- Helen (3/5): Not very good. The telephone in room did not work. Had a hard time finding the motel phone number. - Had no breakfast! There was something in the bed that bit my scalp and face and arms. Could have been bedbugs!! Their linens such as towels, washcloths were very ragged out. Stained and very thin.

- Waters (10/5): will go again as soon as I have the money - The jacuzzi tub was huge and very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to relax in that tub it's just what the Dr ordered That it only comes with 2 queen beds my husband would have preferred a single king
- Hector (8/5): Very good -
- Amalia (6/5): - No toilet paper. No internet. Coffee tastes terrible.
- Gerges (10/5): Exceptional - the cleanness it is very far from my destination
- Marisol (6/5): Pleasant -

Clean room, laminate flooring and great location with no roadway noises. Was able to upgrade from the 2 queen size beds to a King size bed. No complaints!

- Ronald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caroline (5/5): Not great - Friendly staff; AC worked great The towels are so horrible; the place needs a deep clean; small stains on the walls
- Ressler (1/5): Bad stay at lakeside - Rooms were clean but tub was slippery no ice and big pot holes in driveway The service was very bad had to talk through a opening in window and had Togo get everything we needed coffee towels
- Dan (5/5): Wanted a cheap place over Labor - Rooms comfortable, beds fine Bad appearance, staff a bit cold,
- Timothy (10/5): Nice, clean and cozy room. Staff was very nice. -
- Neale (2/5): Very poor - Very little This place is an absolute dump! I cannot believe booking.com is even representing them. I don't have time to go into all the issues. We felt like we were in some cabin in the woods. The people were foreign and only one person spoke English and was not friendly at all. I could give you all sorts of specifics but I'll leave it at this. Cannot believe you listed this motel.
- Elvalena (4/5): - The room stunk and there was sand or dirt all over the beds.
- Marta (5/5): Ok - Price There were dead roaches on floor and dirty towels behind the night stand. Floor seemed dirty as well.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was very nice and rooms were clean. Would definitely book again
- Priscilla (8/5): Very good -
- Antonio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tom (9/5): Quite and Comfortable - My wife was skeptical as the motel did not have any cars in the lot when we arrived. The staff however was extremely friendly and helpful and once inside the room, when notice it was very clean. It didn't have a fresh coat of paint and some of the plumbing fixtures were older but it had been cleaned well and the bed was extremely comfortable. It is hard for small businesses to stay open if we don't support them. You can pay a lot more and stay at a chain brand but all you get is fresh paint and new fixtures. I'll save my monies and support mom and pop business that go out of their way to help you. The Mexican food restaurant next door was packed from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great location!
- Antonio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Antonio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elvalena (2/5): - The staff was very nice when checking in but the room smelled like mold, it was dirty, the light above the sink was falling out of the ceiling. Would not recommend was nothing like what the pictures displayed.
- Jesse (8/5): Very good -
- Jos (7/5): Good -
- Beetoe (10/5): Awesome and Great improvements! - I was able to upgrade from a 2 queen size room to a King size room with no additional or extra charges.
Stayed in the back nestled away from the roadway traffic. Call property management to see if you're allowed to bring a small dog under 25 lbs and house broken to stay on premises.
Clean hardwood laminate flooring along with a table and chairs (covered chair cushions (stained) with a towel before sitting).
Entry door into the room do not turn off the light switch for this controls the fridge and microwave. Mildew on bath tub drain ring and shower faucet.
Suggested using CLR to rid of the mildew and replace the old shower nozzle, tub drain ring with new ones.
- Albert (2/5): - I tried to check in and said I never had a reservation very upset. Then rooms were all booked
- Belinda (9/5): Superb - Everything about it..
Great prices..
Great location..
Reasonable..
- Laurie (8/5): Very good -
- Marie (1/5): didnt stay. cacelled after going into room - nothing everything
- Dave (7/5): Good -
- Graham (7/5): Good -
- Anne (8/5): We made an excellent choice for location, value, cleanliness, and comfort. - It was nice to have an actual table with 2 chairs. Bed was comfy. The room was very clean, and there were no signs of any bugs. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The value was right what we wanted, inexpensive and clean. The bottom of the bathtub was very slippery. The entrance to the area was a bit run-down.
- Samantha (8/5): - Simple and safe place to stay. Nothing fancy but it is a nice basic room with exactly what you need as a home away from home.
- Amie (10/5): Definitely will stay here again. - Location is great. Bed was comfortable. Ac was nice and cold. The hot water in shower was awesome! Nothing really I was happy with our stay.
- Henrietta (7/5): Good -
- Kimmie (10/5): - I have to say thank you to the owner. It's an older property but it was the cleanest and safest property I have stayed in in a very long time.b nothing fancy but I highly recommend it.
- Abriel (5/5): Passable - Affordable Less than a quarter roll of toilet paper. 4 occupants but only 2 bath towels given
- Katina (7/5): All in all it was a nice stay - There wasn't any breakfast at this location to my knowledge. When asked for extra towels we were told no. 2 was all we were allowed. Kinda a bummer when there are 2 guests and a woman uses one for her long hair alone. I should have brought my own towels like I normally do.
- Marco (1/5): Bad -
- Daniel (3/5): Poor - Cleanness Ac barely working
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Excellent stay
- Leticia (5/5): Passable - There was a lot of space and good location Bathroom shower was filthy, had to have housekeeping come to clean it. Jacuzzi had a roach in it too.
- Dave (8/5): Very good -
- Patty (4/5): Disappointing -
- Patty (3/5): Poor -
- Andrea (4/5): Disappointing - The location. The man asked if I wanted a single bed or two beds upon checking. I was surprised to see a king sized bed because it wasn't an option when booking the room. My husband and I came in from out of town for his last Uncles funeral. I called ahead to the property to ask if we could check in early to get ready for the funeral and the woman said no, check in is at 2. We didn't travel broke and would've paid extra for the inconvenience but no, check in is at 2. I also would've understood had the hotel been extremely bust and the cleaning lady been overwhelmed, but when we passed by to see where it is located, there were no cars in the lot. None. At 10am.
When we did check in after the funeral, the room was extremely hot. If the hotel wants to know what time you're checking in, have the ac running, especially on a Texas summer day. The ac was noisy because it kept turning on and off all night.
We've stayed in cheaper facilities before where the service was great, the owners /management was kind and welcoming and went the extra steps to make your stay inviting. When we often go back to that town, we stay at the same hotel because of the owners. I can honestly say that in this case, we'll drive the extra 15 mins and pay an extra 100 to not stay at this place.
- Sarah (7/5): Good - For the price, the room was great. The facilities are older, but not dirty. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable. For clean, comfort and affordability, I would give this place 5 Stars. I would not hesitate to stay here again if a couple issues were addressed. Overall, pleasant experience. While the place was very clean, comfortable and affordable, there are definitely some issues.
1. The staff is not knowledgeable on ADA/Service dog rules. They were insisting I show proof of service animals registration and a service dog ID, which is literally NOT a thing. I had to show multiple websites, the ADA website, a State of Texas website, and an FAQ page to show that there is no service dog registration and there are no service dog IDs. However, after about 10min, they decided to allow my dog to stay. I did have a kennel, a harness, etc. I came prepared with all items, except there just is no registry and no service dog IDs that they insisted I needed.
2. TV worked great when I arrived. It was satellite. A few hours after checking in, the satellite was not connecting and we were unable to watch TV all evening.
3. They say they have wifi, it does not work. It is the kind of WiFi that allows you to connect but then you need to login on a web page that opens up once connected, however the page was "unavailable" and "not connecting" our entire stay.
4. The towels are very hard and scratchy. In fact, im pretty sure the "towels" were actually the ones that are supposed to be used as the bath mats. Very small, hard, scratchy, very uncomfortable.
5. Lack of warm water. I took a shower in the evening and the weather had been very hot and humid, so I actually didn't mind the cold shower, I was thinking there wasn't any hot water at all, but 10min later as I was getting out of the shower, it started to barely warm up. In the morning, my son was going to shower. I thought maybe the other guests had used all the hot water the night before but no....my son didn't end up taking a shower. I left it on for 10-15 before he attempted to get in and it stayed cold the entire time...and we ONLY had the hot water knob turned on...and it never warmed up so he just skipped it.
