- Jonen (8/5): We might stay here again, if we need adjoining rooms, but we can get the same level of amenities at - The location is perfect, very convenient to the freeway, a lot of shopping, entertainment, the mall, etc. Cleanliness was excellent. We very much appreciated the effort on the part of the staff to ensure that we had an adjoining room with my elderly mother. I was hoping for a better breakfast than cheaper hotels, but it was only so-so. The handicap accessible room for my mom was difficult for her because the beds were too high for her to get in and out of easily, and she couldn't sit on them at all. Hooks for towels and clothing are needed in the bathrooms, where there is plenty of wall space but nowhere to hang things.

We had a couch but it was very uncomfortable. Perhaps as fold out that we didn't use.

The overall property was very clean, it was just very used. Stains on surfaces, scuffs on walls, general overuse. The evening cocktail hour snacks and the breakfast were ok. Very much your typical hotel breakfast not great, but a little protein to start the day. Overall we would stay again for the price.

They offered a pretty fair breakfast with many options. This included fresh fruit and yogurt. This was just a one night stop so we do look for safe areas with easy accessibility to on/off the highway.

- michellekF9570YN (10/5): Trip was amazing because of the Springhill Suites - comfort and staff - My family from California went back to Iowa for a family reunion. We had multiple reservations and we were a bit demanding as well. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the management and staff. They all went above and beyond to meet our needs. Honestly, the stay was above our expectations and the memories are priceless. When we return to Iowa, we will most definitely staff at Springhill Suites in Coralville.

- Michael (10/5): - This was a last minute decision to stay here on a cross country road trip and it was fabulous! Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and polite, the room was clean and spacious, and the continental breakfast was perfect with something for everyone. Very convenient and easy off/on to I80.
- I2544YFpattyf (2/5): Hotel Staff - Hotel staff stole a thank you card with a Costco gift card from our room. Disappointed in the outcome from management. Based on this experience would never recommend anyone to book a reservation at this site.
- Tina (10/5): - This hotel was excellent! The staff were so kind, welcoming and quick to check us in even late at night. The pool was open until 11 pm which made our kids happy after a long day of travel. The rooms and breakfast were fantastic! And the neighborhood was safe enough to go for a morning walk! We loved everything about it!

Our first room wasn't up to par, but she made everything so much better, I loved how she took charge and made everything right. She needs a raise or some kind of prize or award for her hospitality because it was excellent. I did not get her name but she was GREAT!!!

- SECJBC (8/5): Would stay again - Clean, modern hotel in a convenient location with easy access to I80 and the mall. We stayed in a spacious king suite. Lobby had a cash bar in the evening and free breakfast in the morning. Outside area with fire pits and seating was a nice touch.

Hotel was very clean & well maintained. The included breakfast was very good,, with plenty of options available. Overall a very good place to stay.

The two reasons I needed the room were to work remotely and sleep so it didn't fulfill either requirement particularly well. The coffee was good in the breakfast buffet and there were good offerings to eat.
