• Michael (7/5): Pleasant stay but better with a car - Pleasant room, friendly staff, close to flower fields. Nothing but next time we would take a car as it was difficult to get a taxi or food.

• Jidayud (1/5): Terrible experience ever. - Nothing at all Very noisy from machine room, the hotel let the machine alarm running whole day whole night. Also, you won’t be able to sleep due to the noise pollution from the main road.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great. Just infront of the flower fields. Also the amenities and quality is great for that price range. The breakfast was great too! The pool closes too early. But everything else was great
• Tunyarat (7/5): Good - The location is really good. It is close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The staffs are friendly. The small bathroom makes it easy to get wet when bathing. The bed is too soft, making our backs hurt. We always hear other people's voices from the next room or the hallway.
• Tunyarat (7/5): Good for short stay and to rest after traveling. The staff are very supportive. - The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive; they offered assistance when we reported that the air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning. They even suggested changing our room without us having to ask. Unfortunately, none of the available rooms had functioning air conditioners that night. However, on the following night, it appeared that the staff had made some repairs, and we found that the air conditioning in our room was working properly. The small bathroom lacks proper separation between the dry and wet areas, making it easy to get wet while bathing. Additionally, the bed is too soft, which causes discomfort in our backs. We can also hear voices from the next room and the hallway.

• Krister (8/5): A long stay in Khao Yai - Exceptionally friendly staff at a hotel for customers looking for a decent place to stay at reasonably low costs. I can recommend this hotel. The room could have been a bit bigger, otherwise no complaints

You need a car to stay here. Advertised free breakfast on the sign outside but it's not free. I would not give it a 3 star rating

• Sin (7/5): Good - The location is great. We have to wait for the breakfast to refill as there were too many people waiting to be serve. The dining room is too crowded.
• Azimah (6/5): Pleasant - Located besides the road so easy to find. In front of the hotel, there are Hokkaido flower park. There are also many strawberry parks nearby, Halal restaurant also close by. 7e and ATMs also close by. The sink 'clogger' cannot be pulled out. We had to put something in between so the water can drained. Because we stayed only for 1 night, didn't ask the reception. Also because they don't really speak English. You have to pay at the hotel. I didn't bring much cash, so tried to use card. But they dont have card machine. They only have QR payment, which I can't open. Tried with different phone also didn't work. I think its only for Thai netizen. Luckily the staff allow us to pay during checkout. Had to withdraw cash at ATM, and was charged about RM30 :( So make sure you bring enough cash here. Also they dont have iron so bring your own if you need it.

The stuff was not very helpful. They tried to switch us to another room which smelled. Just as bad. Unhealthy place to stay. I will never go back.

• Jochen (6/5): Used to be cleaner :) - i've stayed at this hotel 3 times before, it gets dirtier with each stay. this stay, i had a spoon on the floor and a lot of hair in the bathroom that was, despite asking for it, not removed. i will not stay again except i will see the reviews getting better.
• Anand (2/5): Very disappointed stay - Very disappointed because the check in lady said there was no booking , and turned us away After that we went to check in at The Stay paid ( hotel nearby ) and paid for 1 night baht 3,300- After sometime at 20.00 , the Fotune D plus Hotel called us to inform that they found the booking , they made us lose money and were very rude and did not offer any compensation Very sad to say all this But we shifted back to stay because our friends stayed there

• Ken (2/5): - Breakfast was limited but that’s not the complain. Had a horrible bout of food poisoning after consuming the hotel breakfast. Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. On the day of our check-in, while we were politely asking about check out times, she was staring at her phone throughout the whole conversation and seen uninterested to entertain any of our questions. Terrible, horrible experience, especially coming from the manager.

• Michael (6/5): Not recommended for Breakfast - Good for a comfortable bed (refer AC). Cost $A52 per night. Air-conditioning works however its layout means that you do not get any air flow over the bed which means it takes forever to cool down. Looks a good size however is partitioned 2/3 and 1/3 meaning it is of no value for lap swimming. Breakfast is terrible. No eggs to order. Eggs are fried only. Then choice is limited to cold sausages together with noodles or fried rice. Both mornings (together with other guests) had to wait for food to be cooked (and then was cold). Had to ask for both water and juice to be refilled.
