Diana (9/5): Lovely room with amazing views - The views over the lake and mountains were superb and having a balcony to sit out and enjoy these views in the sunshine was a lovely addition. The room was warm , clean and comfortable and the bed a very good size. No tea or coffee facilities in rooms.

Chambre agréable avec petite terrasse très pratique même pour celles n'ayant pas vue sur lac. Excellente literie. Petit déjeuner très bon et varié. Un super parking, qu'il est possible de réserver, pratique pour la moto. Peu de restaurants proches, 30 min pour le centre ville à pied, mais en partie par un chemin agréable sur le bord du lac.

Bon petit déjeuner avec notamment des fruits frais et des gâteaux maison. Petit bois à l’arrière bien pratique pour promener les toutous. Très bon restaurant. Un peu à l’écart du centre ville mais pas trop long à pied ou utiliser les parkings du centre

I servizi che offre sono organizzati e ben fatti, la colazione davvero ricca. L’offerta di ristorazione è buona e il cibo di qualità, poi la terrazza sul lago offre una vista suggestiva. I bagni erano almeno quello della mia stanza adibito per disabili. Leggermente scomodo, ma capisco che loro debbano per normativa. Spero che non siano tutti così.

sevilay (9/5): Good chioce for Orta San Giulio - Everything was okay. Our expectations were not very high, so the hotel met our standards. We didn’t walk to the city center and instead went by car, which was a good decision for us. The free parking was also a nice advantage. We could have received better guidance from the hotel about visiting the Sacro Monte di Orta. You need to walk up the hill, but it is definitely worth it. this is an experience not to be missed. This UNESCO-protected site is a must-visit. If you arrive early in the morning by car, there are also a limited number of parking spaces at the top of the hill, which you can try to use.

Blandine (9/5): Lovely place for a relaxing and memorable stay - A beautiful place. I loved the view, the terrace, the restaurant, the many outdoor spaces where one can sit and relax while enjoying the beautiful view. The whole staff was incredibly attentive. Reception staff were very helpful in offering recommendations on places to visit or restaurants to try. The breakfast was delicious!

Emmanuelle (7/5): Allez y les yeux fermés mais dînez à l’extérieur:) - L’emplacement est parfait pour tout visiter à pied. La vue est magnifique. L’accueil sympathique est en français. On peut profiter de la terrasse pour le repas ou boire un verre . Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec de nombreux fruits frais prédécoupés . Le seul bémol est la moindre qualité des plats au dîner . Il faut juste y dîner pour le côté pratique de ne pas ressortir mais vous n’allez pas vous régaler!

Emma (6/5): - The location is great, only a 5 minute drive to the old town. All the staff were lovely and very helpful! The buffet breakfast was good. Onsite parking. View from the room was a "garden view" which was a patio and wall at back of hotel. The patio wasn't blocked off from what looked like a storage and staff area so didn't feel private. However there are plenty of rooms that look out at the lake, if you book the right one! There is a garden with lake views but the furniture was falling apart and was a bit of a mess, hopefully they will sort this for the season because it would be a lovely place to relax.

The staff are kind, patient and helpful, the breakfast is tasty and bountiful, the restaurant meals delicious, the rooms are comfortable and sparkling clean, and the views of Lake Orta mesmerising.

Schöne Location mit Blick über die "Bucht" (ca. 1.5 km bis ins Zentrum - bei Tageslicht ein schöner Spaziergang). Separater Garten mit "Sitzecke". Kostenlose Parkplätze beim Hotel. Ich würde wieder hierherkommen.

Miranda (9/5): Wir waren rundum zufrieden - Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und grosszügig eingerichtet, gerade das Badmöbel und der Schrank mit Schubladen war sehr praktisch für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit vielen frischen Früchten. Freundliches Personal hat uns während dem Aufenthalt bedient. Die Lage etwas oberhalb des Ortasees ist top, auch kann man gut zu Fuss zu den wunderschönen Gassen und Restaurants laufen. Parklplatz ist auch vorhanden, auch gegen Gebühr kann das Auto in der Garage untergebracht werden. Wir würden auf jedem Fall wieder hingehen. Über die Ostertage war viel los im Hotel, es ist etwas hellhörig falls es als störend empfunden wird.

sandrahR6630ZU (8/5): VERY NICE! - Beautiful location. Booked a lake view room on 2nd floor; so pretty. Good, comfortable, quiet sleep. Reception staff really nice; waitresses not so cheerful or attentive. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Sink plug didn't work (forgot to report that). Room looked a little tired but was clean. Restaurant was amazing and really reasonable prices. Breakfast had a lot of choices and was very nice. Don't have to check out till 12, but we had to leave earlier. Overall had a lovely stay in a very picturesque setting. Would stay again.

Pietro (9/5): - Hotel in posizione panoramica nei pressi di Orta. Camera moderna e ben attrezzata con ampia terrazza e vista spettacolare sul lago. Personale al bureau gentile e competente nel consigliare le bellezze della zona. Buon ristorante. Colazione molto varia. Purtroppo per la colazione non è previsto il servizio al tavolo delle bevande che devono essere ordinate personalmente al bar e recuperate su invito della barista non appena pronte. Questo comportamento non è al livello del resto dell'Hotel. e gravoso soprattutto per chi è meno giovane o con equilibrio instabile. Inoltre il termine ultimo per la colazione, ore 9.30, è molto ristretto soprattutto per chi è in vacanza.

Franco (4/5): Basic and drap accommodations during off season. - Not much to like. It was a hotel operating in off season with sparse staff, disappointing hotel room that felt sanitary like a dormitory. The breakfast was ok and the dinner in the restaurant basic. We arrived at 2:30pm . Given our room to find out we booked a double with no view. When I booed I thought I’d booked the larger too. Only to have a lake view. The room had two double beds, a broken tv, and telephone that didn’t function. We faced a mountainside. The room very sterile with cheap furnishings and felt very sanitary like a hospital. Basic tourist hotel accommodations and certainly not worth the expense paid. We were told the town was a short walk. NOT! drive or you will be walking over a mile and a half. I would certainly never recommend the place as it isn’t up to our standards but if you want a basic accommodation for a night, it’s clean. No photos to share. Didn’t want to waste the time.
