- Galia (10/5): - I stayed at room 302 facing the mountain on top of the building, And the view was just priceless, Stunning.
The electric sheet was a real treat After hiking around, And the family and their cat were lovely and helpful.ThankYou

- ZULHUSAINI (8/5): Sadness - I think it is a very good hotel. It would be a great loss if you don't choose this hotel. Clean and very comfortable .
Believe me if you are a DIY traveler with BUS from Hanoi to Sapa please book this hotel believe me it is very easy and pleasant. Later you will thank me. Everything met my expectations. It's just a pity that the hotel lacks fans so the staff is not always at the hotel because there are no bookings. We need to help this excellent hotel.

- eugen (4/5): - Nice view, comfortable bed. Good location to visit hmong villages Verry cold vithout heating possibility. Thanks god for the warm blanket. Bat we are sick after this stay. The humidity is verry high. It was evidently on the walls. Breakfast are verry tiny. Building is on the frequent street and under it is building in progress with loud mechanism.

- Bruce (8/5): Nice hotel , good value for the money. - I recommend this hotel , small but very comfortable, on the outskirts of town but only about 10 minutes walk from the Centre. Wifi was good and the breakfast good. Friendly staff . Nothing really to dislike.
- Oscar (9/5): Superb -
- May (9/5): Great Room, Comfortable Stay, but Small Check-In Issue - The room was great—very spacious, with a comfortable bed and everything clean and well-kept. The best part was definitely the view, which was absolutely spectacular. The only downside was that when we arrived at 6:00 AM, the front office was locked and there was no one around. I had informed them about our early arrival, and while I didn’t expect a full reception or a greeting, it would’ve been helpful if we could leave our luggage at the reception while we went for breakfast.
Overall, a very pleasant stay, but this small issue could be improved for future guests.
- Laura (8/5): Very good - Nice view of the mountains, comfy bed, competitive prices
Mold on the walls … and in the shower too. No hot water sometimes.
- Fabrizio (8/5): Very good -
- Melissa (10/5): I would come again! - I had a great stay! The owner helped me with all my questions. I even had a massage in my own room! The room was big, clean, and very comfortable, with a good bathroom. They even had a heated bed, which was perfect because it was cold! You can also eat right in front of the property. The owner arranged my bus to Hanoi. Simple breakfast. Nothing all good
- Jantana (10/5): Exceptional - Owner is so kind
- Ishandeep (7/5): Good -
- Wmw (10/5): Exceptional - The property is clean. It feels like home more than a hotel. Really enjoyed staying here. The lady there is really kind and helpful. We arrived there very early in the morning, away from check in time. But she let us stay in the hotel, giving us hot drinks and blankets to make us warm. It was very nice of her. And helped us with other things we want to know. There is also a very adorable and clever cat with small ears and legs. It is the best thing and the best hotel ever during my Vietnam journey. Definitely would stay here again when I come back to Sapa. Loved every single second there.
- Israel (1/5): Bad - I am rating this hotel 1 star, because i traveled to Sapa in winter, the weather was freezing, and they didn't had any heating, i stayed for 3 nights here, the second day i asked about it, and the owner told me they didn't have any heating because it was a cheap room. During these 3 days nobody came to clean the room, and it seemed that they didn't care about us at all, even if we were feeling sick because the room felt colder than the frozen streets. Such a sad experience
- Goldhawk (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christine (8/5): Very good - Nice hotel with friendly staff. Heated blankets are a welcome treat during Sapa winter. Good breakfast
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Buiquang (10/5): Sapa 21-25/12/2024 trip - The view is wonderful, the hotel location is not far from the center of the city. The owner is very helpful, the room always has warm water. Nothing, my trip is perfect
- Sam (8/5): Great value for money - The host is really nice
The room is amazing
Very comfortable bed very spacious room shower was really good and spacious aswell nice and close to Moana Sapa tourist attraction peaceful at night for sleep as it's on the edge of the hustle and bustle The motor bike I rented ran out of petrol 2km away from the petrol station when I picked up the keys
Please leave enough petrol for customers to get to the petrol station which is 3km away from the hotel
I had to push it uphill 2km was an interesting start to the day 😂
- Joana (10/5): We loved it here. Thank you - Loved our few day stay here. First of all, this property comes with THE most ADORABLE munchkin cat. I am obsessed with her. The night we arrived we were put into a bigger room as I assume ours wasn’t ready yet, with the most amazing view on the mountains. Breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious. We also got our laundry washed here, probably the speediest service we’d experienced in SE Asia. Staff was so so lovely. Thank you - we definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting SaPa. I still think about the cat every day.
- Mira (10/5): Amazing value and lovely owner - Everything was perfect, great location, comfy bed, Sau the owner was a very lovely person. Delicious breakfast and amazing value for money Everything was perfect
- Santiago (9/5): Superb -
- Santiago (9/5): Superb -
- Gabriele (9/5): Perfect relaxing time. Wonderful view over the valley and the mountains from the family rooms and from the rooftop! Very - Perfect location
- Francesco (10/5): Comfortable, peaceful, great value for money! - Perfect place for your stay in Sapa. The owner is a lovely woman who will help you anytime you need it. She cooks a delicious breakfast, and always welcomes you with a beautiful smile. The view from our room was great!
- Magdalena (8/5): Very good - Nice location and quite big room plus breakfast included. Appreciate we could leave the luggage after check out and take the shower after the trekking. The room could be cleaner and the vathroom should provided with toilet paper. It was stuffy in the room but there is no air conditioning and the fan is coverem in dust so we didn't even want to turn it on :(
- Matej (9/5): Would come again! - Great and very helpful host, cute cat, comfortable room and nice breakfast. Easy to rent a motorbike for exploring the surroundings. Quite noisy in the room because of the windows facing to the main street.
- Olga (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best and cleanest accomodation I stayed in in Vietnam!
- Malin (8/5): Very good - They had an adorable cat! Breakfast was nice and the tea was amazing!
- Charlene (5/5): Passable -
- Arafat (10/5): The hotel is clean, good location, just few minutes waking down from the noisy crowded city center. The view from the ro - The owner/receptionist
- Shriti (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfect! It would be great if there was a balcony
- Patric (10/5): nice and quite hotel with great view and service - very nice hotel, a bit away from the city centre, thus, rather quiet. We had a large room with a great view towards the mountains. Great hospitality, friendly host (using google translate), and a nice small breakfast. everything was fine
- Alicia (10/5): Loved our stay here, if we ever visit Sapa again we will come back! - Lovely view of the ricefields! Kind and helpful staff. Big room, close to the city center, clean, nice breakfast! nothing!
- Ruby (8/5): Very good - Very spacious room, extremely good value for money A sewage smell in the room that lingered for our whole stay, not awful but definitely could be improved in that aspect.
- Ky (9/5): Superb -
- Camille (9/5): Superb -
- Ugnė (9/5): Lovely little stay, everything you can ask for - The lady looking after the property is super nice, she made us breakfast before the actual breakfast time, as we had to leave early to catch a bus!
The heated blanket saved us, as it was super cold, so we were nice and cosy in the nightime.
Really clean, and everything you could ask for. ran out of hot water half way through the shower.
more accesible information in english on the acitivities and attractions, possibilities in the area would be fantastic.
- Isaac (9/5): Superb -
- Matthew (2/5): Would not recommend - The heated blanket Dirtiest bathroom we’ve had in the whole of SE Asia. Could never tell if we were going to get hot water or not, the heater was sometimes turned off completely and it would run out mid shower if you managed to get any. The loudest street noise from outside due to constant traffic jams and beeping all hours. Windows didn’t shut and one window wasn’t actually a window as had no glass. Room was freezing so towels didn’t dry. Owner doesn’t speak English unless she wants you to pay. Didn’t tell us about breakfast included, had to work out the timings ourselves. Very expensive for the most basic accommodation
- Tom (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful view, cool cat and lovely owner.
- Parkhomenko (10/5): Exceptional - We spend 3 nights at this home hotel. Owners very nice and friendly. We didn’t have any issues.
- Phuc (9/5): Superb -
- Alex (9/5): Superb -
- Hoang (10/5): Exceptional - Very helpful owner. Usually breakfast starts at 7, but she’s willing to prepare breakfast at 6:30 knowing that we have early departure.
Super cute fold early short leg cat.
Value for money
- Shela (10/5): Exceptional - I like the view and the warm accomodation of the hotel staff especially the cat😊 Nothing
- Julio (10/5): Best Value for Money - Best value for money A heater would be nice, but the price was so cheap that I understand it was not available
- Pia (7/5): Good - The room was clean, huge and spacious, with a amazing view, in walking distance form the city center, approx 10 minutes, there is a breakfast included in the price, they do offer a laundry service, but a bit expensive (2$/kilo), the host lady is nice, she prepared us breakfast 1hr earlier because of our tour. First it was really cold and foggy in Sapa those days and we were literally freezing in the room, there is no way to get warm, they unfortunately don't provide any heaters, so also your towels stays wet after every usage...brrr...I saw that some people had electric duvee, but we didn't know about it. Also there was a warm water in the shower just for about 5 minutes. And maybe ask about the closing time, once we arrived after 10PM and we were locked out form hotel. .
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Minh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sergio (8/5): Perfect place - The location it’s amazing! 10 minutes walking from city Center and the view it’s amazing! Book the Mountain View room!
The lady doesn’t speaks English but everything works and she is super nice The hot water goes super quickly, but in general nothing !
- Anonymous (8/5): Very nice room and supportive staff. - Very nice abd cheap hotel. No heater. Make sure you book the right room.
- Julia (8/5): A very pleasant stay - Great location, we slept so well and felt comfortable. Very spacious room and great view of the mountains.
The lady was so nice and helpful. We had a really pleasant stay. The breakfast is included with a menu and it was good. Lovely cat at the lobby
Hot shower until 23:00 pm though as this is an eco hostel.
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jack (10/5): Great stay. Highly recommend - The owner is so kind, she booked our Fansipan trek for us and even did breakfast at 6am on the day of our trek.
Breakfast daily.
Comfy bed. You can hear a lot of noise from the road but if you have ear plugs you'll be fine.
The hot water from the shower doesn't last very long. Around 4/5 minutes.
- Daniella (10/5): Exceptional - Really good location near restaurants in town and also close to the rice fields for walks. Nice breakfast included with different options from a menu and included a coffee or tea. Good sized room.
- Marta (8/5): Very good - Room was good for the price, the owner was nice and helpful The room was very noisy, if you can take the one with view to avoid being next to the road
- Josie (10/5): Good location, friendly staff, highly recommend - We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel
Good location, friendly staff, clean room
The view was great and impressing
Breakfast with noodle soup was fine No AC and fridge
- Clara (9/5): Superb - All good!! Very nice staff
- Christophe (10/5): Great stay in Sa Pa - Owner really made us feel at home, let us into our room a bit sooner so we could explore more of sapa and breakfast was delicious. Also great value voor the money.
- Anastasia (10/5): Peace and quiet - The hotel is very quiet (my room had a mountain view, the rooms facing the street are probably not so quiet);
The room was clean, the bathroom as well;
The bed was comfy, I slept like a baby 😊 The host turns off hot water at night - in the morning I had to ask her to turn it on - but it's not a big issue.
- Tania (6/5): Pleasant - The room was spacious. The room didn't have Aircon, and it was very noisy because of the traffic outside. The location was far from the city center and from the bus station (around 30min walking). We did the checkout early (at 6am) and no one in the reception.
- Noah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Evan (10/5): Excellent view, value and hospitality! - The property is as advertised: great view (small charge for mountain side vs street), facilities and the owner is extremely kind. They offer amazing massages also! The location is also great! I thought it would be further away from “everything” than it was, but it is just a 10-15 minute walk which is nothing for those coming to enjoy Sa Pa. Thank you! Everything was great!
- Quentin (7/5): Good - Good place in the center of Sa Pa. The people are really nice.
Just don't book any bus with them, the company they're using is not the best at all haha For tall people watch your head when you go out of the bathroom. I hurt my head really bad
- Ioanna (9/5): Superb -
- Grillini (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alenazayats (8/5): Very good - Good offer for goos price. Probably the best one exactly in the city.
Location is good. Near to the center.
Lady (the owner) is very helpful and nice.
Breakfast is easy and not very rich, but for this price it was very good.
Heated bed. It was super useful in those time when we came there. It was cold abd rainy. Could be more clean.
This is old hotel, need some repair.
Noisy, if you book the street side (from window), but for us it was not too bad.
- Backpacker (7/5): Was okay - It s located a little bit outside of the very touristic area of sapa. But it is just a 10 minutes hike up the mountain, ob the road, to the center (train station to the cable car).
Mostly it was very foggy, but sometimes i had a good few from the mountain.
Room was big and good price for value.
Check in by nighttime was possible. Didnt book that night and could check in at 2 am. Got charged 70 percent of a regular night. My room was to go down into the building (cause located in the mountain). While passing the stairs, there was a kitchen with a lot of unpacked dry meat. Even for me as a meat lover it was a strong and really ugly smell.
The room was okay. But there were dead bugs at the little nightstand and around the windows. The warm water was not that long available.
For breakfast you could select one dish from a menu. It was okay but mostly i felt still hungry afterwards. Also the first day the lady refused to give me breakfast, cause she said i m too late. I was there short before 10 and breakfast was up to 9. She did not tell me this while check in and she new i had a late nightbus. The other days i was also i think the only guest and i got also breakfast for just myself.
The lady hardly didnt speak english. Also got no information for sapa provided. Laundry was pretty expensive and not folded proberly. Worst laundry service in whole vietnam (traveled 1 month there). Suncream stains were not washed out.
Costs were 40.000 a kilo.
- Morgane (10/5): great staff and great view - great staff and great view. the rooms are clean and confortable with hot water
- Grillini (10/5): everything was perfect! - The mountain view is amazing! The host is very friendly! The rooms are big and very clean. I totally recommend staying here.
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (8/5): Very good -
- Ted (10/5): Fantastisch - De woman who runs the hotel is so very sweet. She doesn't speak Englisch but will always help you (with some help from Google translate). De rooms are very big with an amazing view on the moutains. It is quite and peaceful (first time for me in Vietnam). Please eat or drink something at the restaurant across the street (moutain bar). Very nice, clean and the sweetest people run this restaurant. The shower did not work properly, but it was working.
- Jamie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linus (3/5): Poor - Would have been great if the rooms had some heating and warm water for a longer time!! Staff was really good Way too cold if it’s cold outside. That’s the only downside though!
- Christo (5/5): Passable - The view was really great and the place was clean. Location was also good and staff were very helpful. There were no air-conditioner in the room and the room was very cold. The bed had electric blanket on but did not heat the room. The staff did give us a heater but the Heather was lighting up the whole room at night so bright it was. On arrival there was a tirrible smell in the hotel.Smelled like a fire was made inside. Bathroom floor never dried and started to smell. Breakfast choice was very little. Basically 2 eggs with toast.
- Lian (5/5): Passable -
- Micah (10/5): Exceptional - The room is spacious and has thick blanket.
Hotel owner is very nice as well! She prepared the shower heater right before we checked in
- Christine (9/5): Good hotel - Good hotel in quiet location. Slept really well.
Warm duvet (Sa pa was cold during our stay) which we needed (as there is no heating but we could have rented an electric blanket if we had needed one).
- Alejandro (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good, but the best was the attention of the staff. Thank you!!
- Ludovic (10/5): best deal for this - the young couple who manages the hotel is so nice, friendly and helpful ! the room is very large , you can choose for little more price room with view on mountains.. which is amazing nothing
