• Dickerson (10/5): Location is fantastic and very nice accommodation - Beautiful home in immaculate condition. Room was small but cosy and there was a nice living room and dining room available for extra space. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful selection. The host/hostess were always quick to respond to texts if you needed anything. Located 5-10 minutes walk from the waterfalls and many restaurants. Highly recommend this place. Loved it all

• silke (9/5): - Das Haus sieht von aussen und auch von innen sehr hübsch aus, es ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, abseits vom Trubel aber trotzdem nah an den Niagara Fällen, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist toll . Das Frühstück war einfach toll , so liebevoll zubereitet und sehr lecker! Kevin und Anna sind zauberhafte Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Uns hat alles gefallen, unser Zimmer und das Bad waren recht klein, aber so stand es auch in der Beschreibung. Darum ist das kein Kritikpunkt.

On arrival our room designation was not clear from original booking.com correspondence. Telephone call to hosts, however, brought immediate resolution.

Kevin and Anna (the owners) started our day with a delicious and varied breakfast, served on a beautiful set breakfast table. Kevin was especially helpful with local information and ideas for sightseeing. The B&B is located on a safe, quiet residential street about 5 minutes walking distance to the Niagara River Pkwy and the beginning of the Falls-related attractions. The room (the 'Green Room') was a little small, but adequate, with a queen size bed. The room and private bath were immaculate and in excellent condition. The parking lot behind the house provided safe off-the-street parking. Overall, Ambiance by the Falls is a charming, ideally located B&B run by owners who care about their patrons. They show it in the charming decor, the condition and cleanliness of everything, and most of all, in the delicious breakfast they serve every day.

We stayed in blue room, room was very clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was good and enjoyed meeting other guests. The room is smaller than it looked from pictures and seemed expensive for overall quality (though everything in Niagara was pricey in Mid-August!). Very outdated brochures in waiting room.

Asked for early breakfast in advance because of an early engagement and received a lunch sandwich. Also there was no place for soiled dishes. Staff was not on site for most of the time.

• Nancy (10/5): Our anniversary weekend, and first visit to Canada, was unforgettably adventurous and wonder-FULL! - The room was small but well laid out - everything we needed. We didn't get to meet Kevin until breakfast, and then only briefly. We could see a woman with him in the kitchen but never had the chance to meet her. Kevin was kind and professional, we would have liked to meet them for a few minutes upon arrival, if that was possible. We were disappointed not to meet the owners until breakfast, and then only one of them.

Stayed in green room. Quite small but bed very comfy. Bathroom tiny but modern with great shower & spotless. Didn’t want an impersonal room in one of the big chains so we were well satisfied. Breakfast plentiful & freshly cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed our stay. Great value & lovely hosts.

If you need or want anything, the owners will get you whatever they can! Honestly there is nothing to dislike about this B&B.
• Danny (8/5): Closeto everything in walking distance, quite plac, comfortable bed and a ex - Anna and Kevin were accommodating with three days of different excellent meals for breakfast along with fresh fruit, home cooked blueberry muffins or croissant. The green room was a little on the small size but had all the accomadations needed and we out on the town most of the time and only needed a comfortable bed to sleep with a good breakfast which it was.

I stayed in the yellow room, which was very comfortable. I also enjoyed having coffee, tea, and water available. There is a seating area outside and a living room for guests to use. Ambiance by the Falls is on a quiet street within walking distance of the Falls. Thanks for letting me leave my bag after check out time. I recommend staying here.

The Inn Keepers were so pleasant and helpful that when we had a tour scheduled earlier than the set breakfast time, they went and made a special breakfast much earlier, so we could both eat and make our tour of Niagara Falls. We highly recommend this location for viewing the falls as we could walk very safely at night to see the light show. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but still very walking friendly.

I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.
