Room was good The menu was limited .. we only came across one helpful nice staff member during both our stays .. the rest made us feel unwelcome . Got charged twice on card for the shuttle even though we told him we paid when we arrived for our trip in and there was no out standing charge on our room invoice, he just said he couldn’t see where we were charged so did it twice …if you pay cash get a receipt

- PHILIP (9/5): AS ALWAYS IT IS GOOD. - I am a regular person staying at this hotel whenever I am in Sydney. I always drive from the Central Coast and go out to dinner with friends on the Saturday night. However, even though I pay for parking there is no guarantee that there will be a parking space available for me when I return to the hotel.

Restaurant on site a bonus, selection of food good and prices reasonable. Staff OK. Amenities in room adequate but bathroom in need of renovation and a good clean. Basin and toilet seat need replacing.

- Brian (7/5): Easy walk from the airport to hotel, hotel clean and good service. - Closeness to airport. Friendly staff at check in and was able to check in earlier than 2pm as my room was ready. No body wash in the shower. Shower cubicle had two hair shampoo bottles and one conditioner.

- Stephen and Julie (2/5): I did talk to reception on checkout. He did make apologies but seemed insincere. After many visits with different family - Location Condition of the room. Accessible room which we did not require. Filthy dusty surfaces. A dirty face washer left from previous visitor. The shower water sprayed over the entire room. Soaking the floor and toilet. The smell of urine when the toilet bowl was wet was putrid. No robe hooks to keep your belongings dry. The safe wasn’t working but was fixed in reasonable time. USB didn’t work.

We had dinner and the food and service were excellent. It was close to the airport and having the shuttle bus was excellent. Everything was great so I have nothing to put for this question.
