• Paul (6/5): It was adequate - There was no breakfast, location was good , bed was comfortable,renovations on room were very rudimentary Having a $100.00 deposit on my credit card taken so they could verify I hadn’t damaged the room , I did get the deposit refunded

• Kathleen (6/5): - Not the best place we’ve ever stayed but not the worst. Staff was polite. Room had been remodeled and was clean. The king sized bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a very good room darkening shade. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker but no coffee or condiments. There were no cups. While there were two bath towels, there was one hand towel and one face cloth; however, reservations were made for two adults. We could not make the soap and shower dispensers work, although we were assured when we checked out that they were not empty. We were awakened at 3:00 AM by very loud music and people shouting at each other outside our room. (This is not technically the staff’s responsibility but does give you some idea about the area.).

THAT'S IT - The beds were new and the AC worked There were no light bulb in the fixture by the beds, The bathtub had been painted over and the paint was pealing. The bathtub fixture was leaking. When we arrived the soke detector was chirping and the manager had to remove it from the room. There was not TV remote so the TV was replaced. There were no cups or tissues in the unit. The outside looked trashy and it looked like a homeless encampment was in the patch of woods behind the hotel. There were two extension cords running across the parking lot to the area that looked like a make shift picnic area. The carpeting in the hall and stairway looked like it had not been cleaned or vacuumed in years.
• Danna (2/5): - First off I was not too happy to arrive and find out I paid $222 for a really small & gross hotel room. I asked front desk for 2 towels since we are a party of three & ladies need 2 towels. They had me sign something which is charging my credit card $100 of there is damage. only after getting to our room & discovering the incredibly horrible reviews did I realize that this is gonna be a real problem. Other people were charged for asking for additional towels, which is absolutely insane.. The room itself is small, very dated & the bed spreads look old & ratty. The sheets have some stains & the couch looks like its from a thrift store or your grandmas apartment from the 70’s. There are no toiletries like shampoo/conditioner just the smallest bar of soap in the world. The towels are very used & old, the ceilings are in bad shape, the bathroom door barely closes and the shower curtain is like 8” too long so its in the tub while you shower. It appears that people may be living here long term & they are hanging out in parking lot. The tv screen is decent size but the live area is about 18” max. The pillows they gave us for the bed are “barbie doll” size & totally ridiculous. We asked for regular size pillows but they said they don’t have any. If we werent tired & it wasnt late we would have just gone straight home & asked for a full refund. For the price I paid I would expect a much higher quality hotel like IHG Holiday Inn Express. 0 stars.

The man at the front desk was extremely nice, and told us upon registering, that if we needed anything at all, not to hesitate to just stop in and let him know. The room was large, and clean, and he was even nice enough to turn on the TV and the heat for us (it was a very cold night) before we arrived.The bed was comfortable and had double pillows on each side. Each side of the bed had its own table, in addition to 2 extra chairs, one small extra table, as well as a desk and a chair. The TV worked fine and there was a nice little fridge. I don't remember exactly if there was a microwave, but I think there was. We requested a 1st floor room and got one, and we only made our reservations while we were on our way there, and it was a quick simple process. All in all it was a great stay, and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Nothing but a scam and a dirty room! - They charged my account $125 because my sister one of their towels to clean up a spill of juice that my niece made on the floor. Don’t ever stay in this disgusting excuse for a “hotel!” $125 because they had to wash the dirty towels?! There were cigarette burns all over the toilet, mold on the walls and the ceilings had water damage. Dirtiest “hotel,” and they are thieves. Do not stay here or give them a card at all!!! They are scammers and the place should be shut down! Absolutely disgusting to charge a single mother who’s currently homeless and bouncing around, $125 because the towels were dirty!!! Smelled like bleach so bad it made me sick to my stomach as well! Don’t stay here ever!!! Go to a nice hotel near by for half the price! The bed was wet as well and the covers were from the 1900s!
