- Tsung (8/5): - 1、地段方便，機能佳，鄰近超商（全家)、也有咖啡店。 2、附有洗衣機（有提供洗衣粉）及烘衣機，安排在旅途中間住宿剛好可以整理衣物。 3、房間空間寬敞，行李箱可完全打開。有小廚房可使用，也有提供鍋具餐具等。 1、自助報到流程較為繁雜，不利新手戶報到，但客服能及時提供協助。 2、聯繫克服平板要留意操作方式，比較不是一件式按壓（要滑一下）。 3、自助報到只有日文及英文介面，如果旅客族群多樣的話，建議可以增加中文或韓文介面。

- Noémi (10/5): Fantastic location, spacious sea-view apartment, and incredibly helpful staff - Amazing stay in a perfect location! We were three friends traveling without a car, and the bus stop from Naha was just a 2-minute walk from the accommodation, which made everything very convenient. We arrived a bit early, and the staff kindly allowed us to store our luggage (we had quite a lot), both before check-in and even for several hours after check-out. They were incredibly accommodating and didn’t mind at all. We also had an issue contacting another accommodation because we don’t speak Japanese, but the staff went above and beyond to help us by calling and communicating on our behalf. Truly exceptional service. The apartment itself was spacious and even had a beautiful sea view. I can highly recommend this place, everything was top-notch. A big thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Parking was never an issue and the room was spotless. Check in/out was easy and efficient. The view from room 303 is dreadful. Request any room other than that one.

Walking distance to American Village, supermarket & restaurants. Free on-site parking is an added bonus. Quite a bit of noise from Route 58

- HYEONJEONG (9/5): 다음에도 이용하고 싶은 숙소~ - 제일 위층은 옥상에서 야경을 보며 반신욕을 할 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다. 아래층은 침대, 위층은 싱크대와 TV가 있는 공간에 야경과 바다뷰도 만족스러웠습니다. 아메빌은 걸어서 15분내에 갈 수 있고, 주위 마트,편의점이 있어 좋았습니다. 패드로 체크인 후 옆의 기계에서 열쇠를 빼는 과정이 데스크에 사람이 없다면 어려워 보입니다. 저희는 일찍 도착해서 문제없었지만, 늦게 오시는 분들은 체크인 후 헤매고 있더라구요~그 부분에 대한 설명이 더 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 차탄 숙소가 오토바이 소리에 대한 후기가 많던데, 이 숙소도 밤에 조금은 들렸습니다. 저희 가족은 숙면에 문제는 없었습니다. 아주 예민하시다면 차탄 인근은 오토바이 소리 생각해보셔야 겠습니다.

- masakazu (8/5): なんだかんだ言ってもまた泊まりたいです。 - 利便性がとても良い。近くにディスカウントスーパーが有り、生鮮食料品以外は購入可能。 飲食店も徒歩圏内にあり、とても便利でした。アメリカンビレッジも徒歩で行けましたので 朝食を食べに行けます。上層階では海が見えるので気分的にも上がります。 駐車場の台数が少ないようで、早めに場所取りをしないと駐車が難しい所となるし、もしかすると敷地内に停められない場合は別場所を探す手間が出てしまう。お風呂に追い炊きが無いので残念。部屋に少し匂いが上がって来ていたので、消臭剤が有ればよかったと感じました。換気扇強で対応しました。キッチンの椅子が背もたれも無く、木の椅子でしたので固くて長時間は座れません。

The location puts you a quick walk from American Village and there are great restaurants nearby to eat as well. Really appreciate the front desk helping us to figure out how to get the key and accommodating my request for a digital invoice. Tha k you very much for hosting my team and I! If you're looking a nice clean hotel near the base, and don't want to break the bank, I would definitely recommend. Motorcycle kids reving engines at night was annoying, but it seems this is par for the course near the highway. No other complaints, a terrific hotel.

- Christin (10/5): The hotel was amazing perfect location ! - The hotel was amazing. I used to live in Okinawa when my husband was stationed at Kadena, so the location was perfect. I rented a car through Orix, and the rental office was within walking distance of the hotel, right near Fogo de Chão. There are several great restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. Directly across from us was a sushi go round, a KFC, and just down the road, a 24-hour Family Mart. It was also within walking distance of American Village, which is convenient if you prefer to explore on foot. I stayed for three weeks, including the Fourth of July weekend. You can see fireworks from the balcony it was perfect. If you book a room on the fourth floor or higher, you’ll have a beautiful view of the marina and the water from the balcony. It was truly stunning. The beds are very firm, but that’s normal in Japan. Many reviews mentioned that the pull out bed was uncomfortable, but I didn’t think so. If you’re sensitive to firmness, you might want to bring a softer pillow for extra comfort.

- YU TING (8/5): - 房間大，適合家庭住宿。 幾年前住過一次，很喜歡，所以再次預定，但這次感覺退步了，廚房鍋子油油的，房間也不是整理很乾淨，最誇張的是check-in有夠麻煩，搞得像是在面試一樣，還要先在樓下視訊連線對話才能取鑰匙，我覺得員工的問話過程真的很像在審訊一樣，算是在沖繩這幾天入住最麻煩的飯店，下次可能不會再來了。

- Shivi (8/5): Good location, good for short stay. I would come back if it was cleaner. - The location was perfect for us. Room was big enough with a nice view from the balcony. We were there for a week so we had two towels and there was a washing machine and dryer to help with dirty clothes. Dedicated smoking area downstairs in car park. We met many wonderful Americans! The pillows were the worst. So hard and small we had to use one of the pillows from the couch to puff it up so we didn’t hurt our necks. The beds were comfortable although I found heaps of mould growing on the bed base skirt part. No staff would come back to me about another pillow + the wifi wasn’t working well.

Especially we would like to say thanks to the front staff, Aya, she provided helpful information for my wife because she felt sick on the 3rd day, thank you very much Aya.
