• Elvan (10/5): - Wir waren nur eine Nacht im The Capital Hotel in Istanbul und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett und die Kissen waren super bequem richtig süß und kuschelig! Auch das Raumklima war top, und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Zwar ist das Hotel eher klein, aber definitiv fein. Der Kühlschrank hat leider nicht funktioniert, aber das war für uns nicht weiter schlimm. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hat sich der Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall gelohnt, wir sind aus Deutschland angereist und würden wiederkommen!

Sürekli uykumdan uyandım odanın anahtarı aktive olduğu için elektriklee açıldı kapandı sesleri hep vardı, otomatik olarak telefon da çalıyordu elektrikler her geldiğinde. Bu fiyattan daha uyguna bence taksimde daha temiz ve sessiz bir yerde kalabilirdim. Üç yıldız bi otel değil kesinlikle.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Herhalde saatlik oda kiralıyorlar. Gece 4 te yan odanın telefonu çaldı, bir kadın geldi ve bağır çağır seviştiler sonra da çıkıp gittiler. Aile oteli olduğu söylenemez.. Bunun dışında oda temiz ve düzenli idi, buzdolabı düzgün çalışmıyordu. Özellikle cumartesi günü Sokak gürültüsü yüksekti.

• Arabella (2/5): - Diese Unterkunft war die reinste Katastrophe!! Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie so ein schlechtes Erlebnis mit einem „Hotel“ gehabt wie in diesem! Wir sind angekommen in einem absolut dreckigen Zimmer. Überall lagen Haare der Putzkraft, sogar im Bett. Auf dem Bett waren Flecken. Das Bad war schimmelig und überall voller Flecken. Nach Beschwerde beim Rezeptionist, der nur türkisch konnte und KEIN Wort englisch, erhielten wir nur die Aussage, dass er nichts für uns tun kann und er brachte uns ein paar Feuchttuecher, mit denen wir selbst die Regale putzen sollten. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung haben wir erhalten. Nach langem hin und her mit Expedia, die sich sehr bemüht haben, aber leider keine Rückerstattung erreichen konnten, weil das Hotel nicht bereit war, diese zu bestätigen, entschieden wir uns dazu, das Hotel am gleichen Tag noch zu verlassen. Ich habe so etwas unhygienisches noch nie in meinem Leben gesehen. Die Ausstattung war alt und gebrechlich. Der Putz kam teilweise von den Wänden. Zahlt lieber ein paar Euro mehr und investiert in eine anständige Unterkunft! NIE NIE WIEDER!!!

• Aydan (8/5): - Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Transfer zum Flughafen hat super geklappt. Cafes, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr sind zu Fuß erreichbar. The Capital Suites ist sehr zentral gelegen. Wir haben das Zimmer auf der Straßenseite bekommen und da es in der Nähe sehr viele Restaurants und Bars gibt kann es an Wochenenden leider zu lärmbelästigungen führen. Die Fugen im Badezimmer sind teilweise abgenutzt, hat aber nichts mit sauberkeit zutun. Die Zimmer werden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut!

Sie waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und bei Problemen gab es immer Lösungsvorschläge. Falls man Ruhe und Stille haben möchte, ist dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall zu vermeiden, da man wirklich im Herzen des ganzen Geschehens von Besıktaş ist.

• 207firatcand (10/5): Capital Hotel Review - Capital Hotel is small but provides more than expected. Stayed here for a week and was happy with my stay. Very clean rooms and bed sheets are changed every day which not a lot of hotels do. Especially, Bugra was very helpful (works in the reception). I would recommend, 10/10 location

• Dilay (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage, sauber und einfach eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Personal war stets hilfreich und nett. Ein großes Problem ist leider die Lautstärke, von einem nahegelegenen Club hört man laute Musik und die Zimmerwände sind sehr dünn. Abgesehen davon ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
• Salvatore Fabio (6/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral an einer sehr lebhaften Straße. Das Zimmer war klein sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Leider war es sehr hellhörig, so das man Unterhaltungen und Telefonate aus anderen Zimmern sehr laut gehört hat.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Comfy and clean - Nice and clean hotel, we were happy until we decided to open the window first time in midnight and the handle fell to the floor. We had to call the reception in midnight and they could only find and bring a screwdriver because it was very late. Luckily I fixed the handle and i could hardly close the window but the room temperature dropped a lot.

• r_arjomand (10/5): Absolutely Amazing! - This hotel was an overall delight to visit, within the perfect location having beautiful cafes, supermarkets, ATMs and even well-known sightseeing areas such as the Dolmabahche Palace at walking distance, plus the kind service from staff and in addition, the hotel's own cat which was in fact incredibly calm and cute, I would most definitely recommend staying here!!

There were cherry pits on the floor from previous occupants and the bedside tables were dirty and sticky. I had booked the room for six days but stayed there for one night only (less than 24hrs) and went to another hotel.
• massimo (8/5): un buon albergo con personale molto cortese - Albergo in posizione molto buona, nel centro di Istanbul. Personale cortese e simpatico. Stanze piuttosto piccole, ma sufficientemente confortevoli, aria condizionata ben funzionante, bagno pulito, biancheria da letto e da bagno di buona qualità. accessori da bagno ottimi, WiFi ben funzionante. Ristorante (non parte dell'albergo) al 5 piano. Non è previsto il servizio colazione, prevista navetta prenotata dall'albergo a prezzi ragionevolissimi e di buona qualità. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che adeguato, l'intensa vita notturna ( di livello elevato) che circonda l'albergo è abbastanza rumorosa (musica, persone) ma dà un decisivo plus all'albergo.
• beekrt (2/5): At your own risk! - Led into a room where the A/C was not working. Having challenged this, we were moved two more times before staying put in a room where it worked but wasn't powerful. The room needed urgent TLC. Paint was coming off in the bathroom, the lamb was falling off the wall and the carpet needed a good clean. Having survived the stay, as we checked out we were asked if we needed a taxi. We said we'd stop one from the main road, however the receptionist said she could call one asap. When it arrived, the driver gave the receptionist money before we got in. We got worried this may come out of our pockets. At the end of our journey, the taxi driver tried requesting 70 tl more, I only gave what the taxi meter had on the screen. Being a fluent Turkish speaker, I wouldn't of allowed this to happen. Can't imagine if a tourist was in my shoes what would have happened.
• Youssra El (2/5): - Vreselijk hotel. De kamers waren zo vies. Overal stof en haren in de wasbak. Het bureau plakte omdat er frisdrank op lag. Kamers stonken. Het raam was defect waardoor alle buitenlucht naar binnen kwam. Wij zijn per direct weggegaan en hebben een nieuw hotel geboekt. We hebben nooit ons geld terug gekregen. Service super slecht.

Cleaning service did a terrible job as they didnt clean the places that were dirty even though I told them what places had to be cleaned. Did not feel comfortable from a hygenic standpoint
• Hamide (8/5): - Otel genel olarak bakarsak iyiydi. Konumu gerçekten çok merkezi bir yer ve sürekli canlı, güvenilir. bence temizlik açısından da fena değildi. Biz sadece yatmak/duş almak için bir yer arıyorduk, bu beklentimizi de karşıladı çoğunlukla. 3 gece kaldık, sadece 1 gün arızadan dolayı sular kesildi gece geç saatte geri geldi. Bu devamlı olan bir sorunsa sıkıntı yaratır ama sadece bizim şanssızlığımız da olabilir

• Hani (8/5): Great location but for the younger crowd. - Staff was kind and of great help. Room size was excellent. Location was super. But the notice is unbearable if your considering to actually stay in the room before midnight. Rooms 101,102,201,202 are the closet to the street and hence the most noise. The price for these rooms should be comparable to the noise you will bear.

• Thipwadee (8/5): Nice stay in Istanbul - We've booked the standard double room. Room is quite small but overall is okay. Toilet is clean and I love the shower!.Staff are friendly especially cleaner guy. Appreciated the service. Location is also good as in neighbour of Besiktas, several nice restaurant around there, walking distance to ferry pier or Havaist bus station but might struggle a bit if carry big luggage.
• Jordan (6/5): - The room was excellent. A generous size, bright and cheerful and reasonably priced. However, I found many hair strands around the bed headboard. In addition, the overall service was very poor. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the front desk could not clearly explain where to obtain an Istanbul card nor anything about public transportation in the city. And the staff had very limited ability to communicate in English. In addition, the laundry was overflowing into the hallways and stairwell much of the time, making it tricky to descend or ascend by stairs (which initially seemed like a better alternative to the exceptionally tiny elevator).
• Timothy (8/5): - The location was stellar and in and around the heart of Beskitas. You're surrounded by restaurants and cafés plus a grocery store not even a block away. The only issue is a night club that sometimes goes past midnight even though thats the cut off time for loud music. If you plan on being out late its not a problem or get a room on the upper floors you'll have no issue but I'd recommended a room on the 3rd floor or higher. Staff and front desk were extremely friendly and very helpful.
• Steve (6/5): - The location of the hotel is excellent as far as restaurants and night life. The internet was down more than it worked which in today’s world, is a no-no. My bed was in need of a new mattress and the club/discotheque next door made it hard to sleep with the constant base. Might be a great place for a younger guest but I expected more as an adult.

• Belfastguy (10/5): The best value for money - Brilliant hotel in a great location in Beşiktaş beside many good restaurants and cafes as well as supermarkets. The rooms are clean and tidy and very big! It’s great value for money too. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and plentiful toiletries. The shower was very powerful as well. Only drawback was I could smell someone smoking at times which I think was coming from the room next door.

• 805dedea (10/5): Best place ever - Rooms are nice and clean ,The staff are respectable and helpful & when u call them they gave you what you want fast and the place is close to everything you need(supermarket,restaurant,pharmacy...) Love the place so much and will do it again !
• nurs697 (4/5): Think twice - The first thing that you see when you enter the room is the darkness. The room is so barely illuminated that you may not recognize one another. The sofa is so uncomfortable. More importantly, the administration people are changing their minds about the price constantly, even though you have talked about it on the phone- doesnt matter. The only positive thing about this place is being central.
