• Bonnet C. (10/5): Good location and price - The location is good. Near the port and bus stop to go Otogar . Downstairs there is a grocery shop where I can buy fresh fruits. The Tantuni next door is also delicious. The bathroom is big. Wi-fi is good speed for working remotely as well. The toilet position is too high from the floor. The curtains do not cover the whole windows. People in the street can see you inside. Luckily I have clothespins to keep the curtains closed together to cover the gap. Two clothespins are enough to do.

• Candela (9/5): Correct - El personal fue atento con mis preguntas y me recomendaron buenso sitios para comer. Aparcamiento de sobra a los alrededores. Fuimos en temporada baja, por lo que el barrio era muy tranquilo. En general, sitio correcto. El agua podría estar un poco más caliente y las cortinas ser un poco más grandes para tapar bien la ventana.

• Larisa (10/5): Любимый отель - Мне понравилось практически всё. Особая благодарность главному менеджеру Кериму за решение всех моих проблем и девушке, которая убирала номер. Всегда было чисто, новая белоснежная постель и покрывала. Отель в центре, недалеко от пляжа Клеопатра и пляжа возле Красной башни, минут 5-7 к морю пешком. Рядом с отелем есть два супермаркета Бим и Мигрос, к потру и улице баров примерно 4 мин. Комната просторая и светлая, хороший чистый кондиционер и прекрасный вид из балкона на город и горы.Ночью было тихо, звукоизоляция шикарная и рядом нету баров и ресторанов, поэтому можно хорошо выспаться. Персонал отеля очень приветлив и всегда готов помочь. Осенью обязательно вернусь именно в этот отель, потому что для меня он идеальный. Всё, что мне не нравилось решалось мгновенно, поэтому претензий нет.

• Cemal (1/5): Never again - Nothing!!! I reserved at this hotel for 1 day, when i came the guy was smoking in the lobby (what looked more like a halway with a desk). It took a long time before i could check in. When i finnaly got my key, i went up to the room and when I entered there was already someone in the room. Then i went back down to tell him that. After i told him he got called by someone, and he picked up and started to talk true the phone. At this moment i was done with the place, i took forever, bad service, it was dirty and it smelled because of smoke. So i told him never mind i want my money back, he didnt want to give it back. So i just said never mind and walked away.
