• Nathan (10/5): - le personnel et l'énergie du lieu étaient parfaits ! un bonheur pour changer d'air ! Le seul petit bémol était la cuisine pas au niveau de ce super endroit.

• Lenka (4/5): More hostel than hotel.. - Good location Some misleading reviews…?!?…I appreciate it’s an old characterful building, and I don’t mind creaking floorboards and dated charm, to a certain extent. However some upgrading is required, particularly sound proofing. We could hear the other guests all around us and through the night. At this price I’d hope for a private bathroom, the shared bathroom had poor lighting so when one showered in the cubicle it was quite dark. The room was very small for two people and with small bags awkward to move around one another. Only one electrical outlet high on the wall next to the door…The breakfast, for an additional cost, was ok, but I would normally expect this standard of breakfast to be included in the room rate. I really can’t correlate the excellent reviews on this site with my own experience…???

• Gregg (5/5): Shippable - Even though the bathrooms were shared, the water was hot and the bathrooms were clean. I think it was a little overpriced for what you get - a tiny cramped room with old green carpeting, thin walls and a shared bathroom. No art on the walls. Just a plain old room. We could hear the people in the room next door just walking around on the creaky floors and they woke us up because it sounded like they were in our room. The location is down the hill from the rest of town so it’s a bit secluded (neither good or bad). The female owner was very nice but the father and son were very curt and didn’t seem very hospitable.

Für die Bergschuhe gibt es im Keller Regale und Hausschuhe. Hunde werden akzeptiert, aber 15,- SFr extra. Frühstück extra Kosten, sehr reichhaltig. Im Restaurant kann man a la carte essen. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer sollte raus. Das Wasser in den Waschbecken und Duschen lief nicht gut ab.

• MADOKA (4/5): レシートは確認してください - 朝食なしで申し込んだが、当日間違って朝食付きで請求された。レシートを持っていったら、自分の財布からお金を取り出して差額を返金された。歴史を感じさせるホテルで全体的に傾いています。靴は地下2階でスリッパに履き替えなくてはいけません。トイレ、シャワーは共同ですが、シャワーのお湯はたっぷりでドライヤーもあります。

• GMathilde (7/5): - Personnel accueillant. Propreté des sanitaires. Balcon dans les chambres. Calme. Manque de flexibilité par rapport au petit-déjeuner, servi seulement à partir de 8h. On devait partir à 7h et aucune proposition ne nous a été faite malgré notre demande. On a du piocher sur notre pique-nique du jour et prendre un café plus loin. Dommage.

Shared showers and toilets were good and clean. As a minor detail, one extra toilet per floor would be nice.

• Caleb (7/5): Pretty place mean Staff - Place was gorgeous. Located in between to mountains with numerous amounts of views to see. Lots of hiking trails nearby aswell. The only downside staff members were not very nice to us (we are American not sure if thats the reason). Overall very nice stay but be prepared.

• Melanie (7/5): Ok place to stay - Perfect spot for a long walk to the blue lake and free parking. Good place to stay one night. The room was very small so my boyfriend had to open his luggage on his bed We asked for a double room and we had two single beds. Be careful, the check-in is only until 6pm or you have to tell them. They didn’t gave us any information about the facilities so maybe we missed some. I think the staff didn’t appreciate we arrived at 9pm instead of 6pm even though we called at 7pm because we realised our mistake

El restaurante esta muy bien para comer y el desayuno tambien es excelente No nos entendimos en el tema de la media pensión, creimos que el precio de 38Fr era media pensión y luego pagamos aparte el desayuno. Pero estaba todo muy bueno, para Suiza, calidad precio muy bien

I really enjoyed the salad for dinner and the atmosphere in the restaurant was friendly. There was real historic feel about the place. I enjoyed the breakfast - basic but did the job. The room was very cramped. I would have preferred a private bathroom but I did know before arriving that facilities were shared.

Sehr positiv: auch ein Hund kann mitkommen!!! Alles war ausserodentlich sauber. Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich gut. Arolla ist als Skitourenort spekakulär! Das Buchen über Booking.com umständlich und unklar.
