The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made the experience exceptional were the staff—especially Murat and Muhammed. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable during my stay. Murat was always helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. Muhammed brought great energy and was quick to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. Highly recommended thanks again to Murat and Muhammed for the outstanding service! Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. but if I had to mention something, perhaps a bit more variety in the room amenities or breakfast options would make the experience even better.

It's not so suitable for who is looking for super quiet property. Here you will hear dog barking at night... and can hear a few noise from the rooms beside (at night). all the rest Good .

There was cleaning in the next room at 11pm (with some noise naturally), just around the time one would go to bed - The walls must be thin, such that I had to put on my headphones to cut the noise to be able to fall into sleep - anyhow, one could stay for a night, but would not recommend for longer stays.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Extrem Dünne Wände und Decken - Die Wände und Decken sind extrem dünn man hört alles rein. Und wenn man pech hat hat man zimmer nachbarn die die ganze nacht wach sind. Die nachbarn über einem hört man laufen. Die Betten sind ungemütlich ich erwarte natürlich kein 5 sterne luxus von sonem Unterhalt aber auch für sowas ist i es zu ungemütlich. Der rest ist okey.

After completing our registration at the reception, we went to our room. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and helpful. As soon as you enter the room, a fresh scent welcomes you. after touring around. We came to the conclusion that the room was really very clean. The sheets, pillows, towels were like new. the bed was pretty firm and nice. The television was big and smart. The air conditioner worked pretty well. Also, the hotel food was amazing.
