- Hidenori (7/5): 一泊なら小さい不便さより景色等の感動が勝るのでいいと思う。しかし２泊以上しようと思えなかった。 - 景色は抜群に良かったです。 浴槽とシャワーブースが離れすぎて浴室の床が濡れて後からトイレに行くときに足が濡れる。 浴槽はあるものの体全体がお湯に浸からないのでイマイチだった。 浴槽が２段の高い階段の上にあり濡れた足で降りるときにとても危険を感じた。せめて手すりを付ける等の改善はできないものか。

The rooftop bar served good drinks and a best view of mykhe beach and danang city. and ocean front room showed best location Room 1010 and 1110. Best view. The only thing best at the hotel. Staff was poor.. didn't know how to communicate in english properly. Breakfast spread was very ok. I called at the reception thrice to ask for some details and everytime no one picked the call. Staff was not approachable at all. it seems lets not ask them. at the time of checkout also they said 2 slippers are missing from your room although we didn't used the slippers at all. I paid them that extra money just not to drag the things. It was not comfortable at all. In bathroom the bath tub is very old style with slope at the back which can make small kids fall/slip. Just avoid.

- Best Life (5/5): Never again - I liked the location. Convenient for the beach and restaurants in the area. The guest handling was very poor. We had a confirmed airport pick-up that didnt arrive. After calling the hotel reception, we had a rwceptionist that couldnt answer questions, didnt know how to respond to the complaint and was generally unhelpful and unwilling to understand. After arranging a last minute alternative and arriving at the hitel, the receptionist still refused to understand and was unappologetic. The manager did come to offer appologies the next day but without any real compemsation for the inconvenience caused. The breakfast was way too crowded and we chose to not elbow our way theough the masses and ate outside the hotel on most mornings. When we chose to eat there, it was in no way the feeling of luxury and care that the name of the hotwl suggests. It fwlt more like a mass run on the buffet and cold coffee... No way near the standard that I would expect from an establishment presenting itsself as a 5 star hotel. An incident on which we detected an electrical fire smell in the room on the 28th floor one morning sent us dressing quickly and reporting the smell to reception immediately. The way that our 'emergency' was treated was in no way adequate. There was poor communication as we waited to be told what was happening and it was after we inquired again, that we were told they had checked the room and we could go back. Asking for beach towels was a foreign concept to the front desk. The hotel is literally on the beach... so this one threw me. On leaving after a 14 night stay, the receptionist didnt smile, didnt thank or asknus how our stay had been. Generally, no help, no friendliness and all together very very poor service. I would not recommend you stay here for service. The room was a littlw dated but very comfortable. The carpet needs replacing throughout. The cleaning staff were fabulous and the bell-hop was very friendly and greeted us every time he saw us.

- Craig (9/5): Perfect For Nearly Everyone. - Excellent location on the beach. Great selection of International cuisine for breakfast. The rooms were very clean and economical and we had an outstanding view of the beach and city skyline on the 34th floor. Great value for money. Staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely stay with this hotel again and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Unfortunately the pool was out of action for a short period of time but that is expected occasionally.

- Owen (3/5): Never again - The staff only appear to be focussed on the large tour groups of people that come there. My wife and I booked and paid to stay in a Grand Suite for 7 nights and we were not shown the same service as the other guests. One example was that I asked at the time of check in if the hotel did currency exchange as many of the 5 star hotels that my wife and I have stayed at do. The concierge person said that they do so. I clarified Australian Dollars and they said yes. When I went to their counter to exchange money they then said they don’t exchange Australian Dollars only other currency as they don’t have an exchange rate for AUD. They then said I need to go to the bank to change money. I asked which bank and they said one that was more than 5 kilometres from the hotel. They organised a Grab car to take us which I was grateful for at the time. When we went into the bank the staff member that served us after lining up said that they don’t ever do currency exchange. Therefore the staff member from the hotel not only didn’t assist with exchanging money like they’d stated they would but also sent us on a wild goose chase in an area we are totally unfamiliar with holding currency for exchange. Also the room whilst spacious was not as comfortable as was portrayed initially. This place is clearly dated and if it represents itself as 5 star then there is a certain level that those who frequent these establishments come to expect.

A special thanks to Ms. Nguyen Huong, a housekeeping who took care of my room. She was incredibly thoughtful and kept everything spotless during my entire stay. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made my trip more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I booked a mid range room and honestly didn’t expect to like it this much, totally worth the money. There were a few little things that weren’t exactly perfect, but nothing worth complaining about. Ms. Dieu, a housekeeper, was amazing, she kept my room spotless every day and was helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely come back.
