- Wan Azran (10/5): Awesome - Just amazing!
- Subramanian (2/5): - Not really good. We had bitter experience with stay in city view Hotel. I wouldn’t recommend to any one
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property is amazing with having access to all restaurants. I love he hotel it’s spacious and cooperative staff. Only internet is low in the room. Rest 10 out of 10 😊
- Zul (10/5): - Bilik terbaik
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel is good if you need a place for one night close to the Airport , for the rest is not in a good location , very much no were to have a beer and no good food around , not to much to do.
- JL (8/5): - Very close to the airport, good for flight layovers, hotel also provides shuttle buses to the airport. Lots of parking space outside and food options as well.
- AE (8/5): - Very close to the airport and lots of restaurant / fast food chain downstairs and also a 7-Eleven next to the hotel.
- JLaueh (6/5): - Just alright, the building are converted from shop house to hotel so there may not be always convenient ramp or spaces to move heavy luggage easily.
- Verified traveler (6/5): too small - feel not so comfortable when it comes to prayer. there is no space for us to perform our prayer. because of not enough space, we have too perform our prayer right in front of the bathroom.
- Lim (4/5): - Hotel cleanliness very bad, and some equipment (water heater) very bad
- Kemalx (8/5): - Nice place and near to 24hours shop like 7 eleven, mamak restaurant and so on.
- Phuong (4/5): - Room is too small, the bathrooms isn’t clean, and the room is smelly, the sheets have stains on it, the toilet clogged. It’s not worth for the price.
- MK (10/5): - Stayed there for three days.
Good surroundings, it’s very convenient.
Lots of restaurants, marts/supermarkets, local malls, fast foods (BurgerKing, McD, Dominos, Pizza Hut), & many more.
The location itself not too far from both KLIA and klia2, Mitsui outlets, Nilai and etc.
- kert (8/5): - nice budget hotel, near to 24h convenience shop and 24h restaurant
- Toepack (8/5): - Comfort hotel... Clean.. Cheap in town..
But.. If provide mineral water and sachets for tea and coffee is more better..
- Verified traveler (8/5): 8/10 - It’s a nice place to stay if you need to use the airport.
- Mustaqim (10/5): Good condition - My family so happy. Very convenient. Shopping mall and restaurants very near to hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Once was enough - Very basic, small room but clean, reasonably comfortable except for the lack of space; not that close to the airport, and the cost of the van ride is quite different (I think 30 MYR vs 50 MYR) before/after some hour in the morning, like 6:30 AM. Decided to stay in downtown Kuala Lumpur the second time, instead of at City View Hotel Kota Warisan.
- Winnn (8/5): A lot of food places around - Nice hotel Surrounded by shops & restaurants also mall
- Bohdan D (6/5): It's ok for 1 night to catch an early flight - Hotel located in a shopping complex off the highway going to the airport. We stayed here for 1 night because we had a plane to catch the next morning. Overall, it was ok. There are 2 buildings. We were in a family room (2 queen beds) in the second building. There are some good food options nearby such as a McDonalds, a Pizza Hut, a 7-11 (open 24 hours), and a restaurant serving some halal food. Their tandoori chicken and garlic-cheese naan was good but they messed up part of our order so we didn't get what we ordered. The waiter's poor English was to blame. The ride from the airport was a little expensive for Malaysia costing us 42 Ringgit to get there and 50 Ringgit from the hotel to the airport the next morning. Hotels closer to the airport are more expensive but I would recommend the reader to take the cost of the taxi ride which may offset any savings. In other words, there may be better but similarly priced hotels offering a free shuttle service closer to the airport. Overall, the place is ok and the people at the reception were nice but the hotel has a very institutional feel to it. Also, the Internet didn't work in the second building where we were staying so we were stuck going to the reception or to one of the restaurants nearby to use the Web (bummer).
- Verified traveler (4/5): Hotel close to airport but not value for money . - Poor wifi reception in room.
Toilet seat not tightened so it does not sit straight .
Floor under beds unvacuumed and full of rubbish from previous clients.
Room stank of smoke even for a no smoking hotel.
No hooks for clothes in bathroom .
No soap for wash basin .
- Mildred (4/5): City view holet - Very rude and inconsiderate staff, very difficult to communicate with. Unfortunately I won't be able to put any friends or relatives in the same situation I experienced. There fore no references. Would rather won them.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice hotel - Very near the Airport mall and food chains..... Very nice Staff they will Help you anything you need....
- Verified traveler (6/5): pengalaman saya - tempat menarik dan banyak kemudahan disekeliling seperti bank, kedai serbaneka dan lain-lain
- charles (8/5): Good transit hotel - Everything about this hotel was exactly what I needed for transit hotel.
- Hana (10/5): New hotel close to Salak Tinggi Station. - We choose this hotel as it is quite near to Salak Tinggi Station (ERL). Nice room n comfortable
- NURUL (10/5): Favourite hotel - Love it! The service provided is great and the room was clean and tidy. This is like my 3rd time staying in the hotel and I would definitely come back again.
- Imron (6/5): Narrow room - The room was too small. Suitable to stay for transit.
- Luke (8/5): Basic, but Great for a Stopover in KL - The Hotel is a short 15 minute taxi ride to both Airport terminals and so an ideal spot to stay if you have a stop over in KL. The Hotel is set in a complex surrounded by eateries, a seven - eleven next door. It is basic accomodation, but this is what I was expecting. Clean basic rooms with enough space for a bed and not much else. A clean bathroom - A perfect place for a short stop, but not much more. The brilliant thing is the Taxi / mini Bus service located outside the front door of the Hotel - just book your departure time the night - for a very reasonable 40 Ringgits for five of us.Great Service direct to the departure area of the Airport.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Overall is good, hotel staff are so friendly & helpful.
- NURUL HIDAYAH (10/5): Simple and great for short stay! - Love it! Service is good and people are very friendly♥️
- Verified traveler (8/5): small hotel convenient to the town of Kota Warisan - I stayed here because I work nearby and needed to find a short term stay. It is also near the train line to the KL International Airport and it is on a busy highway. It was fine for just a few nights and it is near the KIP Mall and lots of local restaurants as well as Burger King and McDonalds. The room was standard and clean, basic and nothing fancy but offered a comfortable bed and nice, basic bathroom; I had to move from a front room to a back room because of the highway noise in the front room; also I chose a room with a window although there was probably not much difference with a room without a window. Nothing fancy or exceptional but good value for cost.
- Brian (8/5): City View Hotel - The Sepang area seems to have two seperate areas and this City View Hotel is in the Kota Warisan area, tell that to your taxi driver.
The staff is great and the room is small like a Tokyo hotel room. The shower is great. The cable TV dors'nt offer much.
To the left is a 24 hour Malaysian style eating place that offers everything. Then a McDonalds acroos the side street. To the right os Pizza Hut Express and then a Domino's Pizza.
All in all the City View Hotel is a decent overnight transit hotel. Free water dispensers for the guests.
- Katherine (6/5): Scary - So many mosquito inside the room..More than 10 we kill in a night...
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The soundproof is very bad. In the early morning like 5am, can beard other travelers talking voice.
And people are smoking at the staircase
The room was full of cigarette smell and even the pillows
- Kyle (8/5): Great Airport Hotel near Restaurants and Stores - Perfect hotel for our long layover at Kuala Lumpur. The room was great. AC units, waterfall/overhead shower, and beds were fine, clean, modern.
The room they gave us had no curtains to block the two small windows so there were hotel lights coming shining in at night. No problem though, just shoved an extra pillow in one and a sweatshirt in the other. The other issue was noise at night. Loud talking kept my wife up late, I'm guessing from other guests who were up late walking by the room so I guess I'd say the rooms weren't that soundproof. Not sure that's the hotels fault as much as it is the other guests, but be aware.
- permata (4/5): just f transit - small.room
- Michael Ming (8/5): Not far away from kL international airport - Good and 7-11 next to the hotel
McDonald’s nearby
- amir (4/5): - Just not what I wanted. The room is not what like I see on the web
- DrKay (6/5): Very close proximity to airport and highway - Comfortable and good value for money for transitters
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice budget hotel - the room is clean and neat. mcD and KFC and some other mamak stalls are just nearby.
however, taxi / grab costed to travel to and from airport to the hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Good for over night stay.close to airport kl 0nly cost 40rgt for taxi
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not good. - This place is barely passable for an overnight near the airport. Rooms are ultra-small, other guest make tons of noise, feels like a flophouse. The neighborhood is not good, only fast food options. Not a friendly staff. Try something else.
- Jee Jean (8/5): Decent hotel for overnight to catch morning flight - Arrived late at night. Took uber from KLIA2 and ended up in wrong hotel warisan.Do take note that there are a few branches. This branch is nearby KLIA2. The room is small but comfortable. Hot water shower for tired traveller. There is a convenient store just next door to the hotel. Front desk provides taxi booking to KLIA/KLIA2.
- Mohd (2/5): - Cleanliness out..
Bed out
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good Budget hotel - You get what you pay for so this is not a bad hotel overall.
- mohd hasri (8/5): - nice location
- KHAIRUL (8/5): - affordable and comfortable
- Phillip (6/5): - stayed here on a 16 hour layover at kila2, the taxi was 50 MYR to the airport, the area is still under development, but there is a KFC, McDonald's, a shopping centre and few small restaurants n the area.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Further from the airport than expected. It was a small room just big enough for a bed and a shower/toilet. Wifi worked
