A huge thank you to the amazing staff, especially the two gentlemen at the front desk and Yousef in the dining room, who were all exceptionally kind and helpful. No lifeguard around the pool

The room needs more decoration and life into it (not a single picture frame or decorative touches there) Drinks (all types) at Breakfast served on Help-Yourself bases rather than served on tables!!

- Fatima (3/5): Disappointing and overpriced - Room was lovely and spacious The staff on check in were extremely rude we arrived with 2 small toddlers and were kept waiting there was no warm welcome and instead I was treated abruptly as payment hadn’t been processed before arrival - which of course I had no problem to settle. Staff attitude was really poor The doorman then chased us to use his friend as a taxi, knocking on our door at 10pm and calllng the room - and then the friends tried to overcharge us for an airport fare
