• Mike (8/5): Great Location - Really nice room - with a small "working area" i the window which was very useful - central location not very far from the old town There is no lift - BUT - staff very helpful with bags but I guess you are not so mobile it would be a problem - if not then it's a really nice staircase
• Paul (7/5): - The staff were pleasant and helpful. Television didn’t work very well and the screen flickered so much it was unwatchable. The alarm clock in the neighbouring bedroom went off at 6:15 am and kept going for 45 minutes. There was negligible soundproofing between the two rooms and it only stopped when I started banging back on the wall and presumably our sleepy neighbour woke up.

• TOANEN (10/5): Super séjour ensoleillé à Porto - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le personnel est très professionnel, à l'écoute et très gentil. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Notre chambre donnait sur un joli patio, très calme. Hôtel très propre et soigné, situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique de Porto et à 15 minutes d'une station de métro. Une très bonne adresse, nous y retournerons.

• MAYARA (8/5): Adorei! - Gentileza dos funcionários, limpeza excelente… Fica a uma distância de 15 minutos a pé da Livraria Lelo e Igreja do Carmo. É próximo também do Jardim do Palácio de Cristais, uma distância de 7 minutos a pé. Quarto confortável com ar-condicionado e um bom banheiro. Cama de casal pequena.

The building is really beautiful, the location is great. Everything was really clean. The beds are really hard!! And the pillows quite flat which is a bad combination. We had to put some blankets on the mattress to make it a bit softer. When you're walking and having busy days, the quality of your sleep is important

• Gabriella (9/5): Lovely hotel with kind staff and central location - The hotel was lovely, staff were all really nice, everything was clean, comfortable and easy to access. They were very helpful with storing my luggage when I arrived early as well. The location was perfect for the congress I attended in the super bock arena, and for going into the central city, but not too central so it was still very peaceful for those of us that need to work. My one little qualm was the shower water pressure (although might just be the shower head needing an update), but it was still perfectly manageable.

Nos permitieron salir un poco más tarde de las 11 en el día de año nuevo. Habitación reducida, justa. El secador de pelo estaba averiado pero nos proporcionaron otro.

• Sumara (5/5): It was convenient that was about it - The room was decent and had heating and aircon which was nice. The staff was friendly. The bathroom and tub were dirty, the shower had no pressure at all and the shower head and hose was broken. They only had twin beds and the bed was not comfortable. There was extreme humidity. The heat took a while to work. The room is very old looking and there is no elevator.
