erwan (10/5): Magnifique cadre naturel et calme - Location avec une cuisine tres bien équipée. Terrasse vue lac parfaite pour prendre les repas. Literie confortable. Le domaine est bien intégré dans un site naturel verdoyant. Balades à pied qui permettent par exemple de rejoindre Rochefort en terre. Je recommande.

Le informazioni all'arrivo sono state lacunose, tanto che abbiamo prenotato due cottage invece di uno pur essendo in quattro. Abbiamo avuto problemi di allergia e siamo stato costretti a abbandonare la struttura in anticipo e ci hanno risposto che la struttura risponde solo in caso di ricovero in ospedale. Decisamente poco gentili.

Beaucoup de choses à voir dans le secteur.

Et à la location pas assez d'implication à demandé aux personnes ce dont ils ont besoin. Nous étions trois adultes avec une personne PMR dans un locoste pour personnes valide . Hors mis ça rien à dire le personnel accueillant et très gentil. Nous avons passé tout de même un bon week-end malgré la contrainte de la personne PMR. Cordialement

J'allais écrire très calme mais dans un village vacances comme celui-ci tout dépend de la volonté de votre voisinage de se reposer ou ... de "s'exploser" (ce qui fut hélas le cas pour ma deuxième nuitée !) et si vous êtes pendant ou hors vacances scolaires... Le chalet bien équipé est confortable. Un bon séjour en pleine nature.

Je m'y suis sentie très bien, ça aurait pu être mon chez-moi. Les différentes personnes du personnel auxquelles j'ai eu à faire ont toutes été très sympathiques et disponibles. Centre de Rochefort-en-Terre accessible à pied par un sentier de randonnée. On peut aussi tout simplement prendre l'air en se promenant autour du lac. Je recommande et espère revenir!

ISABELLE (8/5): bungalow en bois au bord d'un étang - Attention lorsque vous réservez les draps ne sont pas inclus et si par malchance votre séjour commence un mercredi il n'y a aucun personnel sur place.Sous prétexte d'écologie les espaces verts sont mal entretenus la piscine n'etait pas ouverte, et vous ne pouvez rentrer la voiture pour décharger au pied du bungalow. Lors de votre départ vous etes tenu de faire le ménage.Le logement est agréable propre et bien équipé mais en bois donc bruyant par jour de pluie

Difficult to understand what is actually provided for your stay. We researched lots but still ended up taking the wrong bits. Needed a bit more clarification as to what ‘premium bedding’ includes. Didn’t affect our stay though. Lovely location, quiet, pretty, well looked after, friendly staff. Would recommend.

Patrick (8/5): Week-end en famille - Le site est agréable, les appartements sont spacieux et propres. Quelques points d'amélioration : * les grandes baies vitrées ne sont pas protégées de la vue des autres personnes, de ce fait elles restent souvent fermées. * Une imposte au-dessus de la pièce principale ne peut pas être occultée et le site accuse une légère pente, donc la vue est plongeante et si vous avez oublié le pyjama .... attention ! * L'horaire de remise des clés (avant 10h00 le jour du départ) est un peu tôt pour un dimanche matin ! Mais globalement le rapport qualité/prix est intéressant et je pense qu'aux beaux jours, le séjour doit être très agréable.

Verified traveler (2/5): Parcours du combattant - En arrivant, le parking se trouve à une centaine de mètres de la réception et nous n'avons pas la possibilité de faire rouler les valises (chemin). En arrivant à la réception, on nous indique que les chambres et le parking se trouvent en réalité de l'autre côté de l'étang et que nous devons donc retourner au 1e parking pour aller se garer sur le second. Il y a ensuite à nouveau plusieurs mètres de rue piétonne à parcourir pour arriver au cottage. Ayant l'habitude des hôtels (3 à 4 nuits par semaine) je ne me serais pas doutée qu'il fallait emmener des draps et des serviettes de toilette, d'autant plus qu'il m'est difficile de réserver les hôtels à l'avance. Cela dépend de ma tournée client. Nous avons donc dû louer le matériel en supplément. Résultat une facture de 100 euros au lieu de 50 ! De même, ayant l'habitude des hôtels encore une fois, j'ai pu constater que les horaires des petit-déjeuners sont quasi toujours les mêmes à la demi-heure près. Cela ne m'est donc pas venu à l'idée de poser la question (la fatigue en plus n'étant pas à avoir les idées claires). Quelle surprise le lendemain matin quand on a trouvé la réception fermée à 7h30 alors que nous avions rdv chez un client important. Nous avons donc eu une note supplémentaire dans une boulangerie pour pouvoir néanmoins partir travailler le ventre plein ! Nous avons aussi laissé les clés de la chambre par terre devant la réception, ne pouvons pas faire autrement. Parfaitement inadapté aux voyages d'affaires...

Bungalow bien équipée, spacieux et jolie, mais le ménage laisse à désirer, le sol était sale à notre arrivée. Je recommande cette endroit

YANN (10/5): trés satisfait. - Séjour en famille de 4 jours. Le logement est en très bon état. La partie cuisine est bien équipée. 2 chambres en bon état, l'une avec un grand lit et l'autre avec 2 lits 1 personne. Le domaine est trés bien entretenu, piscine , espace vert et les logements. Le lac est vraiment agréable, nous nous y sommes baignés. Rochefort, c 'est pas mal , mais on s'attendait à mieux. Je pense retourner au domaine car toute la famille s'y est bcp plu.
Helle (8/5): - Super fin og funktionel hytte. Meget fredeligt. Fin pool, sol senge dog uden parasoller. Perfekt indretning af, dejlig stor terasse, kunne have brugt en parasol. Hyggelig by med god restauranter. Vi havde cykler når vi skulle i byen og spise. Langt hvis man skal gå. Rochefort en terre er en turistattraktion, ikke muligt at handle alm. varer som mælk og vand, her skal man til naboby.

Marcos (8/5): Could be perfect, but is only very good. - The staff is great, very nice indeed. Cottages are modern, confortable, well equipped, but there are some odd issues. They charge for linens and towels, which is unusual, but you may bring your own. The internet in the cottage is practically useless. Had to use our data plan even to text. The kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher, but no tablets. Not even detergent or sponges for the sink. Our bathroom had a few meters of toilet paper, no extras were left there. You may wonder why didn't we ask for it at the front desk. Well... This is another issue. The front desk is far away. We would have to walk a lot or use the car, which, by the way, can't be parked beside the cottage. We understand this is an environmental property with an eco vibe, but yet this policy does not sound very reasonable. Hope management will take these observations as I intend to, as advices. Your property is beautiful, has a lot of potential, Rochefort-en-Terre is amazing, but there are a lot of small issues that could be easily solved, in my point of view.
Valerie (10/5): Hard to beat this accommodation for location - A lovely location with excellent facilities all well presented. Nice restaurant but limited opening times. Food good but location of restaurant and bar are quite away from the accommodation. Reception and office needs better signage..
Cho (6/5): Poor Instructions - The information on Expedia is inaccurate!!! It states that front desk open daily from 6 P.M. -8 P.M. I got there around 7.30 P.M. and the front desk was closed with a sign in front of the office states that "Our reception welcome you from 4.00 P.M. from Wednesday to Sunday. To enter you apartment after 6.00 P.M. and Monday and Tuesday: Please call: xxx. I was so lost because I only had internet on my phone and didn't expect the place to be so empty. Luckily, there was a french guy who helped us call and find out how to get a key. I needed a password in order to get the key. I wish that the hotel would have sent all this necessary information after I have booked the place. It took us around 45 minutes to finally figured everything out.
