Y este Hotel tiene todo para disfrutar ambos, pues a unos pasos de pienza sientes que estas en el campo de la Toscana. Los Anfitriones son super amables y la habitacion y cada espacio tiene detalles que lo hacen muy acojedor

- Renata (7/5): Hotel confortável com ótimo café da manhã. Estacionamento ruim e equipe não empática. - O café da manhã é bom o quarto é confortável O atendimento é muito ruim. Tivemos um problema no carro e chegamos 15 minutos após às 19:00h e fomos cobrados 40 euros a mais. Não houve qualquer empatia. Esqueci um item no quarto mas para me enviar para outra cidade dentro da Itália era mais caro que o valor do item.

Very nice stuff and cofirtable beds, very good breakfast both sweet and European version with eggs and bacon Amazing view from the whole residence ans specially swimming pool. Parking place available. It is perfect place to relax with friends oR Family, a lot of place to sit and enjoy the climate of the Toscany. Nothing rally, the restaurant was not working but we have been before season.
- Jumara (10/5): Uma joia em Pienza! - Pra começar a vista é de tirar o fôlego 😮💨 Fomos muito bem recebidos, além de já ter tido uma boa comunicação pelo WhatsApp antes do checkin. Fica praticamente dentro da cidade, um mix perfeito das paisagens a poucos kms de tudo que Pienza tem de melhor(cerca de 1 ou 2km - podendo até ir a pé por um atalho da pousada, fizemos isso na 1 noite e foi legal!) Um ponto alto também da hospedagem é o café da manhã… maravilhoso, atendimento personalizado com uma simpatia de outro nível das funcionárias, que são um charme de senhorinhas. Vale muito a pena conhecer esse lugar! Ah e ainda me deram uma indicação de restaurante em Pienza que foi onde comi a melhor massa da minha vida! 😍 A parte ruim é que só fiquei dois dias 🤣
- minna (8/5): - Die Umgebung die Naturathosphäre das Zimmer Die Präsenz der Rezeption bereits bei der Ankunft waren wir 1 stunde früher da das Zimmer war fertig nur mussten wir auf den Rezepzionist warten. Genau wie am Vorabend der Abreise habe ich niemanden erreicht . Das Hotel ist für Menschen die Unterstützung brauchen nicht geeignet.

- Maryline (9/5): Un endroit à la vue exceptionnelle - L’emplacement est vraiment bien pour explorer la région notamment à pied ce qui était notre cas. La vue depuis la piscine est exceptionnelle et de toute beauté, l’endroit est vraiment calme et reposant. Le personnel du petit dej est charmant. Les chambres de 1ere catégorie sont assez petite et manque de vue puisqu il y a des haies devant mais peut être que c est pour protéger du vent Le fait qu il n’y ait pas d’accueil / personnel la en permanence la journée Pas de confiture ou miel local au petit dej (qui est toutefois très bien) , sous boite plastique c est dommage dans un lieu où on produit beaucoup de choses délicieuses

- Theo (9/5): - De locatie is perfect. Vlakbij het mooie stadje Pienza. De locatie is Toscane in het klein. Het personeel is vriendelijk. De locatie is pro-huisdier en dat is duidelijk te merken in alles. De prijs per nacht voor een hond valt echter wel erg tegen.

Frühstück sehr gut,wird auch, obwohl wir eigentlich schon zu Saisonende dort waren,ständig nachgelegt. Sehr nah an Pienza. Das Zimmer, für den relativ hohen Preis ,viel zu klein. Etwas abgewohnt, im Badezimmer die Wände feucht. Wir waren im Oktober dort,und anscheinend wird überall in Italien, auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen, nicht geheizt. Deshalb: WARM anziehen, wenn man diesbezüglich etwas verwöhnt ist.

- Kirsten (9/5): - Die Anlage ist idyllisch gelegen, auf einer Anhöhe mit atemberaubendem Blick ins Tal - westlich ausgerichtet, mit Bluck auf die untergehende Sonne. Es gibt eine wunderschöne Lounge area, mit Klavierflügel und gemütlichen Sofas. Im Garten gibt es einen schönen Pavillon, in dem man gemütlich sitzen kann bei einer guten Flasche Wein. Fie Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist super geräumig. Das Frühstück war für den Kategorie eher lieblos und phantasielos. Es gab keinerlei Variation. Schade für eine Gegend, die so stolz auf ihre Gastronomie ist. Für den Preis haben wir uns, so wie in allen anderen ähnlichen Unterkünften, ein Brunchbuffet erwartet. Davon war das gebotene Frühstück weit entfernt.

Ein Fussweg führt durch den Wald nach Pienza, ca 10 Minuten! Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gross! Das Frühstück ist für das tolle Anwesen und Preis sehr bescheiden: das Rührei meistens kalt, der Toaster mühsam und weder frischen Orangensaft noch Fruchtsalat!

- Kristien (9/5): het was genieten! - Het ontbijt was super en de locatie prachtig. Mits wat klimwerk kon je te voet naar het stadje. Er handig. De B&B is maakvol ingericht, het onthaal heel hartelijk en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. De prachtige inkomhal en open trap zorgt ervoor dat je wel wat hinder hebt van wat er beneden gebeurt (telefoon, klaarmaken ontbijt) Er waren zeer veel muggen maar daar kunnen de uitbaters uiteraard niks aan doen.
- Maike (8/5): Empfehlenswert! - Wir wurden wirklich nett empfangen, es waren alle Mitarbeitenden im Hotel sehr freundlich! Die Lage war toll, aus dem Hotel hatte man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Tal und die Natur. Der Pool sah auch super aus, leider konnten wir diesen aufgrund des Regens nicht nutzen. Das Hotel kann ich mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen 🤗 Der einzige negative Aspekt war, die hellhörigkeit unseres Zimmers. (Zimmer 5) .Wir hatten das einzige Zimmer neben der Rezeption bzw. Auf diesem Stock, da hat man dann morgens die anderen Hotelgäste zum Frühstück oder aus der Türe hinauslaufen hören. Wir wurden aber beim einchecken darauf hingewiesen, dass man ein bisschen etwas hören könnte, von dem her halb so schlimm.

Breakfast and coffee to start the day overlooking your surroundings. A440 has absolutely beautiful views of the surrounding areas - the only suggest we have would be to trim some of the tress / shrubs that have grown over the summer to help to enhance those views.

- MSYOU (9/5): - 테라스가 있는 구조의 숙소였어요. 저는 차를 가지고 다니지 않아서 농장형 체험을 할 수 있으면서도 타운까지 도보로 이동가능한 숙소를 찾았는데 딱이었습니다. 피엔차 타운까진 도보로 20분 정도 걸려요. 늦은 밤엔 걸어오기 적합하지 않지만, 낮엔 고즈넉한 길을 좀 걸으면 타운까지 가서 식사/쇼핑 등을 하기 좋았습니다. 조식도 단정한 편이에요.

- Nina (7/5): Naturjuwel mit Ausblick - Der Ausblick, Pool und die Lage sind unschlagbar. Man braucht eine Handy-Taschenlampe mit, damit man den Weg über den Wald zum Ort auch nach dem Essen wieder heim findet- dafür ist es sensationell in die Natur eingebettet und unglaublich ruhig! Hund kann/muss an den Pool u zum Frühstück mit, da er nicht am Zimmer bleiben darf (dies finde ich positiver als umgekehrt) Unser Zimmer war eher eine kleine Kammer und hat den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Frühstücksdame ist anfangs etwas unfreundlich, taut mit der Zeit und Charme etwas auf. Es gäbe viele Ecken zum Sitzen allerdings waren die alle nicht hergerichtet und einladend. (Keine oder naße Pölster) Hund bezahlt 30€/Tag!

The late check-in fee of 40 euro after heavy rain 45 min after 7pm, while staff was on site. Also the offer of steaming a shirt felt nice but then finding a 24 euro fee on the final bill didn't feel right. The breakfast is good but only partially included in the price.

- Beatrice (9/5): Ci tornerei! - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è curata e accogliente, il personale gentile e disponibile. La colazione è davvero buona, varia e abbondante. Le camere, seppur un po’ piccole, risultano pulite e ben organizzate. Nel complesso un’ottima scelta per un soggiorno piacevole. L’unica nota negativa riguarda le camere, un po’ troppo piccole rispetto alle aspettative!

- Francisco (6/5): No es la mejor opción en la Tosca - Es un lugar diferente; en un entorno especial que te aporta tranquilidad e intimidad ..la persona que entiende el desayuno muy amable. El pueblo de Pienza que está próximo es muy muy bonito; y nada masificado. Los mosquitos..que te impiden disfrutar a gusto de las instalaciones por la tarde..si vas a la piscina o a las mesas exteriores te acribillan. La “norma” del late check-in: tienes 3 horas para realizarlo ( de 15,30 a 18,30)..si te retrasas (como fue nuestro caso) da igual el motivo, te cobran 40€ si o si; totalmente inflexibles con este punto. Es un hotel lo suficientemente caro como para minar un poquito más al cliente y adaptarse a sus circunstancias..

- Shannon (10/5): Angelic surrounded by peace. - We were beyond grateful for choosing this property. The staff and owners were amazing! The views are incredible! We very much enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace, swimming in the pool, walking into Pienza was easy - ish. There is a short hill going up but then a breeze enjoying all views along the way. It was good exercise to then enjoy all the restaurants and shopping in Pienza. Plus the e-bike that was recommended by the owner was so fun! Breathtaking adventure. I highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet and beautiful. The gardens surrounding are beautifully maintained. Thank you A440! We miss all of you! Nothing.

L'endroit est magnifique, un panorama incroyable ,le personnel est tres gentil et discret , la chambre très jolie très propre , le ménage et lit sont fait tous les jours . Très bon produits de toilettes renouvelés aussi tous les jours. Petit frigo dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner excellent. Piscine superbe avec vue sur le val d'orcia , calme et tranquillité absolue . Au pied de pienza on peut y aller a pieds ( ça grimpe !) L'endroit est extrêmement bien situé car au pieds du village mais il n'est pas très facile d'accès , car c'est par un chemin qu'on y arrive . Mais les explications sont claires il ne faut juste pas nettoyer sa voiture avant ! Prévoyez du répulsif à moustiques ( mais c'est dans toute la toscane comme ça ! )

Überall gibt es versteckte Sitzmöglichkeiten, um den Garten und seine einmalige Aussicht in die Landschaft genießen zu können. Das Frühstück bot von typischen süßen Gebäcken bis hin zu Salat einfach alles. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Durch den etwas holprigen und längeren Autoweg auf der Schotterstraße wirkte die Entfernung zum Städtchen Pienza etwas weiter. Fußläufig kann man jedoch das Örtchen durch das Tor nahe des Parkplatzes via eines Waldweges in 15 min erreichen. Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist, wie es in der Toskana üblich erscheint, ein Schotterweg und kurz vor dem Gebäude ziemlich steil. Sonst alles top.

In passato ho alleggiato sempre nella stessa zona i - La vista panoramica è splendida, il giardino è estremamente curato e pieno di profumi. La posizione molto comoda per visitare Pienza. Lo staff è praticamente l’unica nota positiva della struttura, la signora alla reception è stata molto cordiale e piacevole, così come la signora che si occupa delle colazioni. 1. Spazio per manovra e parcheggio auto molto piccolo e scomodo (elevata pendenza su ghiaia). 2. La zona piscina era difficilmente godibile causa zanzare già dalla mattina presto (si consiglia un trattamento). 3. Prezzo molto elevato per le caratteristiche della camera: veramente molto piccola, piena di arredi poco utili ed ingombranti, per non parlare della mancanza in bagno del bidet (non segnalato al momento della prenotazione). 4. Colazione mediocre con utilizzo di prodotti Coop, (per esempio yogurt), se si desideravano piatti non presenti al buffet era necessario un extra a mio avviso elevato (una omelette 12€, una spremuta d’arancia 6€)
- Towa (8/5): - Beautiful location, gardens and rooms. Overall a very lovely stay, with great breakfast and accommodation. Staff was very helpful! It is also walking distance from Pienza which was a beautiful town with great restaurants! From the photos of booking we thought that the accommodation served some food to enjoy for lunch or dinner. Unfortunately they did not, which means that you have to go into town for lunch which is not ideal if you’d like a whole pool day.

- Margit (8/5): Sehr erholsam, vielen Dank! - Der Empfang war sehr nett, wir waren zu früh dort und eine nette Reinigungsdame hat uns die Parkgenehmigung gegeben und uns den Weg nach Pienza über den Waldweg (ca. 15 Minuten in die Altstadt von Pienza) gezeigt. Wir bekamen von den (zu gewissen Zeiten anwesenden und sehr freundlichen Damen tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung für Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano. Der Pool ist kein Naturbiotop wie in bisherigen Bewertungen, das Wasser war bei uns glasklar, die Liegen sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, die Qualität könnte verbessert werden - es wäre gegen Entgelt eine Erweiterung möglich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig (nur das Gurren der Tauben), die Aussicht traumhaft, der Garten ganz toll, viele Blumen, Kräuter.... Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach – eine Ausweiche gibt es nicht (Einbahn), es ist eine unbefestigte Straße mit Sträuchern (evt. von dort Kratzer im Autolack). Das Zimmer war nett, leider bedingt durch die Mansardenschräge stößt man sich oft den Kopf (ungewohnt). Viele Mücken - ein Mückenschutz ist sehr empfehlenswert, auch am Pool. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit zum Abendessen - somit ohne Auto Abendessen in Pienza und in der Dunkelheit durch den Wald retour - Taschenlampe, Schotterstraße). Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig!!!

Das Barrierefreie DZ liegt direkt an Rezeption und Fenster zum Frühstück Balkon raus. Keine Terrasse und Preis deshalb überteuert! Steile Anfahrt zum Hotel, schlecht ausgeschildert. Letzte steile Anhöhe müsste geteert werden.

- Nicholas (9/5): Our first stay in Tuscany - Access road is up a gravel track which is bumpy in places but okay if you go gently. At the top of the incline, there are some ruts but it's fine if you go gently around them. Our room was upstairs in the main block. The main Velux window had been broken by the previous guest but was not a problem for us as we could open the double doors facing West towards the sunset. The staff were very pleasant with great service; breakfast was a good spread, and our room linen was changed daily with very neat presentation. Internet access was okay but not fast so best to download in advance rather than expect to stream at the property. We didn't use the swimming pool but it was certainly not a mud pool as suggested by a previous review. There was no evening meal but we were given a good recommendation for Ristorante la Terrazza della Val d'Orcia - expensive but great setting. Yes, we would come back again. TV had no English speaking channels available despite the room guide saying there were. The kettle for the room was on the landing which was a minor inconvenience.

Aus diesem Grund wurden wir schon sehr früh geweckt, weil es von beiden Seiten relativ laut war. Die Nähe zu Pienza war sehr gut, alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Lage mit dem Ausblick - ein Traum! Sehr nettes Personal - Pool mit Salzwasser wirklich schön! Der Weg zur Unterkunft etwas holprig und nicht mit tiefergelegtem Sportwagen zu empfehlen ;) Man konnte zu Fuß nach Pienza in 15 Minuten! Die perfekte Lage um das val D‘Orcia zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein tolles Upgrade auf ein Gartenzimmer zu einem wirklich guten Preis! Das einzige Mini - aber wirklich Mini Manko war das Frühstück - die Brötchen waren nix und der Belag immer der gleiche. Der Kaffee war seeeehr lecker.

We enjoyed relaxing on swimming pool and morning breakfast with breathtaking views of the valley. If you are fan of movie location this property is small walk from (Gladiator 1 movie) Maximus house which is very popular with tourists. Not to mention amazing staff and kindness .
