- Kaitlyn (2/5): - This property was horrible. My friends and I returned to the hotel after 11 but the door was locked and my key didn’t work. No one was at the front desk to let us in, even though we were knocking. We were finally able to get the door open and was finally greeted by the attendant and realized she was in the back the whole time with what sounded like the TV blaring. Obviously we went too happy that we were unable to get back in, but to our surprise neither was she. She called me a effing witch (replace the W with a B) under her breathe but said it to loud because I was able to hear it from 10 feet away. Then she ran to the back and closed the door. We again weren’t too happy that a “professional” decided to use profanity and a derogatory name and went back down to ask her why she thought that was acceptable. She came back out and said she wasn’t talking to us but her mom that was on the phone? We went back to our room cause we realized we weren’t going to get any accountability. A little while later we have a knock on our hotel door and when I answered it was a cop informing us we were getting kicked out because they said the attendant called them saying we were “aggressive.” They told me they were refunding me the full nights stay but I have yet to see it posted on my account. Avoid at all costs.
- Laura (8/5): - Affordable, clean and nice. Felt very safe. Odd that there's a fridge, but no microwave. No hand soap or cups in the room, and between cushions on the larger chair needed vacuuming. Having said all that, the hotel was modern, in great shape and had a fine breakfast. I would stay again.

- Amy (6/5): - The hotel was very close to the airport, which was great because our plane arrived after midnight. There were clear instructions on the door about who to call to check in. Our keys were ready at the front desk and we were invited to grab a complimentary snack and beverage from the shop. Our room was ok. The beds were good. The floors (bathroom and bedroom) needed a good sweeping. The carpet needs to be updated (several stains), and the walls had some damage. We did not have the breakfast.

- Cory (8/5): - Only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t a microwave in the room as well as the cord to bring my blinds up was broken so I was stuck with not being able to get any natural light in room but I tell you the Lady at the front Shane is best front desk receptionist I’ve ever had , going out her way to pick my girlfriend up at night even though the shuttle was technically down for the night . I can go on and on about her I tell you but she is the best and she needs a raise , let’s keep it at that :)

The property staff had a much too casual and informal approach and the front desk always had a sign that they had stepped away. The laundry room was out of order. The keypad entry from the rear door was non operational for part of the time. The bathtub was very slippery and I almost fell. I had to use a towel to line the bottom.

- krista (6/5): - Our bathroom was stocked with limited towels. No one at the counter when we arrived but was able to call and get someone. Pool room was horrible. VERY, VERY hot and muggy in there. We didn't swim because of it. Handle to the back door was broken and we had a hard time getting in from the parking lot. Overall however, it was a good location for the airport and getting around the city. Staff was kind. Breakfast was decent.
- Marlene (4/5): Omaha college baseball over load - Arrived early 9 am , rooms not ready, ok. Left name and suitcaes to go explore. Returned 6 pm , room king and never cleaned. We ordered 2 queens and had proof. Request to speak to manager, front desk person refused to allow us to even though he was speaking on the phone. told us he would call the police since I told another customer check your room. Front desk said it was hotels.com fault not putting in correct order. After spekaing to hotel.com it was morning staff fault putting us in king room.Finally we were given 2 queen room/ 50 percent back.When entering the new queen room ..beds made however The bathroom not cleaned ,toilet had urine and pubic hairs on it from previous clients. No rooms in town so had to stay and have the room cleaned and stayed in it.
- Karen (8/5): - The hotel is close to the airport yet I don’t remember hearing planes (quiet). It is also close to Schwab Field. There’s a convenience store and restaurant (Perkins) within walking distance. The hotel and property was clean. The front desk staff were so nice and accommodating as were the shuttle drivers. They provided a shuttle to and from Schwab Field and the airport which was greatly appreciated. We did not need a vehicle the four days we were there! The only reason I gave 4 stars was for breakfast and the lack of a microwave in the room. It’s nice to have a fridge but it would be nice to have a microwave to heat leftovers in. The dining room had a good selection of food each morning but it was barely warm. Even the “hot” water carafe was barely warm. Again, a microwave in this area as well would allow guests to heat the food to their liking. Would definitely stay here again.

I spent an hour sorting it out, the desk blamed Expedia, and despite assurance of a discounted rate, I was charged a rate $50 MORE than my booked rate. As I write I am awaiting a refund. Very unhappy.

The next day a very sweet girl in house keeping helped us with our luggage when we were leaving. Her name was Cynthia. Her help was greatly appreciated!!

- Megan (4/5): - We don’t have anything good to say except that the shuttle picked us up at the airport at midnight and it’s a quick ride. In our first room, the shower door wouldn’t stay closed. It kept rolling open. Breakfast is mediocre. No gluten free toasts or bagels. Last night we stayed again because we left our car there for the week (that’s another positive actually - reasonably priced parking). No one was at the desk when we arrived and after calling still took 10 minutes to arrive. The first key didnt work so they gave us another room. The elevator doesn’t always work. The shower wasn’t hot at night and in the morning wasn’t even warm. Their complimentary snacks were picked through and unreplenished. Skittles alone remained. It was not worth $155 and we will be looking elsewhere next time.

- Priscilla (6/5): - The only thing that I liked was Blair the driver that took us back to airport to get our car. Dirty floors, dead flies in the window. Water was not hot for tea. The staff at front desk made me feel that they wished I was not there. The male driver that picked us up from airport) not Blair) threw the luggage in and drove off before my boyfriends do closed. He said I’m trying to listen to the debate. He did not want to talk with us. The housekeeping staff at least said hello and smiled.

- Mitzi G (10/5): - Superb cleanliness of the room. Being near the airport it seems the halls a lobby got a lot of use, so a little more worn. Excellent breakfast options. Elevator a little slow.

- Mark (4/5): - Hotel is declining. I mainly chose it for closeness to airport and ease of getting onto interstate. The surrondings were barren, there is a Perkins nearby with a Gentleman's club across the street. Quiet. Beds uncomfortable

- Renee (6/5): - The gentleman who checked us in was less than friendly, the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and we called the front desk for a 3 am wake up call to make our flight and never got one. Good thing we had set our own backup alarm clock. The only really great thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport.

- Daniel (2/5): - This hotel is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Our room clearly smelled like smoke. Staff refused to move us to another room, even though I could see that there were open rooms being marketed on Expedia. We chose this hotel based on a high rating in Expedia. The high rating didn’t meet reality. Stay away from this place.
- tina (4/5): - The night shift lady was sleeping and nobody could get help. The shuttle driver said he couldn’t get a hold of her either. The a/c unit in my room sounding like a jet engine. Couldn’t sleep. Remote was missing from room. When I got off elevator, the floor by the ice machine was all torn up and nasty to look at.

- Denise (10/5): Third stay in a month. - We stayed here as it was close to the airport! Clean, friendly service, good free breakfast, comfy beds, overall excellent place to stay! I give it five stars!!
