The appearance and decor were nice. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. No filtered water available outside of buffet hours. Conditioner bottle was empty. Walls are very thin, sound carries easily.

• Charlotte (7/5): Other than the Over Charge I would definitely stay at Fairfield again. - Clean and friendly staff. However I was over Charged for 1 room. I prepaid through Booking.com in July. I checked my credit card and discovered I was charged again. I contacted Fairfield at 9 am, was told the manager would call me back. I called back around 4pm spoke to Devon who said he was the manager. He said he saw the payment and the additional charge, however I needed to contact Booking.com and have them contact him to confirm the payment. Very Frustrating. Still waiting for charge to be reversed.

There is a local restaurant we like to go to (Del Bar) and it was within walking distance. The room met our needs and was clean and comfortable. It was really loud the night we stayed. It seemed like there were a lot of people, likely children, running and jumping above us. It was extremely crowded in the breakfast area and there was nowhere to sit. I felt like the breakfast was acceptable, but not great.

Pulled the beds back from against the wall, it was filthy behind the beds. They obviously never ever clean back there. Floor throughout was dirty and there was someone’s medicine on the ground which my 2 year old daughter picked up and almost put in her mouth. Luckily we caught it or she would have been sent to the hospital!!!!!! Told the front desk and they sent someone up immediately to vacuum. Couple more concerns, MOLD MOLD MOLD! Mold was starting around the caulking of shower. Mold around seal of refrigerator. Mold in AC unit vents. Ac unit extremely loud when kicking on, keeps you up most of the night. Ice machine out of order on our floor , how convenient! Lever lock on door was broken so extra safety feature was not available to us. Stayed 4 nights. Some good, some rough. Glad the employees were nice and they did come up on the 3rd night to perform house keeping, made beds, took out trash, gave us fresh towels, did not vacuum though. Next time I will be Spend the extra money and stay somewhere that provides more of a high quality stay.

There was a white claw can on the counter when we walked into our room, and only one tv had working connection for streaming apps. Other wise the room was clean the AC was hard to predict but thats pretty normal in hotels. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. Loved the shower. Of all my hotel experiences this was a pretty good one.

• Mark (2/5): Vacation with the Grandkids - We booked the room in the middle of the photo, but feel there is huge misleading advertising issue with the photos for the room. The pictures are not true representation of what we reserved and paid for, we were surprised when we checked in and the room looked completely different than what they show online. One of our guests had to sleep on the floor for our 4 day stay. The hotel stated that they 'aren't in control' of the photos posted online, and we feel it is false advertising for sure. Very confusing the us, your customer.

The night we checked in, we were next door to management removing a doir off the hinges for over an hour after midnight to get someone in their room. No one could've slept. We didn't. The next morning our door lock is sticking and maintenance insinuated it was my fault although it continued to happen the rest of the stay AND to the cleaning crew. You could hear everything from the hallway. The public carpeted areas including the hallways and elevators were soiled our entire stay. Its a new hotel, but our bathroom door already had dirt and mold along the bottom. Staff was less than accommodating except for the one MOD. We have no feedback on the free breakfast. Pics of pool make it seem larger than what it was. It filled up really quick. Just fyi on that part.

We stayed 5 days and only had one day where the room was properly cleaned. I asked at the front desk if there was cleaning everyday since it is different since Covid. I finally got an answer to a yes or no question. The cleaning staff came after 4:00 PM to clean our room. We did ask at the desk, to one of the very friendly staff, if we could have the room cleaned earlier as we like to go out for several hours, come back to rest and get ready for dinner. The room was cleaned on that day only. I just think 4:00 and after is late to have a room cleaned. It is a good size hotel but not huge. the room was comfortable; beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything worked well. The time of cleaning was my only issue.

• Sydney (10/5): - Very clean hotel and quiet. Pillows were a little too flat/squishy.
• Tina (8/5): - It was nicely located. The room was nice on the first floor but was right near the stairs leading to the 2nd floor. We could hear people trudging up and down the stairs. Otherwise the hotel was quite quiet. We did not stay for breakfast although offered.
