• Kenneth (8/5): - Location was a++++++++, the hotel overall was nice ,the beds were uncomfortable and noisy, the shower needs cleaned better I had an issue with other guests running up and down the hallways making noise while I was trying to sleep. I had to call the desk for assistance

• Steven (9/5): I would recommend and stay again - The staff at check in and check out were great, room and hotel is updated and clean. Booking was easy. The proximity to the airport as well as restaurants and The Parking Spot were all the reasons we booked there. Comfortable desk and work area in the room was great since I had some last minute work to finish before traveling. Did not like the lack of privacy from the bathroom door. A sliding door rather than a fully closing door was not appealing. The only flaw.

• Laura (7/5): - I liked the pool and hot tub. It was clean. The rooms were nice. I think our room was overpriced at 206 a night. We expected free breakfast, and we're disappointed to hear that only coffee was free. We noticed that a lot of food was leftover after breakfast and it most likely was thrown away. We also were not told the Hilton rewards was free. We would of gladly signed up if we were informed to save money on our room.

• Michelle (5/5): Not worth the price. - The woman who checked us in was so friendly and nice. My daughter ate a bagel at what she thought was the free breakfast, like every motel has. We were charged $10 for 1 bagel. For the price we paid for the room, breakfast should have been included.

• Julie (8/5): - I was disappointed with the breakfast….over one small thing. Our coffee was served in paper cups instead of the ceramic ones used in every other Hilton Garden that we have stayed at. The other Hiltons also used table cloths and brought our coffee and drinks to us. Being served sets the Hilton apart from other hotels.

I can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like about the property- if I am being picky, maybe a better selection of wine and snacks to purchase.

Biggest problem is that rooms facing the Eat and Park feel like they are part of the runway! When jets come in to land the light shine in the window and the noise rattles the room.

• Andrew (2/5): - We waited 1.5 hours at the airport Saturday afternoon after requesting a pick up 2 times. Then the front desk just stopped answering the phone. We had to get a car rental to get out of the airport. We were put in a handicapped room. The bath seat had so much bacteria on it. I had to get out of the shower which had no shampoo. I have photos. I was repulsive. Shame on them. The health department should be contacted.

• Dana Rene Skvarek (8/5): - The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the Pittsburgh International Airport, and that's a huge plus when you have an early morning flight like we did. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, the gym was clean, the lobby was comfortable. The site and signs said breakfast was at 6am, but on the first morning we went down and nothing was laid out. by 645 we went to a local restaurant. Third morning we checked at 630, and it was there but more like continental breakfast, some pastries, oatmeal, fruit, and coffee. We went to a local restaurant... Our room was good, but just good. There were several spots of peeling paint from the walls, especially in the bathroom. The blackout shades would get caught in their tracks, (I got up on a chair and fixed it so it would roll up and down again). The bathroom door was a sliding barndoor style which doesn't offer tons of privacy, though it does save space. Overall, 4/5, we would definitely stay here again.

• Joshua (2/5): - The property advertises free parking but if you’re traveling out of town they hit you with a surcharge. Which makes no sense when it is an airport hotel. The staff checked us in without letting us know about the parking fee, and when we later asked about it, they laughed and said if I hadn’t mentioned it, I would have got free parking! Ridiculous. Had I known about the fee, I would have stayed at another hotel. Will never stay there again.

• Edward franklin Brown (10/5): - We have only good things to say about this property. Everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeepers were so professional, kind and welcoming. Sheena at the front desk worked miracles when our best friends accidentally booked at the wrong property. She was able to get them booked and maintained the rate from the other property even though it was last minute. We cant say enough about Pam, the bartendar, cook and confidant. She was a rockstar serving not only the bar, but a class reunion that was in town. Her cooking was excellent. Love this property and we will be staying here again in November to visit our grandkids. Thank you, a greatful disabled veteran and my wife.

• tracey (10/5): A good upgrade - We landed here last minute after a terrible incident at the Economy Inn. They were friendly and gave us a room immediately so we could go to bed for an early flight. We felt genuinely taken care of and respected here. Clean room and no yellow pillows was a plus!

Breakfast said was free but was not. We forgot our headphone in the original room we got.but the person at the reception refused to go to the room and fetch it for us. We had a flight to catch so had no choice but to forfit it a 200$ headphone. Overall terrible experience.

• Rikki (8/5): - While this is the AIRPORT Hilton, it's not at the airport. It's a 15 minute drive, and if you want a shuttle, you have to schedule one the night before - they don't come regularly. No one told me that, I just had to figure it out accidentally while trying to get to the airport for my flight. It would have been great to learn that upon checking in.

• Donald J (6/5): - I was was very disappointed with the answers from the front desk (management). I as to meet another party there put they were not able to make it. They canceled through there third party reservation put the management had no clue about releasing them from the reservation. The person said it was up to the manager. The manager did not have a clue or refused to help them with there situation. i stay there about ever 5 weeks but I will no longer stay at this hotel.
