- emmanuel (8/5): De passage - Notre sejour fut de passage pour une nuit . Les chambres cotes montagne méritent un gros rafraîchissement. Un lit sur 2 etait convenable. Le restaurant est bien , on y mange bien et la vue magnifique avec un tres jolie couche de soleil .

- Lahod (2/5): Ikke bestill rom i Parnis Palce - Det var den dårligste opplevelse i hotell. Personale fra kjøkkenet var veldig ufine. Ingen frokost. Det står er frokosten klokka 8 og de var ikke klar før kl 9. Gamle brød. Kale gamle koke egg. Vi var på onsdag 21.6 på hotellet og det var kjøleskap ødelagt. De lovte at de skal ordne det snart så mulig men de har ikke gjøt til i dag. Ingen Tv på rommet. Ingen Internett. Rommet var veldig skitten og resepsjonen viste ikke at vi kommer. Det står 4 star men 1 1 er at for mye.

- Zena (8/5): Good - Hotel was good.. not fabulous. Very old and outdated. Breakfast was not good. Thin walls and doors with loud and rude neighbors that had to yell half the night. Then yelling in the hall. The bed was old and worn. I tried to get another quieter room but that mattress was even worse! Ended up leaving the hotel BUT in hindsight I should have just stayed. I do thank the staff for their help and WOULD recommend this hotel in Patras

The bathroom shower curtain did not appear clean. Only plus is your close to every eatery across the street in s busy road you can see the sea.

- S Andrew (10/5): Has it all - Located right across from the ferry departure dock and 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants in the walking only town square, the price is higher than I would usually pay but in this case worth every cent. 4 star rated and earned saves time and money when proximity to amenities is factored in.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel was in an excellent location with a very nice rooftop pool and very attentive and polite service. It was obvious, however, that the hotel had seen better days. There was a smell of smoke everywhere in the hotel, the room was quite dirty with no blankets. Wires were hanging everywhere. As said, if one notices the hotel he/she will realise it had been a great place some decades ago but, I think, it has not been looked after or renovated. It is marked as 4 star and I am sure it would have been in old times. What we saw was like a 2 star.

- Anne-France (8/5): Amazing stay - The hotel is old fashioned but really nice. The parking was 10 dollars inside. The staff was very kind and attentive. We had a nice continental breakfast. We did not have dinner there but you can walk to the cordon to have a nice meal next to the sea there.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Für einen kurz Aufenthalt ist es ok - Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen… eine sanierung der Zimmer wäre an der Zeit. Betten Teppich Bad müsste komplett erneuert werden. Gesaugt sollte auch mal hinter den Möbel und Vorhänge mal gewaschen werden bzw auch erneurt werden. Für einen Aufenthalt von 2-3 Tagen ok,aber nicht für mehr. Eigentlich sehr schade,da es sehr Zentral gelegen ist.

- Norbert (4/5): Useless, no maintenance since the last 20 years. - This hotel is not a 4 stars at all, even not 2. Planty others spots in Patras and much cheaper than this one. The only positives point are the size of rooms and the avalibilities of cleaning ladies for support.
- lennart (8/5): Familjevistelse - Mycket trevligt hotell i hjärtat av Patras. Enkelt att gå till centrum och även nära till taxi stationen. Frukosten var bra och poolområdet på taket är outstanding , vilken bra utsikt och trevlig personal , maten o ölen är ok , något större utbud på olika öl skulle vara bra .
