- ruth (10/5): We had a lovely time Steven and Annette were very hospitable. - Location was good. Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice. Nothing.
- Suzanne (10/5): - The room was idyllic country with chic. We didn’t want to leave.
- Sarah (10/5): - Lovely bed and breakfast. Very clean and the area is lovely and quiet. I would happily stay again. Very welcoming.
- Tracey (10/5): Excellent stay , very clean , great hosts , fab breakfast and excellent curry restaurant in walking distance - Very pretty and decoration very quirky N/a
- Jonathan (10/5): -
- DAVID (8/5): Very comfortable - Rm 3 perfect for one Noisy breakfaster directly below me at 7am
- Vicky (8/5): - This is a lovely B&B with comfortable rooms, great communication from the hosts and a delicious cooked breakfast. I booked the stay to focus on some writing and found the room and lovely location perfect for getting my thoughts down
- Ulrike (8/5): - Sehr ruhig gelegenes B&B.
- Guest (10/5): Stunning farm house with perfect location for Silverstone - What a stunning farm house. Perfectly located for our visit to Silverstone. We visited as part of our 25th wedding anniversary celebrations and they even took the time to put a lovely banner and heart chocolates on the bed. An incredible breakfast catering for both meat eaters and myself as a vegetarian. Very friendly owners too with lots of local knowledge. We will definitely be back.
- Philip (9/5): Great stay - Lovely room, lovely hosts, lovely location, lovely breakfast, lovely pub/Indian restaurant next door that serves Guinness. What's not to like
- Susan (9/5): Great B&B - Everything was very good. The owners are friendly and helpful, the rooms quirky and nicely decorated. Breakfast is very good as well. There's a very good pub/indian restaurant next door which is great as the property is in the countryside outside Stony Stratford and evening meals aren't provided. I would have booked again but the price had doubled in the interim.
- Peta (9/5): Lovely welcome, and a lovely room. - Very cozy uncomfortable
- David (10/5): Half the cost of a hotel, 10 times the service !!!! - What a little gem, I spend a lot of time on the road, so look for slightly unusual locations as board to death of hotels. The Home Farm B&B ticked all my boxes and then some. Very friendly welcome, super room, lots of unique touches, very nice shower and super powerful. I own a company that specialises in Eco solutions and love the fact the toilets are fed by rain water. Great night sleep, super breakfast and very easy check out. Home Farm is in my favorites and next time in the area, I will be stopping there again. cannot fault it. nothing it was all prefect and I dont say that often.
- Kevin (8/5): Short stay - This is a hidden little property, very relaxing atmosphere and super friendly hosts.
If you need your phones for anything like directions etc., it is a dead zone, so you will need to log into the guest WIFI once booked in.
When booking online we recommend you stipulate any specific room requirements, as the booking platform does not filter this through to the property, for example you want the room with the bath tub, you need to state this as a message to the property.
Our stay was nice, it took a while to gain access and room we had been allocated was not the one we had chosen on the booking site, but that was not the properties fault, it was the booking platforms. Also, it stated on the booking platform they have a pillow menu, which we thought was quirky, and we have hard pillows at home due to health issues, but there was no pillow menu and the pillows there were big and fluffy.
The room was eco friendly so there was a notice to advise of brown water in the tub/sink/wc as it filters rain water.
We used this location as stop gap for a event in London, on arrival we wasn't there long before we had head off for gig and we got back after the event very late, we were offered milk for the room on arrival, but regrettably declined, so when we got back to room there was no milk in fridge and obviously no one was awake so we could not have a drink in our room.
Breakfast was amazing, there was lots of choice and we have a full English and really set us up for the day.
- Amigo (10/5): - The stay was brilliant. Steve and Annette were very welcoming and accommodating and made it very easy for us to check in out of hours. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfy. 2 extra pillows had been stored in the cupboard and were very useful. Despite being a small room, it had lovely views over the garden, a very cosy feeling, and included everything we needed, including teas and coffees and an ironing board with an iron. The breakfast was varied and very nice, with a homely feeling with Steve and Annette getting things ready in the kitchen for the small number of guests. Mowgli's nextdoor is a fantastic Indian restaurant and you get a discount for staying in this accommodation. Bletchley Park is within 15min drive and the countryside around is sublime. We would absolutely recommend it!!
- tracey (10/5): Hospitality was excellent the hosts went overboard and nothing was too much trouble and breakfast delicious - Set in beautiful grounds and location very quiet

- Stephen (10/5): Peaceful, historic B&B - Historic building, tastefully decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly owners, accommodated our late arrival time. Peaceful setting, yet very convenient for road connections. Parking is right outside the door. Great breakfast, including vegetarian and vegan options. Nothing we didn't like!
- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Nikki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (9/5): Superb -
- Alexander (10/5): Down home feel with super nice people - Great place to stay. The room was perfect, and breakfast was a pleasure each morning. The only issue I had was that if you don't have a car, you will need a local UK number to use the Speedline taxi service. Uber does not work from there.
- Nadia (10/5): A cozy and atmospheric home with welcoming hosts and delicious breakfasts - We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, always ready to help and make us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious every morning – especially the tomatoes, which were absolutely amazing!
The room was very cozy. The whole house has such a unique, authentic atmosphere – it’s 300 years old and full of character. After long, eventful days exploring the area, it was a real pleasure to come back to this peaceful and charming place. We would definitely love to return!

- Andrew (10/5): Very comfortable, clean, friendly & a great breakfast. - Good location for Bletchley Park. Good pub / Indian restaurant next door but little else in the village. Good restaurant discount voucher provided by the accommodation. Excellent breakfast at accommodation. Very clean, comfortable and tidy accommodation. Friendly and helpful hosts. Little to be improved at the accommodation. Very pleasant stay.
- Gibson_logic (10/5): Warm & delightful B&B experience - The decor is traditional, warm and cosy. Spacious room with good selection of teas/coffees & hot chocolate plus a complimentary biscuit and sweets. Very comfy bed and a good ensuite. Lovely staff, approachable, down to earth and friendly, cooked me an excellent breakfast in the morning!
- Stephanie (10/5): We loved our stay and would definitely visit again if in the area. - Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice and everything freshly cooked. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location perfect. Hosts friendly and lovely and very helpful.
Beautiful garden to chill out in.
Nearby Indian restaurant an unexpected bonus. :) The wrought iron bed looks beautiful, but is the bed head is uncomfortable to lean up on, and the foot of the bed wasn't so good for my 6'5"partner.
- Michael (10/5): - Great accommodation. Friendly welcome.
We stayed in a barn suite and were very impressed.
Lovely breakfast too. We just felt a bit pressured to have breakfast earlier than we would like when on holiday. We think anytime before 10am is acceptable.

- David (9/5): Good place to stay near Milton Keynes with all you could expect - Our hosts were very friendly, the room large, comfortable and spotless. The location was ideal for our purposes.Breakfast was good. Very minor point , our radiator valve was stuck … this really did not inconvenience us but meant we had to have the window open and waste heat.
- Clive (8/5): Was ok - The breakfast was very nice. Alot better signage to the property. Had to drive through a fast flowing stream and lighting wasn't good. After going out for evening meal was advised to park in pub car park nextdoor. Walking from there was very dark and not their fault but was very muddy due to alot of rain
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -

- Bill (10/5): Steven and Annette have clearly worked hard in providing a very special guesthouse. - The location was peaceful and idyllic and set in the countryside. The picturesque market town of Stoney Stratford was close at hand. The guesthouse is set well back from the roadside and is accessed across a small ford. Our hosts provided exceptional service and our room was very pleasant and full of character. Everything was in good working order and whilst the weather outside was damp, cold and pouring with rain, our room was ‘toasty’ and welcoming. The breakfast room was very impressive and our meal was cooked to perfection. The views out onto the front of the property ensured we had a relaxing start to our day. Overall, we could not think of anything which would deter us from staying at Home Farm again or recommending it to others.
- Maureen (10/5): - A relaxing overnight stay in peaceful surroundings.
- Lauren (9/5): Superb - Really clean, very friendly staff and a lovely big room and decent size bathroom The bedframe had a metal end, my partner is over 6ft so he couldn't fit in the bed
- Kelvin (8/5): Very good - Good.
- Claire (9/5): Excellent bed and Breakfast - Excellent few days in this peaceful and quiet Bed and Breakfast. We had a lovely room on the first floor with a power shower and tea, coffee etc and fresh milk were provided. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order using good quality products: the eggs were from their own hens and the tomatoes from their garden. The property is convenient for Bletcheley Park, Waddesdon Manor, Stowe, Stony Stratford and Milton Keynes. Steven and Annette were wonderful hosts - friendly, approachable and informative. We hope to return. Nothing!
- Carol (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, peaceful and beautiful place to stay Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect
- Weili (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ami (10/5): Perfect - Stunning, beautiful scenic views and amazing vintage farmhouse cosy feel, and such lovely personal welcome the breakfast was so good! Could have eaten two of them, clean fresh emulate room. Nothing that I didn’t like - but the stairs are creaky and I was worried we would wake up other residents! So had to go very carful but we didn’t mind - and we couldn’t hear them in our room personally
So nothing to dislike - I was just worried about waking others! Didn’t want to upset their sleep/ stay- Hopefully we were careful enough ^_^ but it isn’t a dislike just a slight worry! Nothing you can do with beautiful vintage homes 🤍
- Horacio (10/5): Excellent choice, - it was an amazing choice, very quiet place and the host is very friendly, breakfast was amazing and all the conditions were great
- Taverner (10/5): A place to come back to - The welcome was so lovely and the room with all its fine touches was astounding and made a delightful weekend at ReggaeLand even more great.
The breakfast, the surroundings and the sweet treat on the pillow had us smiling from ear to ear.
Plus supporting a family business with so much passion to their craft felt great. Totally recommend this venue We didn't like having to leave. Another night would have been grand.
- David (9/5): Lovely stay at Home Farm B&B - Lovely room with everything we needed. Great location for Bletchley Park and good Balti restaurant next door.
- Denise (10/5): Relaxing - The breakfast was excellent, the service was very good, the location was good it was in a small village with an Indian restaurant next door, it was quiet and tranquil.
- Cris (10/5): Fantastic value, a great place to stay. - Excellent Breakfast, and also an excellent recommendation of the Indian Restaurant that is right next door! An unexpected and most welcome bonus! Can't think of anything I did't like. It was all spot on!
- John (10/5): - Owners are great folks.
