- Umu Noraisyikin (7/5): - Easy to get around , with plenty of facilities available . There are many restaurants inside TS Mall , making it convenient to find food. It’s also easy to go to Sungei Wang and access the monorail. The view is very nice, and all the cooking equipment is provided It needs improvement in several aspects. The bedsheets and furniture are quite old, and some areas in the bathroom are dirty. There are also many parts of the hotel that need better maintenance, and some areas are dusty.

When i found out and messaged the staff they refuse to reply me for long hours, and when i contacted booking.com customer service ,boom there is a reply and call from the agreeing that its not room that we have booked and asking us inform booking.com there is no problem in order for us to get back our actual apartment. When they changed our room , there was no WIFI was provided and when i WhatsApp the staff again for the password they refused to reply for hours and when i chat via booking.com they replied this “ they will contact the host for the password and get back to us “. Imagine there no mobile tower nearby , you cant use your data to watch movie or anything or even make a call since theres no signal available . Till we checkout they never reach out to me regarding the WIFI password , even after multiple messages from me . The apartment comes with Bathtub but theres no point of using it as it has a huge hole and theres water leakages everywhere. Cleanliness (0/10) , dust and dirt . Worthless of staying here , not worth of spending rm155 per night , budget hotel under rm50 better than this apartment. DISHONEST HOST/STAFF , 0 CLEANLINESS , NO WIFI EVEN LISTED IN THE FACILITIES AVAILABLE EVERYTIME , BROKEN BATHTUB .

The 2 bedroom suite with separate shower & bathtubs attached to the designated bedroom is a great idea. The living room is spacious for the kids to run around. The kitchen has no stove but a microwave oven is available if some basic cooking is required. Overall a very comfortable & enjoyable family weekend stay . For improvements, the sofa set badly needs to be refurbished & a kid's channel added to the tv program

They called me early in the morning the day before my trip to tell me that they can't accommodate my stay due to "electricity issues" which sounds like a scam and they gave the property to someone else. They cancel my booking 12 hrs before arrival informing me due to electricity shutdown. Make my trip terrible. Please to all family visitors avoid this property & booking.com they dont care. Worst reservation manager called me you can cancel your booking and book other property. I have visit the date of arrival still operation runs well. They scam because of room rates has been increased due to high demand. Cheaters tell travellers atleast 2 days in advance both make us terrible the trip.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Overall seem ok, except the check-in process & dusty room. The security at lobby doesnt seem to be helpful, probably I dont speak malay. When I reach the lobby, I ask the security where to check-in, he just simply tell me the room is fully book, if u want u can call the police. In the end I had to call the person in charge to come downstairs to bring us up the room. I hope those suites owner could educate the security downstairs what is going on to avoid miscommunication.
- Love-travelling6 (2/5): Avoid! Awful place - uncomfortable experience - Stayed here for one night at the end of our two week adventures around Malaysia. Wished we hadn’t! Awful doesn’t even come close! We booked a number of rooms, however upon arrival, we were taken to the 18th floor. I was asked to go into the ‘office’ alone - three men then sat/stood around me. It was like a tag team, an intimidating environment, that could’ve phased some. It made me feel quite unsafe, with the amount of hassle we had checking in. I was told that despite booking a number of rooms, I would be given one less: but have to pay for all that I booked. I refused to pay for something we didn’t have. It took almost an hour to check in, and had to really battle to get the rooms I booked. Eventually, I just said I’ll take the one less room, due to being tired and needing to get food for the children. The men kept talking to each other whilst I was waiting, (in their language) so I told them I would be getting a colleague to come in to try and get this all sorted. Whilst awaiting my colleague, one of the guys said he found the English accent very sexy. I told him I was not English, and would rather just get the keys for the girls to enable them to settle and go and get food. The main guy on the computer, was really awful, it was like bartering for something at a market rather than checking in. It felt like he was just trying to scam us. The room Smelt of cigarettes Dirty; bathroom smelt unclean, room was fusty, there was a dirty towel on the floor. It was just unpleasant. The room was unkept unfortunately, as it could’ve been much nicer. The view was great, however after all the hassle of trying to get what we booked, we were all pretty much over this place, we had to rush around trying to get food, and were grateful when it was check out time. I would absolutely 100% recommend that you avoid this place. Everything about it was dodgy, and the room is nothing like the pictures on the website. It could do with an upgrade, and a clean. Felt relieved when we checked out.
- Styluses (2/5): Total scam - Booked through booking.com and then got made to pay an extra 16% on arrival. Rooms were smelly - damp patches and the smell of stale smoke. All felt very dodgy as they operate out of a little office in this very grand hotel. Hotel has nothing to do with them so don’t expect any help there either.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Not really a hotel. Felt cheated by Hotels.com - This is actually a short stay rental room rather than a hotel as you would expect from hotels.com. The lobby is actually the security desk for the residence tower. There are many similar operators whom I wonder whether they have proper licenses to operate as hotel. Room condition was far from desirable. Dusty floor that seemed to have not been vacuum for a considerable period of time. Very outdated furnishing, imagine cassette recorder (seemed broken) is one of the equipment. Baby cockroaches crawling around (killed at least 3). Kitchenette left with metal forks n spoons, no cup nor glasses. Hotels.com should really do something to avoid listing improper hotel setup.

The pool was clean and well-maintain. Would like to thanks Mr Golam for his friendly and paitence service. Will definitely be back again. Kudos guys, Keep it up.

- mikegD4787FJ (2/5): Check room before accepting it! - My wife and I had pre-paid £210 for and I quite a Deluxe Suite to stay for 4 nights at these serviced suites! All I can say is they must have had a famous photographer take these pictures to make them look so good on the Hotel.com site! Firstly we thought we would be checking in at a nice check in desk! Errr NO! Your met at the entrance taken upto the 25th floor and taken to a room which I can only describe as a large walk in Cupboard! There was a small desk and a couple of chairs where I sat down and did the check in! Where I handed over a 200rm deposit! We were then taken upto the room! When we walked in the room the first thing we noticed was a smell which we couldn’t quite work out what it was but it didn’t smell clean! It looked tidy! The main sitting area was small there was a single made up bed in that room as well, we then went into a bedroom area so was kind of open plan, then the bathroom was next! The sink toilet and bath were very dated as was most of the furnishings! The small leather suite was the most modern furnishing in there! We weren’t shown into the kitchen we were told where it was! Then the man left! Once gone I went to the toilet and from no where I noticed a cockroach making its way to the back of the toilet pan and then disappear! I then thought hmmm let’s check the bedding! So pulled back the top cover to find stains on the sheets and not just a water mark! Proper stains, I then turned the pillows over and sweat stains were visible! My wife and I then went down stairs to the pool bar area to discuss what we were going to do! We both agreed we could not stay there, so we checked into another hotel which was the Furama just around the corner, which was the original hotel we wanted to book but there had been no availability at that time, but luckily they had had a couple of cancellations so we booked into! Get this! An Executive suite with access to the Executive lounge with breakfast for £25 more than we had been charged for the very small, unclean and dated suite at the other site! We went back and spoke to a representative of the Suite sales team and explained why we were leaving and the their properties are well below the standard of a Deluxe Suite and not clean! I took him up stairs to show him, he said he could sort something else out the next day I said no I was not sleeping in the bed with stains and a bathroom with cockroaches!!!! No thank you! We then left! We are now going to challenge through my credit card company to get our money back!!!!

Major water leak. Bathroom essentials barely enough. Toilet paper left on towel rack. No holder and no extras. Had to call twice to get some. Furniture cushions old and torn. Much more. Unit 36-19 slightly better but one room aircon not working
