• YOHANNA OSPINA (10/5): - Lo que más me gustó de Jukung Guest House fue la tranquilidad del lugar y lo acogedor que se sentía. El ambiente era muy relajado, la amabilidad del personal; siempre fueron atentos. La habitación era sencilla pero cómoda, además, la ubicación era ideal para moverme fácilmente y disfrutar de Sanur con calma.

Even if the place is nice the walls are EXTREMELY thin… we can hear everything from every rooms under or on side of your.. I could hear the girls talking, laughing even with a room in between us.. so not easy to fall asleep with this.

• Angelique (7/5): Schoon netjes, leuk personeel. Kamers in ons geval gehorig. - Prima lokatie, schoon. Héél gehorig, wij zaten naast een jong stel dat dag en nacht pret had. Personeel reageerde er goed op, echt, muziek werd verboden ed maar het was een verliefd levendig stelletje en ze waren niet stil:) Hadden we iemand alleen naast ons gehad dan prima. Wij hebben zelf ook stiller gedaan voor onze buren.
• Erna (6/5): - Personeel super aardig, zwembad aanwezig, maar is wel heel klein. Erg gehorig en niet heel hygiënisch, is erg verouderd. Er is geen ontbijtzaal, je ontbijt rondom het zwembad.

Завтраки скромные или бутерброд или панкейк с чаем. Совсем рядом есть кафе. До пляжа минут 20 пешком. В номерах чисто, была проблема с канализацией , пришли прочистили. Выбрала этот гест потому, что у них была возможность оплатить на месте. Приятная, молодая, симпатичная хозяйка, свозила на своем байке в банк . Заказали нам трансфер до аэропорта. Рекомендую. Чисто, не шумно, хорошо. Все хорошо.

• Van Schaijk (9/5): Heerlijk! - De locatie, prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en personeel. Lekker zwembad, koelkast in de kamer en lekkere bodywash Eigenlijk niks.. de kamers boven zijn wel wat gehorig. Hoorde alles wat de buurman deed (en hij was helaas verkouden 😞). Wel dikke muren dus vermoed via plafond. Maar goed dat was dan ook het enige.

• Mariko (7/5): Good. Got to see the most of Sanur. - Great location! Just a few steps from good restaurants but away from the chaos of the Main Street. Some staffs were a little unhelpful when we needed them. Breakfast- so-so, sometimes we opted the breakfast to eat elsewhere.

A medencét rendszeresen tisztították (a bele hulló virágoktól, falevelektől), kristálytiszta volt a vize. Evi le szervezte a hajónkat transzferrel Penidára, majd visszatérve onnan használhattuk egy szoba zuhanyzóját, mielőtt a reptérre mentünk 🙏 Szeretnénk ide visszajönni. Nem volt ilyen

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Upgrade of linen and towels needs to be made. Towels are frayed and old especially bath mats. Some visible stains on pillow cases and sheets. This one change would make a huge difference to the feel of the property.

• Donna .B (7/5): - The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the location was great, down a lane way directly opposite the big Icon Bali Mall, which you can walk through the air-conditioned mall and have direct access to the beach, with a fantastic walking/cycling path and many restaurants and warungs and small shops. Stayed in room on the upper floor. The ceiling is made of rattan attached directly to the roof beams and is paper thin, so if you don't want to hear your neighbour fart, it is best if you request a ground floor room. Besides that issue, my stay was pleasant.

Being greeted with such friendly smiles every time you arrive or leave the homestay made it feel a lot like home Our upstairs room was bigger than expected and we appreciated the daily room clean and breakfast to our room If you want a quiet stay, this homestay is located adjacent to two busy restaurants that often have live music. It is also located where locals live meaning you will hear people coming and going, children, pets, motorcycles

Walls paper thin in saying that the couple next door did seem to speak very loudly and it felt like they were in same room.. Just be careful when booking as I thought I booked ground floor room but it was upstairs, a bit hard for our knees but no big deal. Not bad sized rooms but ground floor much bigger.

• Federico (6/5): Good place, but rude and unpleasant reception guy - watch out! - Loved this place! Super comfy, great rooms, and the location is spot on — central yet peaceful. I’d come back in a heartbeat! Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant interaction with the guy at reception — he was extremely rude and dismissive. While I would still consider coming back because the place itself was nice, his behavior was truly unacceptable and something future guests should be aware of. What made the situation worse was an incident with the guest in the room next to mine — an older man who was being extremely loud and making inappropriate, abusive noises. It felt deeply unsafe, especially thinking how distressing this would be for a solo female traveler. When I raised the concern, the receptionist brushed it off, saying, “You’re all the same, deal with it.” I had to insist multiple times and even threaten to leave before he barely acknowledged the issue. It was a very upsetting and mishandled situation. The staff member in question is a younger man with tattoos — and honestly, I believe this kind of attitude should not be tolerated in any hospitality setting.

Close to most places we want to go The safety ( we missed $ notes), the service ( almost non existence), quite rude, lack of efforts. The photos on booking.com don’t match the real conditions of the rooms/ property. Very disappointing with the bathroom/ shower wasn’t working properly/ broken so was the toilet. We are extremely disappointed!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the main road, but not easy to find as no sign outside and at the end of a very small road not accessible by car. The driver had to stop us outside the indomarket, which is just a few meters walk. The shower wasn't working properly. I opened the top bit and almost flooded the bathroom as the water was going everywhere. But the small lower part was working fine. Also, a sign to indicate the place from the road would help find it better.

I walked everywhere. Naksa restuarant next door is very very good. :) nothing actually...will be back for sure.

• Lesley (8/5): A little gem in a great location - Jukung Guesthouse was a little gem in a great location only 2 minutes walk from the main street and 10 minutes from the beach. Very friendly staff and a lovely pool. We had the slightly more expensive suite rooms on the ground floor with a huge bathtub but still excellent value for the location. A very comfy bed with big pillows. Next door is the Naksa Warung which was excellent and very cheap. There was a hot and cold water filter in the kitchen right near our rooms. Unfortunately the only place for smoking is by the front door so you have to walk past staff and guests smoking to get in. My bathroom vent was above the front door so sometimes my bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Cleaning service could be a little haphazard as they often forgot to replenish things like toilet rolls. I ran out three times. Some noise at night from the club across the road but could only hear it in the bathroom so not a big deal.

• Nikoletta (8/5): Very good - Nice little guesthouse. It was adequate for the few days I spent here before heading home. You can also request and choose breakfast. The staff is nice. They also arrange airport transfers if needed. You can leave luggage there if your flight leaves in the afternoon or evening.
• Gaetank (8/5): Very good - Very nice place with a good atmosphere, the garden with pool is small but charming. It is calm and I slept very well ! The bed are great ! And the room is really clean and good quality, definitely worth the price. A detail, but the wifi in my room was not good at all.

I would not recommend breakfast but plenty of choices nearby. Staff friendly and helpful but didn't "do the extra mile". I would still go back bc of the location and to support small businesses.
