- Mark (10/5): - Only one small gripe....check out time, 10 am. I think this is too early, most hotels are 11am or even 12 noon. In addition I couldn't seem to find this information on hotels website.

- Janice (10/5): A Very Fine Hotel - This is a fine hotel, with very comfortable rooms and excellent staff who are all committed to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The food is excellent and very reasonable in terms of cost, given the quality. We enjoyed a couple of really pleasant evening meals, well presented and tasty. There was ample choice and a good variety of wines too. Breakfasts were outstanding and really set you up for the day. Again there was a fine selection to tempt all palates and service was prompt and friendly. The surroundings and general comfort within the hotel ensured the opportunity to relax and feel that you were having a real break. There was little or no noise (only the odd banging door from guests), but it was generally very peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of parking, so no hassles there either! Our room was large with a nice view over the gardens. Tea, coffee and water were provided and there is a fridge for cold drinks too. The beds were comfortable and we had loads of room. Rooms were serviced every day. The location of the hotel ensures easy access to local sites of interest plus local towns. You aren't very far from finding something to interest you. The weather could have been kinder but even this hotel, excellent though it is, couldn't do much about that! I simply cannot fault the service or the staff in any way. If you are searching for a good quality place in which to relax and enjoy a little peace and relaxation, this is definitely the place for you!

There was a wedding in while we there and thought the celebrations might have kept us awake but we never heard a thing. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh fruit salad. We phoned the hotel who refused a refund or change if date even under exceptional circumstances! They said nothing they could do as booked through Hotels.com. Hoping Hotels.com can refund our £265 as hotel bring very unreasonable
- Paul (10/5): Lovely hotel in a lovely setting. - The hotel is lovely and clean and room 6 was spacious with. Four poster bed and lovely big bath and seperate shower. The breakfast was really good and the waitress was excellent. All in all an enjoyable stay and would hesitate on going back.

Staff were professional friendly and well trained , spacious bedroom was very comfortable and immaculate but a little out of date , food was excellent in pleasant surroundings, parking good . Excellent dinner served in the dining room with good self distancing between tables. Food was amazing, presented and tasted beautiful. The whole experience was just perfect yet again. We've stayed here several times and will definitely return!

- Ian (8/5): Good base for Warwickshire mini-break - Pleasant "Wedding Reception" type hotel. Upgraded to a spacious room with good-sized bathroom. Bathrobe, slippers, safe, mini-fridge and tea and coffeee facilities with up-market biscuits. Good views over countryside but, although you couldn't see it, you could hear that you were very close to the M40. Wifi signal didn't quite make it as far as our room near the end of the corridor. Perfectly adequate breakfast with excellent service.
