• Stevo1914 (9/5): Had a wonderful time at the Rishan Village Residence, congratulations to all the staff. - Fantastic location with excellent value for the price. Top-notch 24/7 security ensures peace of mind at all times. The staff are warm and accommodating, especially the attentive room attendants. Thanks for a great stay. The smoking area is located at the bottom where the tables and chairs are, as well as at each end of the terraces. If you’re not a smoker, be sure to avoid booking rooms near the balconies on each floor.

• Luis (5/5): A bit overpriced. - Cozy small room. Clean & new. The food of the restaurant is ok Theres a BIG issue with the WiFi not working inside the rooms, if you need to work during your stay using a laptop or ur phone just forget it, it won’t be possible

• Harold (6/5): - Staff was nice enough. The guards were very friendly and helpful! The hotel is old and that relects the pricing. The cleaning staff did not do good job cleaning the room. They would change the sheets and towels, but both had stains and even holes in them. The shower drain sits higher then the floor which won't allow the water to drain properly. I also found and killed the biggest spider I have ever seen in person! Legs were as big around as a soda can! If you need cheap and have low standards, this is the place.

• TOSHIHIKO (8/5): - およそ1週間宿泊しました。 スタッフは親切で部屋も クーラー、大きめの冷蔵庫、他にもベッドと食事をする場所が部屋としてわかれているのはポイントが高いです。 ただしベッドの横のクローゼットが鏡になっているので気になる人は気になるかも。 冷蔵庫も値段にしてはとてもいいのですが清掃されてない箇所もあったのでティッシュを濡らしてしっかり拭いてからアルコールを吹きかければどうにかなります。 カジノまで歩いて10分。 ランドリーまで3分そこら。 ウォーキングストリートまでは5分以内の距離なのに静かなホテルです。

• Steven (2/5): Rat and Roach hotel! - The staff was great, but the hotel was very poor, a long walk down a couple streets that were crappy at best. The hotel is OLD, not what is pictured in the ad. The bed and blankets were so full of static that you could actually in the dark see sparks! In my room there was only 1 outlet behind the fridge so if you wanted to used the microwave you had to unplug the fridge to plug in the microwave. Not many things of use to make food in the room, no utensils to cook with and I old pot, that was all. The A/C worked well but flooded the wall and floor. The bathroom was full of gross tile, rotten counter tops and there was only a trickle of water from the sink, however the shower was working fine. I saw not mice but RATS several times on the 1st floor and huge cockroach throughout the hotel. Will never stay there again!

• Maria (8/5): Generally a good stay experience - PROS: The staff are courteous, there is a receptionist present 24/7 for any need or concern. A guard is on site for safety. The location is close to everything. The place is clean. There are enough kitchen wares & dining wares for a couple. Water supply is strong. There is hot water for the ahower. Fridge is big enough. AC is fully functional. There is enough supplies if needed such as toilet paper etc. The price is reasonable. CONS The kitchen wares are so old. They probably need to be replaced specifically the pans. They don’t even lay flat on the electric stove because of dented or uneven bottom. Everything sticks on it when used for frying no matter what you fry or cook even eggs or hotdogs. The food will be ruined. The stove is rusty or had old oil stains that needs to be at least cleaned off it. We didn’t use the closet as it has some mold like stuff which we’re not sure off. This needs to be cleaned and repainted.

The sink in the bathroom didn't drain, water would stay clogged in the sink if you turned it on, the patio has no view, a lot of nearby vegetation blocking any view. And the shower water doesnt drain well so water sits there many hours leaving a smell in the room if you don't close the bathroom door. Aside from that the place is okay for a few nights, the staff is wonderful and checkin/checkout was a breeze.

• SIU CHEUNG DUFF (6/5): Running machine was out of order so disappointed - The main reason why i ve booked this hotel because they have a running machine ,in the first day while i was checked it ,ive found out this machine cannot turn on so i ask the staff he said he saw it was working may be few days ago ,then he daid he will ask the engineers from that company to come and fix it. Today it was already a week and i am going to check out but this machine is still out of order. For me is really bad experienced,I will say that they re not professional to make sure there facility are well condition and prepared for there guests to use . The blanket they didnt provided they use the bed sheet so it is same as a paper. Air-con so noisy and not really cold. Staffs is ok good security Easy to walk to walking street but when you walk back to the hotel at night always be alert because some road is really dark and some trans or ladies will come over you.

They should not be asking her for is if you coming back later that evening. As is very annoying and insulting of one is married. They need a better understanding of that.

Room was clean, I was provided with a complimentary bottled water, dental kit and pair of room slippers, though blanket was a thin sheet of fabric. Fridge and stovetop were available for use as well. Guards were helpful and attentive. Much appreciated having my luggage carried by the guard up to my unit. (No elevator) Unsatisfactory guest service by the lady receptionist (same one during my check-in and c/out), no eye contact at all, always glued to the computer; the only time she looked up was to get my payment.
