- SHU CHI (9/5): CP值不錯 - 基本上該有的都有，房間乾淨，地點也不錯。隔音尚可，雖然有聽到隔壁房間的聲音，但在可接受範圍。很貼心地提供了四個枕頭和六個抱枕(?!)，我都不知該放到哪裡才好了。床偏軟。 濕的衣服和毛巾沒有地方可以晾乾，有點困擾。浴室小還算正常，但水溫忽高忽低，爽度降低不少。

- Motoko (7/5): 満足でした - ロケーションが駅前で、美観地区にも近くとても良かったです。あとビジネスホテルにしては大浴場がありお湯にゆっくりつかれました。お部屋やリネン類もとても清潔感がありました。 駐車場がついてなく割引があっても一泊で1400円かかりました。もう少し割安なところがあるといいなと思いました。

- Serenity (8/5): Great would return. - Had a great time here. Travelling with our 3 year old and 10 year old daughters. Balcony was bloody awesome, outdoor onsen spa was amazing way to start and finish day. Room was clean. Staff were soooo nice. Kids got teddy bear onsen slippers. The bathroom in our room was super cool with a bath and little shower stool. 3 couches. Perfect amount of space for us including luggage. Can’t really fault it which was a surprise as we’d read mixed reviews. Very close to old town and station. Big mall and supermarket across the road. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

- Suzelle (10/5): Great value for money. - We had a balcony room with an outdoor bathtub. Room was spacious with a separate toilet to the wash facilities. We had 2 double beds and two couches in our room and enough space to put down our suitcases. The laundry facilities were excellent and it was really easy to wash and dry our clothing. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. It is a bit dated but was still great value for money.

- MIHO ISHIDA (10/5): - 簡素なホテルがふえてる中で、入口からお客が楽しめる工夫が沢山あって感動した。写真撮影用のアイテムや季節を彩るインテリア、置き傘やパーティグッスにシャンパングラスやお客が弾けるピアノまで。 創造性や企画の方が素晴らしいな、と思って感動してました。どこにもないホテルの一つだと思います。部屋のベランダに陶器の露天も最高の演出でゆっくりしました。 お客様をよろしくばせる視点の強い珍しいホテルだと思います。 リピート必ずします！

- Benjamen (9/5): - Great location, close to the station and seconds away from a neato little shopping street for food and souvenirs. Easy walk to the historical district. Beds were great, staff were excellent, breakfast was delightful. There is only 1 elevator and no stairs so a bit of waiting was involved. The bathroom floor is elevated and made a weird noise when you stand on it but I’m really nitpicking here.

- Elizabeth (8/5): Close to the train station and historic district, this hotel is more suited for a business traveler. - The room with 2 beds and private bath outside on the balcony was nice. The room with one bed had a very inconvenient bathroom. It was a modular unit that had a large step to access. Not good for someone that uses a cane. The breakfast was descent. The staff was hard to understand. I speak English and Japanese and they were from Nepal and China. The lobby was very cluttered and had signage everywhere. There was a strong scent throughout the hotel, which was not nice.
