenance staff were friendly - Lovely bottle of white wine from local winery on arrival Management/Reception Staff were generally not forthcoming with information and were disorganised. No information provided to us on check in such as: - Is the drinking water clean? - How does the spa work? - Can we get a second key for a large family? - Transfers organised from airport well in advance via email were not logged in there system, hence no one was there ready to pick us up from Paros Airport. - We were not told if we could use the Hotel Kalypso facilities - Towels only replaced every 3 days due to “water shortages” but again management forgot to have ours changed on the 3rd day. - All records seem to be kept in an exercise book. - The spa did not work well. I did not get above 34 degrees.

The WIFI didn’t work after the first day The room wasn’t ready for a hour after check in No tea towels, or simple amenities for a self catering villa Customer service was lacking

• Angela (10/5): A wonderful Greek island experience ! - Location was perfect, the beach at our doorstep, quiet but only a 10 min walk into town of Naousa. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa was well-appointed, had a self-contained kitchen with top quality fittings and was very comfortable. We could relax in our own air-conditioned rooms, or as a group in the air-conditioned kitchen/lounge, or outside on the deck complete with a lovely view of the bay. It was an added bonus being able to order drinks, snacks or dinner and use all the hotel facilities. The free use of the sunbeds and lounges was most welcome considering the charges at some of the beaches. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests ( they even provided us with a greek briki and purchased a gas burner for us to make greek coffee !!). Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. The jacuzzi was available but not needed in the hot weather … a cool plunge pool might be better.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - das Hotel ist in der Nähe zur Stadt aber doch ein wenig abgelegen, so dass man seine Ruhe hat wenn man die möchte, aber auch ins Zentrum laufen kann für Abendessen und Ausgang. Der Service war super, alle Wünsche wurden umgehend umgesetzt. wir waren insgesamt super zufrieden.
