- Sachinie (8/5): Good experience, nice value hotel - Beautiful rooms, spacious and clean. Very close to most things in Da Nang and beach is right outside. Unlike all other hotels they were unable to accommodate an early check in which is incredibly annoying if you arrive into Da Nang via flight or sleeper bus at 7am like we did. Understandable to not expect a 9-10am check in but we couldn’t even upgrade or pay extra to get into a room quick. Perhaps it was very busy… it just didn’t seem like it at the time.

- Nicholas (8/5): Good Beachside Hotel with Great Views - Breakfast was great and view from our room was amazing. Foot spa voucher was included per person which was a nice inclusion. Not able to use pool for a period during the day as there was a photo shoot in the middle of the day. Couldve happened earlier in morning when noone was using it.

- Phill (7/5): - I loved the pool The bath towels are too small and they will not provide you with even one extra towel. I really need one for my hair and one for my body. My husband had to live without a towel because I used both and the hotel staff refused to give us one extra
- Rehka (7/5): - Location is brilliant- hotel is right opposite the beach. To get to the main town (Dragon Bridge area) you have to get a taxi, but it's not that expensive. We had two rooms the Ocean View Room and then we moved to a normal double room. Ocean view room view was amazing and it has a massive balcony with seating. Mini mart next door, which was convenient. Ocean View Room- there was white hairs on the floor from previous guest. The flooring is dark wood, so this was very obvious. It was clear the room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom- beautiful, but the bath-tub was not very practical. There was no separate shower cubicle. The curtain to cover bath and the blinds between bathroom and room was stained, so looked dirty. The pressure in the shower was not high and the temperature of the water was cold (we were on floor 13). Double room- much better, looked clean and the bathroom had a shower cubicle (no bath) with good water pressure and the temperature was fine. Only downside for this room was there wasn't much of a view. I didn't like that they called the room before 12 midday check out time to remind us that check out is at 12. If anything they should call if we were late in checking out. No ATMs nearby.

Excellent balcony with direct view of the beach and the nightlife at the restaurants on the beach. Pool was fine and the staff were attentive and friendly. Bathroom was a little small and the shower was over the bath. Okay for us, but maybe not so good for those who are a bit older.

- Claire (9/5): Lovely view but noise across the road at night was maddening - The breakfast was great. A large selection. The location across from the beach would have been nicer but for the noise. The street behind the hotel was full of lovely restaurants, spas and grocery stores. You’ll need to catch taxis or grabs to get to a lot of sites in da Nang so this location is ideal if you like the beach. Across the road each evening EDM music played, which I could clearly hear despite being on the 11th floor. Also a repetitive advertisement from a motorbike food vendor. It was like a loud chant over and over and over again. These two things really marred our stay.

The rooms were so beautiful with a gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean. The breakfast spread was unmatchable. Service and the staff was very warm, polite and prompt. They also have an infinity pool on their rooftop with a breathtaking view of the sea, and a bar with happy hours. Would definitely recommend this for anyone planning a trip to Da Nang

It was really hard to regulate the aircon to the desired temperature. The overall room layout & decor weren't great, the "city" view was just the wall of the hotel next door which was about 5 meters away.

- Q5675KBjoanm (10/5): Awesome relaxing stay in Mandila Beach Hotel. - We had an excellent stay in the Mandila Beach hotel, Da Nang. The location is perfect - just across 2 roads from My Khe beach which is beautiful. We had a balcony with a sea view. The hotel has a small infinity pool which was ample and food and drink is served in the restaurant beside it at a very reasonable price. There are also some lovely restaurants nearby located at the beach. Breakfast was very good with plentiful choice. Our room was beautiful and very clean. A special shout out to Hannah - customer services manager who welcomed us every morning and was so friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

- Jan (7/5): - An der Zimmeraustattung hat gar nichts gefehlt, alles sehr zufriedenstellend und reichlich ausgestattet. Für lärmempfindliche Gäste - die Schiebetüren der Hotelzimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon sind schlecht isoliert und veraltet, so dass man den Strassenlärm und die späte Musik bis Mitternacht von vis-à-vis sehr laut und deutlich hört. Von einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwartet man eine deutlich höhere Qualität und grössere Frühstücksauswahl. Im Weiteren hat das Hotel zwei Lifte, weshalb man eine gefühlte Ewigkeit auf den Lift wartet.

- Tomoko (10/5): また泊まりたくなるホテル。 - 家族5人で泊まりました。ニ部屋を予約しておりましたが、コネクティングルームを用意して頂いており、滞在中は実質一部屋で家族皆んなで過ごせ、大変助かりました。 朝食はブュッフェスタイルで、メニューの一部が毎日変わっており、飽きることはありませんでした。 特に、フォーが美味しかったです。フォーのメニューについても、シンプルなフォーの日もあれば、お肉入りのフォーの日もあり、毎日楽しめました。 歩いてすぐの所にシーフードレストランがたくさんあり、夕食に困ることもありませんでした。 少し歩いてホテルの裏手にある通りまで行くと、バインミーの屋台、カフェ、ランドリー店などがありました。家族全員分の洗濯が大変なので、ランドリー店が近くにあり非常に助かりました。値段もとても安かったです。 ビーチは道路を渡ってすぐでしたので、滞在中は何度も行きました。朝5時半頃、地元の人たちに混じり、子ども達と一緒に美しい日の出を見れたことが良い思い出になりました。 インフィニティプールやビーチで泳ぐ際は、専用のバスタオルを貸してもらえます。 サイドビューのお部屋だったので、ビーチが部分的に見えるだけでしたが、逆方向には町が見え、遠くにドラゴンブリッジも見えました。 スタッフの方達も、いつも笑顔で気持ちの良い対応をしてくださりました。

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the team — all staff were attentive, professional, and spoke excellent English. The lobby and overall property were clean, modern, and well maintained. My room was comfortable and spotless throughout my stay. The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight, with an amazing view and attentive bar service. The location is also perfect — just steps from the beach. Special thanks to Hieu Bon for helping arrange a quick Hai Van Pass excursion, which made the experience even better. Also Huyen in the buffet and pool lounge bar was very pleasant and helpful during my stay Would definitely recommend and stay again and bring my family for a future stay next year.

- Shyam (10/5): Absolutely fabulous stay - Great location. We were in the Mandila suite with ocean views on the 13th floor and it was spectacular. We could just sit in the balcony with a couple of drinks and just look at the beach and the people and had quality time together. The fact that the shower was installed inside of the bathtub 🛀 was very very uncomfortable for us. We would have preferred a separate shower in the bathroom.
