• Sonia (9/5): Oki perfection! - L'accès a la piscine sur le toit en journée comme en soirée. Le bar sur le toit. Le personnel souriant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner très varié mais un peu cher pour ceux qui mange peu le matin. C’est un bel hôtel proche du port. Il manque peut être des masques pour le visage et des soins mais sinon toit est parfait.

• Kerstin (8/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel - empfehlenswert - Hotel in zentraler Lage, nahe Bahnhof Miebashi und somit 15 Minuten zum Flughafen per Zug. Einkaufsstraße , Food Market und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Personal freundlich. Großes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Zimmer sehr eng, aber alles vorhanden, sauber und gut klimatisiert. Pool kostet ab 19 Uhr extra, aber ein Getränk ist inklusive.
• Mélanie (1/5): une catastrophe. rien n'allait, je ne recommande pas surtout avec des enfants!! - Emplacement à côté du port Tomari. Quelques restaurants autour; Kokusai dori à environ 15 minutes à pied. le service de lavage de linge est payant!!! Les machines à laver et les sèches linges sont en libre service (3 machines à laver et 3 sèches linges, insuffisant pour le nombre de clients). il faut payer son détergent, sa machine, et son sèche-linge. les sèches linges ne sèchent pas bien, il faut donc remettre plusieurs cycles, et donc on est coincé à l'hôtel pendant 30 minutes à chaque fois car il faut retirer son linge pour les suivants. il y a tout le temps la queue pour le linge, j'ai déjà terminé de sécher mon linge à 2h30 du matin... pour la propreté c'est à revoir, les moquettes des ascenseur sont très sales. J'ai également glissé une fois, ainsi que mon fils de 3 ans car ils mettent des bulles de savon pour les enfants dans le hall, et ne nettoient pas derrière. Nous étions 5, et j'ai dû demandé à plusieurs reprises des serviettes de toilettes, car ils ne laissaient que 2 serviettes dans la chambre... nous sommes quand même resté 10 jours mais ils n'ont pas fait attention. pour le nettoyage des chambres, ils passent très tard (vers 14h parfois!) notre chambre n'a pas été refaite plusieurs fois, car les enfants font la sieste à 14h. Pas de bouteilles d'eau données à l'arrivée ni pendant le séjour. Pour la restauration : il y a des affiches de nourriture partout dans l'hôtel, mais en réalité il n'y a pas de restaurant le midi, et le soir, il est au 10eme étage où il y a la piscine, sauf que les moins de 18 ans sont interdit à partir de 19h!!! ça n'a aucun sens! nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter d'un seul repas dans l'hôtel! de plus il faut payer un supplément pour aller au bar/restaurant à partir de 19H. le petit déjeuner n'avait pas l'air exceptionnel, nous ne l'avons pas prit. la machine à café libre service est tout le temps défectueuse. mais le pire était l'odeur de la chambre : ça sentait les égouts, il a beaucoup plu pendant le séjour.

• MEI FANG (8/5): - 房價合理，早餐豐富。 自助入住手續給的房間是冷氣故障的房間，因為第一晚下大雨，冷氣怪怪的，我們沒發現，直到第二晚氣溫偏高，冷氣開關怎麼調整都沒有作用，到櫃檯詢問，才知道冷氣壞掉了！！！之後，飯店換了新房間給我們（行政房換成三人房，沒有任何補償）空間變很擁擠，但為了有正常空調，我們只能勉強同意，入住的感覺很差。
• MEI FANG (7/5): - 早餐很好吃 飯店提供了2間冷氣設備故障的房間，沒有主動告知外，等顧客反應才換房間（行政房換到三人房）沒有任何補償措施，令人失望。

• Emily (7/5): Nice Hotel, not so Nice Hospitality - The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the sleepwear provided. The pool and pool bar are very nice - the strawberry cocktail was delicious and the bartender was friendly and kind. The complimentary coffee and beer in the lobby lounge were also good. The location is okay, walkable to Kokusai Dori in around 20 minutes. The breakfast looked nice, but we didn't try it. There are several amenities available to rent, but in short supply, and guests can keep them overnight. I really wanted to try the Refa products, but the whole time we stayed they were rented by other guests. There should be a 1-2 hour limit on appliances like the blow dryer so that other guests can enjoy them too. I also found the reception staff to be a little unwelcoming/not very hospitable. I arrived with my family after our flight a couple of hours before the official check in time - I understand that early check in cannot always be accommodated but the weather was terrible that day and they didn't even offer to let us sit in the lobby lounge area or use the pool or something to wait for check in time, just told us to come back at 3pm...we got absolutely drenched through in the rain storm trying to pass the time...(thankfully we could use the laundry room that afternoon after check in to dry our clothes).

Hotellrummet luktade mögel, vi checkade in sent och skulle bara stanna över natten så vi gjorde ingen grej av det. • Amelie (8/5): - Das Zimmer ist relativ groß. Die Lage ist nah am Hafen und nur ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß von der Monorail Station. Ins Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Pool und der Whirlpool auf dem Dach sind schön, leider hat er aber nur bis 19 Uhr offen, danach müsste man extra Eintritt bezahlen. Check In am Automaten ohne Personalkontakt.

• Abbey (8/5): Value for money! - Nice hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. Super easy check in. Food and laundry services available and nice drink selection from bar on rooftop with nice pool views. Night time access to the terrace on rooftop required either a drink from the bar or swim in the pool? We had purchased drinks in the afternoon from the bar but wanted to return to see the night view. There were plenty of seats so it wasn’t like we were taking chairs away from other guests but unfortunately we were asked to leave even though we were guests at the hotel simply because we had to either be using the pool or buy another drink? I don’t blame the staff that had asked us to leave as they were probably following hotel policy but you would think we would be able to sit and enjoy a social scene, some fresh air and the lovely night view for a few moments so a bit disappointed. Would be more understanding if the rooftop was more busy and they wanted to cater more so for paying customers but it simply wasn’t that busy.

Dommage. Le lounge pour lequel j’ai payé plus cher n’est absolument pas justifié. Il n’y a quasiment rien à manger. Très peu de places pour s’asseoir. Aucun personnel. Nul pour ce qu’ils appellent un lounge.

• Nuno (6/5): Great location right next to Tomari Port, but some things were underwhelming. - The location is perfect if you want to visit the islands as it's located right next to Tomari Port. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the rooftop with the pool was nice to go to both during the day for a swim or at night for a drink. The wi-fi in the room often failed. The staff is unable to speak english and, it didn't seem like they did all they could to help when trying to explain if they had a laundry service and how to use it. I was just told "most guests prefer the coin laundry" which was disappointing. The breakfast, while offering plenty of options, fails to nail the basics. Liquid scrambled eggs you have to eat with a spoon and no bacon. You can get pasta cooked in front of you or eat pizza for breakfast but you can't get decent scrambled eggs and bacon, which is an interesting choice by the hotel's chef.

The staff were very helpful about keeping our tandem overnight whilst we visited an island. The choice at and quality of the breakfasts was amazing.
