- Victor (6/5): Basic comfort, well positioned - Very well positioned in Prague. Volumes and surface, including balcony, are fine (beware: absolutely not accessible for people with reduced mobility). Quality of the finishes and equipment: basic. One can reside and cook (no Nespresso or similar coffee machine unlike other Adrez apartments btw) but the comfort level, including bedrooms and furnishing, is overall basic.

- Caitlin (10/5): Excellent apartments in the heart of Prague - A fantastic experience. We stayed in two different apartments and both were amazing and right in the Old Town, such an excellent location! I would thorough recommend that anyone stays here!
- Wensheng (10/5): - Huge room, much larger than we expected. Everything is great except parking as there is none. We had to park in the paid garage 5 min walk from here.
- JOSHNA (2/5): - Be very aware this property is located in a what is called the Jewish Ghetto, so you will e rught next to a historic synagogue that has tour groups and people stopping all the time. Sleeping arrangement is not convenient. 1 queen mattress after climing about 15 steep bunk bed type ladder. You cannoy stand up on top level maybe a 4 fr person can. The sofa bed and in fact both sleeping mattresses very very uncomfortable. Sofa beds needs to be changed. Water wa sleaking under sink, i emailed, texted, and called for 2 days and bo reply. Limited supplies like 1 paper towel rool which i ended up using to absorb the sink leak. Finally someone came to look at leak wiped it said he could've find anything wrong and left, i stopped using the sink and kitchen altogether. Very minimal kitchen utensils. Keep in mind i wanted daily cleaning gor a fee but no response again from the property, they give you exactly the number of towels as people which you have to use for 5 days.. i ended up getting the tiwels laundered myself after day 2. Bathroom tub with shower and no curtains or stall is quiet inconvenient, water splashes everywhere esp if you are of average height. Left tag on door for garbage to get emplied it didn't so i took it and left it outside apt door it sat thete for 3 days before getting picked up. Only plus is the small washer in the bathroom but no dryer hang dry clothes, I ended up taking it to a self service laundromat. Unpleasant stay, was ready to leave.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great Location and Very Good Apartment - The location of this apartment could not be better, just a street over from the old town square in the Jewish quarter. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed including a washer which was nice. As for the bathroom, I have no idea how one is supposed to shower in here without getting water everywhere. It's like one of the doors on the tub is missing, but even trying to be very careful I was unable to keep water from splashing everywhere near the sink and toilet.The only other drawback was that the loft where the bed is gets pretty hot at night, to the point at which the A/C wasn't keeping up with keeping it cool. In September this was alright, but in the summer it may be a bigger issue.

The pipe connected to it has a bending issue which causes the shower head to shoot at either the wall or onto the bathroom floor. Not very good when you want it to shoot into you.

- Denise (10/5): - This is a wonderful property. We were very happy with our week’s stay. It is located in the quieter historic Jewish quarter, but is within minutes of all the Old Town sites. It is well-furnished and comfortable. (Be prepared to go to the nearby grocery or minimarts for any provisions beyond the provided toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap and lotion.) This property also has an elevator. The internet was strong. We appreciated the dishwasher, complete kitchen, washing machine and drying rack. I would give the property all 5 stars except that it might lead to disappointment if someone is expecting luxury. The price is more than fair.

Downside of a great location is that it's busy on the streets below, and when the weather is warm (no AC), if your window is open, you are putting yourself at risk of LOTS of noise. We were woken up 3 times during the night, + couldn't sleep for an hour because of noisy people walking by below. There isn't much the property owner can do about this... but I wouldn't suggest this for those seeking a restful stay in warm months.

Pieni miinus siitä, että makuutilat olivat parvella ja vaikka sinne oli hyvät tikkaat, niin minulle se ei ollut sopiva nukkumapaikka. Pudotin siis vuodevaatteet alakertaan ja nukuin sohvalla. - Emily (8/5): Lovely apartment in centre - Really lovely room. Very clean and nice bathroom. Location was excellent right next to the old town square. Reception very responsive to emails. Only negatives were that the apartment was up 4 flights of stairs and no lift. Also the reception is a few minutes walk away which isn’t too bad as we we’re taken there by a member of staff but just added walk after journey, just left keys in apartment on checkout so didn’t need to go back at end which is good.

- Dorthe Krabbe (10/5): Lækker lejlighed hvor du kan gå til alt. - Meget lækker lejlighed hvor man bor spot on, så man kan gå til alt, og alligevel sove i ro og mag. Der var INGEN larm fra gader eller trafik, helt fantastisk pæn og ren og billederne snyder ikke, tvært imod. Lejligheden ligger på 3. Sal og der er ikke elevator. Men den er trapperne værd.
- Paul (2/5): Warning: Top floor, 8 flights of stairs, no stairs - I hired this apartment for 5 nights and I’m not happy with this place. The apartment is on the top floor up eight flights of stairs and there is no lift! The company who own the place and also Hotels.com make no mention of this. My wife was due to join me on the third day but cancellled because she cannot climb stairs. Its a smaller complaint but the shower is poor with the tap providing a minute difference between too cold and too hot. So I took a bath each day.
- Brad (10/5): Quiet elegant apartment in heart of city - This luxurious apartment, with many amenities, on a quiet street a few blocks from the central square Staromestska, high end shopping on Parizska, and the Charles Bridge, Karluv Most, was truly a dream.
- Tommy (8/5): 中心地のすぐ近くで観光に便利。 - 立地はすごく良いし、部屋も快適だけどチェックインが凄く分かりにくかった。 レセプションとして記載してある住所に行ったら「此処じゃないよ」って正しい場所を教えてもらって漸く。
- minho (8/5): 완전추천합니다! - 여긴정말미쳤어요 엄청나게좋았어요 집도이렇게꾸미고싶다싶을만큼 너무깨끗하고 편안했어요 세탁기도있어서 수시로빨래도했구 편의점도 가까웠어요. 쿠킹툴도잘비치되어있어서 뭘해먹기도좋았어요! 게다가 구시가지광장하고 3분거리정도되구요 모든 곳을 걸어다니기 편리했어요 지하철역도 가까워서 중앙역이나 플로렌츠역까지 가기가 수월했습니다 트램도 버스도 전부 가까이서 이용할수있어요 불편한점은 엘레베이터가없다는것과 아파트관리분과 연락해서 체크인해야하는게 번거롭다는점입니다. 그런데 이런단점들이 가려질만큼 나머지부분들은 정말완벽했어요~^^

- Jan (10/5): Tolles Apartment in zentraler Lage - Wir waren zu viert mit 2 Kindern in dem Apartment. Es liegt super zentral in Prag. Das Team von Mordecai Twelve hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert und hat alle Fragen beantwortet. Sehr zu empfehlen.
- Alexandra (10/5): Toppenbra boende - Kunde inte ha önskat oss ett bättre boende i Prag. Nära till allt men ändå lugnt trevligt. Rummet i sig var mycket fint. Rent, fräscht och smakfullt inrett. Två tummar upp!

- Jane (10/5): The perfect apartment - Mordecai Twelve was an incredible place to stay. It was very large, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The bed was really comfortable and the area is very quiet for sleeping. It is a very modern and beautiful apartment. It had everything you could possibly ask for, including chocolates on your pillow! Lots of closet space and a well stocked kitchen. I am a female solo traveller and felt very safe there. It is in the perfect location. You can walk everywhere you want to go! I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Prague!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Perfect location - Great, friendly staff! They helped in time of need. This room was about 15 min walk from registration. No transportation. This room was on 5th floor, no elevator. Overall would not stay here again, but at another property with this hotel group. They tried to make it right, so a big thanks to the staff!

- Giz (4/5): Great location - Staff was not very helpful. There were five of us and we were given four towels. When I asked for more towels we were given some hand towels. When I requested a shuttle to the airport I was told it was done. I called to confirm and was told they never ordered it. I was also disappointed in the billing. They convert the cz at their own rate, not the official rate. It would have been better if they just charged with Euro as that was the rate we were given.
- Peyton (10/5): Great Room. Great Location. - All I can say is STAY HERE! Mordecai Twelve was beyond what I expected. Room was huge, new, and unbelievably clean. We stayed in the Metamorphisis room (based off Kafka of course). The room had a gorgeous bathroom, kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils and a huge, comfortable loft bed. This front office staff was very helpful and even printed our train tickets for the next weekend when I emailed. As for location, it is located right by Old Town Square and Charles Bridge is literally a 5 minute walk. Also, the room had A/C which is a HUGE plus and hard to find in such an old city. I was beyond happy with our stay here and the room really made the difference.
