- jeremiaho648 (6/5): Garden Court Milpark - Nice & welcoming place. The staff were courteous and my check-in was frictionless, under 5 minutes. My room was well prepared except there was no fridge & water. However, I enjoyed my breakfast. The only issue I had was the noise from cars as the place is not noise proof.

- Dami (4/5): Terrible experience for me and my kids - Room and bathroom was dirty with hair stuck on towels and all over the sink, no water was provided in room. It was a 4 sleeper but only 2 mugs and glasses provided. Lights worked randomly. Room service was non-existent, i called room service from my room to be told they dont do room service i have to come collect my food and drinks myself and take it back to the room. No variety on desserts and food. Very limited and options that was available, they didnt actually have. The guy at the restaurant was meant to call me back after checking with kitchen and forgot. When i called him back he says oh I forgot to call you!! We wanted to move rooms and receptionist just looks at us and sighs to our face showing she wasnt in the mood to assist and says theres no rooms available for us yet the hotel had so few guests. In the rooms we woke up to hearing people screaming and fights from another room. Experience was horrible and i would not recommend this hotel. I travel often and this was my worst experience from all places i have been before.

Insisted the food was right Customers word don't matter I was literally forced to pay food I did not eat Veggies were raw She questioned if is 1st time I eat lamb. The most diabolitical food I ever ate

- Bonnie (4/5): Safety concern - Security outside the hotel is a concern, and my room’s deadbolt/internal lock was broken. I asked for it to be fixed but it was left broken. No wash cloths, no hair shampoo/conditioner, slow check in (system was down), and charged for an extra day because my flights were delayed and it was too late to change the reservation. Regardless, they gave my room away and it was not ready for me upon my arrival. Breakfast was good though. Bed is comfortable.

- bengtnitram (6/5): Ok with some hiccups - Overall a nice stay, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast serving was very nice too. Everyone was friendly so it was just some small hiccups here and there that keeps me from giving it 4 points. For example when I came to my room the safety box didn't work, I asked in the reception for help and they would send someone right away. I waited for 45 min then gave up and carried my passport and extra cash with me. My check out day was wrong and the key card stopped working after 3 days. The restaurant wanted my room number when ordering a dinner that me and a couple of friends decided to have so I assumed they put it on the room but they prompted that we payed before leaving the restaurant. If you stay to eat at the restaurant have the buffet instead as I tried that too and I think that was better.

- 782valencias (2/5): Won’t recommend Garden Court Milpark - The hotel food service is trash, everyday we had to wait hours to get our dinner, our order miraculously vanished and we had to start from scratch. Ordered same meals on two separate days but it was not the same. The staff are not helpful, had to wait 30 minutes to get a simple straw for my drink. They gaslight you when they can’t deliver their services and plays a victim.

- gerritl240 (6/5): Dissapointed First impression - I had fond memories of Garden Courts. Booked into Millpark Garden Court with chrcking in not bad. I requested a quoet room away from highway and was confirmed. When I walked in the room it was not quiet and facing the highway. When I used the aircon it was louder than a truck. Went to front desk and complained. Was promptly move to another room. Was still facing the highway but aircon was little quieter. Still not the best but ok. The bathroom light kept fashing the whole 3 days I was there. The dinner was dissapointing and trying to get your food was a mess and payment was chaos. Breakfast was ok. I will vissit this hotel again in October and I will request again the same as before and will review again. Let us see if this was a onetime mess or not. I will report back
- russel (4/5): Break fast was a disaster with no cheese. - Breakfast was a disaster with no cheese for omelette,and all the coffee machines broken not working.Food was cold,it really was just not good. I was disappointed with food.Ice machines not working the Saturday and as such we could not have ice. Please attend to the above as these are very important issues to your patrons

- Vanderlei (4/5): Ruim de mais, nunca mais eu volto!!! - Primeiro não achavam nossa reserva, esperamos 40 minutos ate resolver o problema, feito isso, no dia seguinte no cafe da manha, fomos informados que somente 2 adultos poderiam tomar cafe da manha, e queriam cobrar a mais por isso, mas minha reserva foi feita para 3 adultos, nem eu explicando que iria embora um dia antes por conta do Corona, e que já havia pago um dia que não iria usar eles não deixaram um de nos tomar o cafe, Lamentável!

What guests like to enjoy is by having access to view variety of channels so that they do not regret their time of stay for the entire duration and they will recommend it in the near future to others
- siphiwon2017 (10/5): Hidden gem - It's a clean, functional and efficient well located hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. It is suitable for business and leisure travel. There is a small pool to keep the kiddies entertained on a warm evening. The food is good. Overall good value for money.

Friendly reception to get u booked in n safe car park opposite the hotel A four storey building with many rooms for a nice stay Rooms r spaciuos with a huge double bed for a comfortable sleep n walkin shower makes it very comfortable Refreshment station n tv is also provided. After n good nite sleep u can have a sumptuous breakfast at the huge dining area with a great variety of food An exceptional stay to have. . .
- lee_babybhe (2/5): Think twice - My wife and I went to the Garden Court to celebrate a special occasion but sadly the hotel failed to live up to our expectations. A big disappointment for us was the service which, at an international chain like Tsogo Sun, should have a high standard. An example of our frustrations included the failure of the hotel to provide a porter service and room service. Further, the pillows in our room were dirty and some of the furniture was slightly worn. Consistent with these issues, but still to our surprise, we found a cockroach in our shower - which the management didn’t take seriously. The facilities at the hotel include a small gym which doesn’t have much equipment, and a dirty pool. Think twice before booking it. There’s a Holiday Inn (Sunnyside) which is not too far away from Garden Court and is less likely to disappoint.
- AndyLK85 (2/5): Smelly passageway - There was a team of hockey players staying at the hotel on the 4th floor and they kept their dirty clothes & tekkies on the passageway. The whole floor was smelling of dirty and sweaty clothes. So unpleasant that if I had to walk out of my room, I literally had to block my nose and I had an infant baby with me. This was really unhygienic for the hotel to allow them to keep their dirty clothes & shoes outside of their rooms.

- kenzogs (10/5): Value for money accommodation - We stayed at the Milpark Garden Court as my wife had appointments at the Milpark hospital. We found the staff all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dinners great. For wheel-chair users we can recommend their wheel-chair friendly rooms as they have plenty of space for maneuvering and the bathroom is well laid out for a wheel-chair. Our only complaint was a very noisy air-conditioner in the room.

Top class, exquisitely and immaculately clean throughout the hotel. Awesome breakfast. i absolutely recommend this hotel - it defines VALUE FOR MONEY

The location of hotel is also good and the parking was accessible. The only concern is the issue of wifi. You must at least have uncapped, I cannot run out of data while I'm still in your hotel.

- Robert (10/5): Great hotel in a safe neighborhood - It is a lovely hotel in a safe neighborhood. Clean and spacious rooms, awesome breakfast. The only uncomfortable experience we had was that the walls are pretty thin and you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

- Frederico (10/5): Moderno e com excelente atendimento. - Hotel moderno e muito novo. Quarto era bem espaçoso e limpo. Cama e lençóis muito confortáveis. Fui muito bem atendido durante o período de hospedagem. A única observação é que este hotel não fica próximo do bairro (digamos) badaladinho, porém se você estiver de carro isso não é nenhum inconveniente.

- Mark (8/5): Pleasant enough - The staff were very good to me, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfect for my needs, there was a cooling tower located a few meters away, I am a legionella consultant and I would imagine the tower wasn't monitored correctly but so far no issues with feeling unwell. The pool was definitely a no go but it is winter there. Area, just be careful but this is the case with most countries, just be alert and know your rout.

- Catherine (8/5): Garden Court Milpark - 3 star hotel with a fare to match, but 4 star service. Minor improvements such as foregoing carpets for easier cleanliness. Carpets suck uo the dust and even when wet vacuumed they smell of damp. This wasnt a major issue for me. Rather damp than dust i guess. Reception service is 5 star! I forfeited the last room fare as I had to return home on Saturday 😩.

- Verified traveler (6/5): HOTEL IS TRENDING UPWARD - My stay at this hotel did not start off right from my arrival at the airport. The hotel was scheduled to pick me up from the airport but no one showed. They did, however, give me credit for the difference I paid versus what they had stated that I would be charged. An honorable thing. My greatest concerns were safety and security. The security person at the hotel informed me that it was very unsafe to walk around in the area. The staff was very friendly, the hotel very modern, the rooms were clean and their complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There was a lot of construction activities happening in the hotel's area and perhaps when this work is completed the safety aspect will not be a concern.
