- Guest (1/5): . - No things The lighting in the room and bathroom is very poor. There is mold in the bathroom. There is no hot food. There are no restaurants nearby.

- Mohammed (1/5): very bad hotel; bluffing rating on booking.com - Nothing Very bad experience in this hotel which is mentioned as three star & i believe it is not even single star level ,my booking was for 2 triple rooms with garden view for 2 nights But unfortunately on arrival i got 2 double rooms with extra folding bed in each room, both room where so dirty & full of dust and many insects (spiders , cockroaches) ; bathrooms where so dirty & smelly and when i requested for room changing the hotel management refused with very unprofessional behaviour ( actually the hotel is managed by Saudi Trevel group) ; very bad Cleaning level,breakfast & room services ; finally i believe they are bluffing on Booking.com by adding comments & evaluations by their friends & travel agents ; if anyone have concerns i can provide photos & video of the room
