- kevin (6/5): OK - Check in was easy. The gentleman was very nice. There is a notice posted that you will be charged for stains. I understand the common posting for stealing the towels, sheets or comforter (it happens), but stains. They have standard fare for breakfast...waffles, fruiit, yogurt, cereal and breads. I think they were overwhelmed on Sunday. We had to wait for eggs and sausage. Overall, it was a quiet stay and it was clean.

I have stayed at this place before and they did not need a copy of my license. The breakfast was ok. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Pictures online of the pool were better than what it actually looked like. Location was good in that it was an area that felt quiet and relatively safe. With us having 2 little kids, that was important. The price compared to other hotels was better which was a big factor for us. The breakfast was “okay” (nothing to write home about). Overall the place seemed to be pretty clean. Would we stay here again? Probably because the area and price. But don’t expect an “Amazing Experience”. Again, it was “okay”. Fair for the price.

- cynthia (6/5): 15 minutes from Hobby Airport - If you are not familiar with Houston, Pasadena has alot of oil/chemical plants. Luckily once in the hotel you couldnt smell the fumes. We stayed here since we needed a car charger close to Hobby airport and was looking for a good deal. Had to pay $15 in addition to room to use the EV chargers. Thetes only 1 universal and another Tesla charger on site.Breakfast included but nothing to write home about.

They served awful scrambled eggs, either mixed with something green or in perfectly round disks. The fresh fruit choice was apples and that's it. They hide the instant oatmeal packets so you need to ask for them. And they provide 3 types of off-brand cereal. I wouldn't stay here again.

Their breakfast will close at 8am which is too early for me. When I went to check out, I was told that I had to wait until the person come back but I need to go already.

Empty shower dispensers for soap/shampoo etc (excessively small bottles left instead). Stayed in room with kitchenette, no paper towels, dish soap, scrub pad to help keep areas clean. Free breakfast only included bread products, cereal, no fresh fruit, or proteins (eggs/sausage/potatoes).

The next day my husbamd went down and asked for extra pillows. The pillows we had were very uncomfortable. We were told they were sorry that another group had taken them all. The next day there were still none. The facilities are clean and there were no other issues, but the check-in delay and uncomfortable pillows was a let down.

They will let you look around without asking if they can help you with something. Housekeeping does come around early but since we only stayed two nights we didn’t really need it. - Verified traveler (4/5): Room Was Great But Not Real Happy With Service!! - Everything was fine until breakfast Saturday morning. The Information Sheet in the room said breakfast Saturday and Sunday 7am - 10am. I went downstairs a little after 9am and the breakfast area was almost empty except for one hot container of eggs & potatoes. There was no serving spoon. When I asked for a serving spoon I was told they were closed. I cited the Information Sheet. She shook her head, gave me a spoon and went to the office. She came back and asked if I wanted bread. She brought out nothing else. Two workers were sweeping and then began mopping with a very strong smelling solution. I complained at the front desk and was told "it is their time to clean. They closed at 9". Again I cited the Information Sheet and was told "the sign (at the entrance to the breakfast area) says 9". I complained that it is unacceptable for two different times to be posted and the manager just shook her head! I'm very unhappy!!

Then he was rude and didn't give any additional information. I forgot my mug on the counter and didn't realize until the next morning and it was sit on the other counter, rather than him calling me to come get it. The area was quiet and clean. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable but the light in the restroom is bright enough. Next morning person at the desk was there and nice and apologized for someone not telling me about my mug. Over all nice place and would stay there again.

- Denver (4/5): - Pool was green and closed. Bathroom had a sewage smell.
- Melody (10/5): - I have stayed here a number of times when visiting family. It is convenient to everywhere I need to be. It is very clean (NO BEDBUGS, which has been a problem at other area hotels), the staff is helpful and friendly, and the guest laundry is a real plus.
- Mevludin (6/5): - Hotel looked like new from outside But inside of bedroom was ok The only problem we had is when you take shower or kid wanted to feel water in tub and water was like yellowish and had a smell to it like rust ….. and if you want your room cleaned …you have to wake up early They start knocking early😡😡😡. And their breakfast starts at 5 or 6am finishes 8am So if you want to sleep in then you will not get your breakfast or room cleaned
- Carmen (10/5): Will use again - Very very clean. Extremely happy with this hotel and I’m very picky. The location isn’t that great cause you have a view of someone’s back yard and some industries, but it was super quiet. My husband dropped his wallet in the hotel dining room and the front desk called to tell him. Extremely grateful for them calling and not just keeping it at the desk waiting for us to come look for it.
