• Eva (8/5): Nöjda med fint och charmigt hotell men trångt rum, - Mycket trevligt hotell! Ett bra läge nära centrum men ändå lugnt. Fin liten uteplats och ett fint litet poolområde ( mycket litet). Härlig atmosfär och genuint. Väldigt litet rum. Fanns bara plats för en 160 cm säng och sedan inget mer. Ingen plats att hänga blöta badkläder eller träningskläder. Knappt några krokar eller hyllor. Blev trångt och opraktiskt ( vi hade dubbelrum med stadsutsikt och AC).

• Myers (3/5): Subpar - The woman that checked us in was super kind and helpful, and one of the men that worked in the kitchen. Everyone else was blah. Location was great. Outdated. Breakfast was not great. Filtered water not brought to room, had to personally ask for it each time.
• Petr (9/5): Klidný, čistý a milý hotel v centru Solleru. - Excelentní poloha hotelu v centru Solleru vedle malého nádraží a zastávky tramvaje. Personál perfektní, snídaně pestré a dobré, ticho (pokoj s výhledem do zahrad a na hory), čisto. Pokud má host auto, musí počítat s placeným parkovištěm asi 500 m od hotelu, ale dá se parkovat i zadarmo na okraji centra (900 m pěšky).
• David (9/5): A wonderful central location in this beautiful town, with an especially good breakfast - Wonderful location, excellent breakfast. At 5:30 one morning, not the fault of the hotel, there was prolonged loud shouting from a nearby Square which woke me and some other guests. I haven’t experienced this before at this hotel.

• nonius13 (10/5): Hangulatos, remek ellátással - Nagyon kedves személyzet, minden kérdésre volt válaszuk. Írásban gyorsan válaszoltak, ami nagyon szimpatikus volt. A parkolásban is segítettek, előre tájékoztattak, hogy hogy működik a parkolási rendszer. A sólleri villamos állomása pár lépésnyire van, és a belvárosi főtér is nagyon közel. A reggeli bőséges volt, külön tetszett a frissen facsart narancslé. A szobák tiszták és hangulatosak voltak. Ha visszatérünk, biztos itt szállunk meg újra.

• Gema (8/5): Perfect place to stay for a walking holiday - The location was amazing right in the centre of town, easy to get to the restaurants and shops. We found it easy as a starting point for our walks through the Sierra T I had asked for a room with two single beds but they gave us a room with a double bed. There was no problem rectifying this. So it was good at the end

• Uliana (10/5): Un bon lit confortable au cœur de Soller - Situé en plein centre, juste derrière la cathédrale et en face de l’arrêt du tramway. Très pratique. Chambre assez spacieuse pour une personne, lit confortable, douche très grande et moderne. Vue sur les montagnes depuis la fenêtre de la chambre, c’est splendide! Aucun dérangement pour moi, mais sachez qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. L’immeuble en face est en construction, mais comme je n’étais pas dans la chambre durant la journée, je n’ai rien entendu.

• Heike (9/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit Kind eine Option! - - Lage top für Ausflüge rund um Sóller - Zimmer 305 hat mit Größe überzeugt (jedoch ist die Schlafcouch auch wirklich nur für ein Kind geeignet und keine wirklich komfortable Angelegenheit) - Frühstück qualitativ leider nur mittelmäßig insbesondere im Bereich Brötchen, Kaffee absolut kein Genuss, das wünscht man sich morgens in Sóller doch auf einem anderen Niveau für den Preis

• Arne (9/5): Gerne noch einmal - Wir waren schon zum xten Mal im Hotel El Guía und haben schon den nächsten Aufenthalt gebuch. Das sollte schon für sich sprechen. Es ist perfekt gelegen am Rande der Altstadt von Söller. Wir werden jedes Mal freundlich empfangen. Der Blick auf die Berge ist traumhaft. Auch der sehr kleine Pool gefällt uns. Das Frühstück ist etwas uninspiriert, obwohl für jeden etwas dabei sein sollte. Achtung: Wenn man nicht gut Treppen steigen kann, sollte man nach einem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss fragen (falls es das überhaupt gibt).

• Kristýna (10/5): - Nejvíce jsme ocenili výhřevný žebřík v koupelně, neboť jsme si mohli usušit mokré oblečení po vydatném dešti. To bylo příjemným překvapením. Součástí hotelu je skvělá restaurace s milou obsluhou. Spíše než nelíbilo bych jen ráda upozornila na ranní ruch v okolí hotelu, které budilo (technická auta,...).

Kylpyhuoneeseen kuuluu yläkerrasta vedenkohina niinkuin joku olisi omassa kylpyhuoneessa suihkussa. Samoin portaan ja ensimmäisessä kerroksessa kaikki vastaanoton äänet kuuluvat huoneeseen.

• Markus (8/5): Wohlfühlen in Soller - Supernettes Personal, zentrale Lage direkt im Zentrum hinter der Kirche, gutes Essen (HP), die Wasserflasche konnte aufgefüllt werden. Der kleine Wellnessbereich mit Sauna u Whirlpool wird exklusiv vergeben. Mit Bussen kommt man gut zum Port und nach Deia u Valdemossa Die Eier beim Frühstück waren leider nicht mehr warm. Die Brotauswahl war begrenzt, was aber wohl daran lag, dass Anfang Dezember sehr wenig los ist. Abendessen erst ab 19:00. Mit Auto in Soller ist es wegen der engen Gassen schwierig und so war auch die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz für mich ein Abenteuer.

• Marco (9/5): - Situata in posizione centrale, pulita e silenziosa. La colazione era abbondante e un comodo ristorante interno. Tutto il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

• Obrecht (6/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber der Ausblick sehr schön Sehr schwer zu finden....wollte auf den Hotelparkplatz doch hatte gleich einen 45€ Strafzettel, weil der Parkplatz nicht zu finden war. Besser gleich den großen Parkplatz im Ort suchen, parkt man eh günstiger als im Hotel. Das Abendessen im Hotel 😕 Wenn die typischen Kartoffeln auf Mallorca alte Pommes sind, dann hab ich das richtige erhalten, sonst leider nicht. Diese sollten in einem lokalen Gericht sein. Das Plastik im essen wurde mir als Teil eines Tintenfischs "verkauft" ( mache selber Tintenfisch und das Teil sieht anders aus) Fakt.....das war ein Reinfall

• Sten (9/5): - Super fijn hotel. Lekker ontbijt, schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Weinig op aan te merken. Als ik echt iets moet bedenken , dan dat de airco deed het niet goed doet. Koelt vrijwel niet.

• Kathrin (8/5): - Die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge und auch Soller selbst ist super und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Betten waren leider echt hart und die Lage super allerdings ist Soller mit dem Auto echt nicht so spaßig. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung allerdings hatten wir für den Preis etwas neueres / besseres erwartet.

• Christelle (7/5): - emplacement parfait a deux pas du centre mais au calme dans une petite rue. la chambre etait spacieuse et confortable. le lit etait confortable mais dommage qu'il etait separer en etant 2 lit simples. pas de rangement adapté pour vider correctement sa valise. seulement une penderie. l'espace spa est correcte mais l'eau du jaccuzzi un peu trop froide. mais content dans l'ensemble.

• Lorna (9/5): Great value hotel, comfortable, clean and great staff! - Beautiful courtyard hotel set in a very convenient spot by the tram. Fabulous breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms (nice updated bathrooms) and all was clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. No parking on site but they do have a car park 5minutes away you have to pay for. Slightly pungent odour coming from the drains at times in the courtyard which was a bit unpleasant
• Wesley (6/5): - Perfect location even if getting to the paid parking is dodgy. Staff was mostly amicable for being end of the high season! A late checkin (23:30)was extremely loud and being an 1880s hotel there is no soundproofing. Couple loaded in 4 ‘steamer’ style 150L hard side luggage by dragging up the stairs and the proceded in sliding the around in the hard floors for the next couple hours while unpacking. I recognize that this is a guest issue, but it is up to the hotel staff to manage these situations and they did not.

• RULLIERE (9/5): Pour un séjour au calme, dans un petit hôtel chic au cœur de la "Serra de la Tramuntana" - L'hôtel est situé dans le centre ville de Sollers, mais dans une petite rue très tranquille . Pour accéder en voiture il faut tenir compte que se garer est compliqué, mais l'hôtel propose un parking privé. la chambre est très confortable, bien équipée et meublée dans un style très classique avec gout. La terrasse , qui sert aussi comme bar est très agréable; L'hôtel propose la restauration, de nombreux restaurant sont disponible à quelques minutes du pied. L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur.
• Louise (10/5): Fabulous hotel centrally located - Great Location, close to the tram and cathedral and plaza. Staff incredibly helpful car parking nearby - outside about a five minute walk , but in a secure area Lovely large rooms, very clean and beautifully appointed.
• Fiona (9/5): - Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel restaurant for lunch was a treat. The pool area was charming and well kept. The room bathroom requires a small table (room 109).
• Carmel (5/5): Brilliant Location, Adequate Facilities, no other highlights - Location is the best thing about this property, in the centre of Soller. Room was clean, if a little small & poorly laid out and housekeeping was good generally, with a few notable exceptions. Shower was excellent, despite bathroom mirror light & reading light in bedroom not being fixed for 1 week while we were there Breakfast was adequate at best, scrambled egg & other hot items were continously recycled day after day. A surprising lack of fruit available considering you are in Majorca, and what was available was neither juicy or sweet. Poor choice of bread & pastries, in fact one morning was informed that "all pastries were gone" at 9.10 AM. So not many supplied is all I could assume. A charge was imposed for refills of still water, never came across this before in 30 years of coming to Majorca, it was labelled as an "environmental measure", grabbing measure more like. Public area's were not cleaned often, e.g. poolside table left all day with food waste & cans not removed, unheygenic in the heat at best. Staff were apathetic/disinterested, purely commercial vibe from all of them, not very helpful or friendly, had to pursue them to get service, as they appeared to be endlessly busy with important tasks when one approached them.

Daniel and Francesca also were outstanding and helpful. Frank is a great waiter. Breakfast is excellent as are all meals. Location is perfect. My "junior suite" room was much more expensive than the standard room, for not much more space.

A FUIR on commence par un accueil où l’on doit s’enregistrer en « self-service », tout seul devant un QR code à se dém… avec son smartphone, et l’employé qui nous regarde galérer sans bouger le petit doigt! ensuite vous montez vous-même vos valises au troisième étage (sans ascenseur), pas évident à 70 piges puis surprise (désagréable+++) de voir que chambre à deux lits simples, alors que j’avais bien précisé que nous fêtions notre anniversaire de mariage… puis vous buvez votre bouteille d’eau, offerte mais chaude, car mini-frigo de la chambre en panne ensuite vous devez sortir pour diner, resto de l’hotel fermé 2 soirs en semaine, quartier attrape-touristes avec restos à menu en 5 langues le lendemain, petit déjeuner frugal, soyez matinaux, passé 9h30 plus de pain ni croissants et surtout si vous venez en voiture, nous avons dû nous garer à 700 metres et trainer nos valises, le centre-ville est un dedale avec rues interdites aux non-locaux et pas de places de parking à l’hotel en gros hotel à éviter, nous sommes habitués à un autre niveau de services pour le prix (plus de 200 euros fin septembre) Soller est une jolie ville et nous y reviendrons, mais dans un hôtel plus confortable et accueillant, l’hotel el guia ne mérite pas sa place dans le guide du routard, je les en informerai en espérant que mon commentaire servira à d’autres clients, heureusement cet hotel fut la seule déception de tout notre circuit de 15 jours!

• Megan (10/5): - Stayed here for 5 nights, it was central to everything in the city and the staff was very kind. The bathroom door was a little tough to open/ close but not a big deal. Bedroom was bigger than expected and our room (206) has a couch which was really nice. Would definitely return in the future.
