• SONIA (9/5): Bom custo benefício para uma cidade como Shanghai - Hotel de rede internacional, faz toda a diferença para um ocidental a viajar na China. Quartos grandes, confortáveis e um bom pequeno almoço - flexível tanto para ocidentais como para orientais. Café e docinhos disponíveis gratuitamente no lobby..Tem entrega por robôs, há 2 disponíveis, o que faz com que, mesmo sendo um hotel grande, a entrega seja bem rápida. Bom custo benefício para uma cidade como Shanghai. A localização não é tão boa, fica a uma caminhada de 900 m do metro, para nós não fez diferença porque usamos as bikes do allipay para esses deslocamentos menores.. A informação sobre o transfer para o aeroporto e os shuttles disponíveis não é nada clara... O pessoal no front desk não consegue dar informações nem usando o tradutor - não chegamos a usar!

The staff all are nice , but if I have someone helping for my luggage load and unload, that is better . Helping staff Xioa Lei helping to call a taxi for me . Good room cleaning . Thank you for the red wine and fruit for my anniversary celebrations ! The breakfast and supper dining room has no windows and views at all , it can be better if it has a window and nice music while breakfast.

• Verified traveler (8/5): accor 체인 가성비 호텔 - 1. 런드리는 세탁방을 무료이용 가능(세제포함) 2. 상해이긴 하나 번화가 중간에 있어 어딜 가려면 택시이용(지하철 역사도 2km 거리에 있음) 3. 방배치는 북동(뷰 위주), 남서(일조 위주) 라서 편의에 따라 결정하면 됨 4. 복합건물이라 밑에 병원과 가라오케 같은게 있는데 새벽까지 운영하는 듯 하나 소음이 올라오지는 않음 5. 참고로, 라운지가 별도 없는대신 1층에 웰컴초콜릿이나 커피, 티를 무료로 제공함

I booked this Mercure because the one at Jiuting is closed at that time. If you have the choice, book Mercure Jiuting instead. No bad surprise for sure there.

They are willing to help me to order the take away by themselves as I don’t have their apps... I’m really appreciated that. And one staff named Sandy is the most politely and professional one at reception. She was so details and will ask the driver to help and take care of our luggage when we left by taxi. I’m happy that I met a kind and professional staff like her on my first time at shanghai. Thank you. But for the restaurant ( breakfast), not much choice and not delicious at all, need improvement.

• Johnny (8/5): 整體優良，流程與人員訓練可再加強 - 整體的住宿體驗算是非常好的，設施也不錯，清潔也做得很好。 唯一美中不足的是前台，禮貌方面沒有問題，但動作太慢了，往往服務一個客人就要耗去不少時間，這可能是有流程上可以改善之處。另外就是要 check-out 時，個人在請前台協助訂車前往機場時很清楚地說明是請車輛於 5:20 抵達，前後誤差五分鐘就算了，結果卻是在 5:07 就已經把車輛叫來，結果 check-out 的過程中又發生許多不順的狀況，讓駕駛等了許久，個人以為這就是訓練不足的問題了。 希望作為一家舒適的酒店，尤其目標是商務客，建議還是要強化這些細節以及人員的訓練才能做出好的口碑。

As soon as I received the room assignment and unpacked, someone heard a key to get in and out of my room. When I opened the door, I assigned another person and me the same room. Why was the price so low that it meant getting into the camp? I do not understand how to make such a mistake. And when I checked in, I noticed that the deposit with the four people who accompanied me was withdrawn from my bank book. And when I checked out, I returned the key and tried to pay it, and said that everything was all done. So, when I checked in, I thought the payment was not a deposit, and the payment was normal. Two hours before departure, when I called the taxi to the airport in time for the flight, the hotel made an attempt to withdraw from my bankbook account five times. I did not have a balance and I ended up paying twice. I was really embarrassed. The departure time is approaching, I do not understand the words well, I do not understand whether the money is refundable or not, Oh really I thought the hotel was the worst from beginning to end. When I go to Shanghai, I do not want to be around.

• Bun (8/5): WiFi不能自己連缐 - WiFi設定有問題，沒辦法自己連缐，還好服務人員有禮地幫忙，協助連上網路。
• Verified traveler (10/5): 머큐리홍차오사우스이용기 - 홍차호공항(특히 1번 터미널)에서 매우 가까운곳에 있으며 , 교통이 혼잡하지 않은곳에 있어서 인지 택시로 오가는데 거의 막히지 않았습니다 (택시비가 대략 25-30위안정도 ). 특히 저는 머무는중에 홍차오에서 기차를 이용하기도해서 오고 가는것이 위치상 매우 편리 했습니다. 더불어 가격도 매우 좋았으며 룸관리도 깨끗하고 조용 했습니다. 주위에 전철역도 가까이 있어서 , 전철이 이용하려는 경우에는 편리한 부분이 있다고 생각합니다.. 주위에 한국이들이 사는지 , 한국사우나 및 음식점이 한곳 있었습니다. 건너편에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있고 , 지하에 슈퍼가 있어서 이용이 편리합니다.
• Cerelia (4/5): 服务差 - 入住前已致电询问是否收取押金的情况，前台告知房间没有消费品，不用收押金，因为房费也是提前预付的，但是check in时还是要收押金，前台告知由于还没收到第三方的汇款!!!而且订了两间房，且房间一个窗户大，一个窗户小，这样的安排很不合理！退房撤销押金耗时很久！员工工作效率低!!
• HSIN CHUAN (10/5): - 近虹橋機場,方便. 飯店新穎, 乾淨. Free wifi. 會推薦給其他友人.
• Frederic (4/5): Disappointing Mercure property - I stayed there because of the (relative) proximity to Hongqiao train station. I arrived late. The front desk could not speak English. No options for a late dinner (room service or otherwise). The room has a smelly bathroom (mold), and while I had reserved a non-smoking room, the entire room reeked of cigarette smell. Pillows were bad, and the window looked directly into another room. There was a constant noise (central AC humming maybe?) that prevented a restful sleep. Walls are paper thin so you hear people talking in the adjacent room (and I am seriously deaf). I had to argue to have breakfast because I did not purchase a package (the host would literally deny me entry even though I offered to pay. They would not take Visa for payment (in a hotel!!) at breakfast, only cash. The breakfast was mediocre, with pastries at least 3 days old.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel is OK. Not very convenient to Hongqiao airport. Best if you speak Chinese.
• Brian (2/5): - Front desk ability to help non-Chinese speaking guests absolutely horrible. You expect someone to speak English, even if just little, at an Accor establishment. Never will go there again.
• CHENGWEI (10/5): 漕河逕的好住宿 - 酒店挺新的，服務也挺好，對面有河馬鮮生，附近有不少吃的餐廳
• Jenna (8/5): Short Stay - I was relocated to this hotel in the middle of the night because the one I booked lost my reservation. This hotel was a nice place to stay, but unfortunately I only was able to stay for a few hours. The rooms are spacious and include many amenities.
• YU HUI (8/5): - 位於地鐵站步行約10分內可到達飯店，附近也有商場可逛及覓食 飯店內裝新穎，接待人員素質也可，辦入住及退房都很迅速! 走進大廳有股清香味道很舒服，房間設備也比預期的來要的好哦!
