• Xiaoli (4/5): 面子好看，底子差。 - 位置挺好。 很少给差评，但是这家楼顶青旅大厅的设施设备老旧，公共空间少。卫生不好。重点是我的背包寄存在房间，不知道被哪个移动并翻了一个面，收拾楼下客房的小推车就放在我包边上。

• Emma (3/5): Tolerable for a short stay - Night market is nearby and we enjoyed tiger cave temple. The check in and out were hassle free. Air conditioning worked and we were provided water bottles + toilet paper each day. Everything in the room was a bit dirty, stains on bedding and towels. Also dusty stuff in the bed (we think it was not changed before we arrived). We found a cockroach in our room when we checked in and we told reception, they just gave us some bug spray and left us. The staff barely speak english which is okay but don't go to reception without google translate on hand. Cafe downstairs is nice we went on our way out but we got kicked out while waiting until our flight (we were there for a few hours just sat in the corner and we had ordered food and drinks, so thought we weren't being a problem). Felt observed every time we entered and left the building, and every time we wet downstairs the staff would be on the phone and were more interested in that than being helpful. You also can't close the door from the outside without the key which is quite strange but not terrible.

• Tsepitsidou (1/5): - Die Unterkunft ist in einer guten Lage und ich würde dort für eine Nacht dennoch nicht mehr übernachten, da im Hostel oben die Betten enorm unbequem waren und leider nicht geputzt wurde, sodass ich mich leider unten auf die Toilette begeben musste, dort war sie sauberer. Also leider nicht empfehlenswert

• ZHENG (6/5): - 位于甲米镇里，距离海边很近，坐船可以去赖丽海滩。床铺还比较干净。 一个大房间，只用中间的布帘分割成两大间，床位也没有布帘，隐私较差。两个女服务员很少有笑容，态度冷淡，并不友好。
• ZHENG (7/5): - 酒店位于甲米镇，距离夜市和码头都不远，但是距离海滩比较远。价格实惠，卫生也还可以。 淋浴间很小很拥挤，床上没有窗帘，酒店也没有提供一点饮用水。关键是两个女员工态度冷漠，我个人觉得不太友好。男性经理给我提供了帮助，但是两位女员工却表现的很不耐烦。这是我在泰国旅行二十二天里感觉最不好的酒店，下次去甲米我知道如何选择了。

• Pamela (10/5): - This place is a real gem. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, the coffee shop in the lobby superb and the staff are AMAZING! This is my second time staying at PN Boutique and will stay again next time I am in Krabi.

Just the showers were a little difficult, very small space to do anything and the floor was a little gross with hair but that’s what you’d expect in a cheap hostel.

• Alexandra (6/5): Not the best place to stay in Krabi - Very fun and fancy coffee shop downstairs (rather pricey!). Some of the staff are quite helpful. It has an elevator yay lol We rented a scooter from them which was absolutely un-driveworthy. The AC is a built in system and really doesn't work well, ours barely worked at all in 40 degrees. Rooms super small.

Lockers did not work upon arrival, and there was no option to add your own padlock. I did see a member of staff who looked like they were fixing them before I left, so hopefully this is fixed now.

• Pamela (9/5): Clean, friendly great value - The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were immaculately clean, as was the whole hotel. I had a mini fridge, kettle, closet desk and drawers to be able to make myself at home. The Cafe in the lobby served excellent meals at a very good price. Walking distance to night markets. Food service ended at 4pm, so had to walk out for dinner.
• Pamela (9/5): Loved PN Boutique - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean. On-site laundry where you leave at front desk in the morning and it's ready by late afternoon. The restaurant also makes great meals and drinks. Easy to walk to local night market.

• Nathalie (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and a very big room with a nice balcony in a quiet neighborhood not far away from the restaurants etc. Huge bed. No moskito net at the balcony door. Air condition was quite noisy.

Despite being new and with a beautiful reception, the shared rooms were dirty, there were marks of spilled things on the floor, the bathrooms stank, I felt something walking on my skin at night and in the morning I found a dead bedbug in the bed, it was disgusting.

• Schneider (4/5): Disappointing - Staff nice and useful, good location close to the river, WiFi works well the dormitory is very big and there’s only a big curtain to separate 10 beds Nothing in between the beds so if you are on the top bed you are literally sleeping with your neighbour. And when people snore it’s really not cool which was my case. Bathroom and toilets were dirty and people are smoking in the common area, which is directly close to the bedroom.

There is a small cafe serving drinks and food on the bottom of the hotel and they can also provide guidance about boat trips. The surrounding area is a little bit rougher than we expected, but still quite central to Krabi town and the main places. The aircon was working but was making strange noises at night
