• Sylvie (6/5): J’irai peut être en famille, mais pas pour relaxer et me reposer. - La Propreté. Le déjeuner etait acceptable. Premièrement le bruit, ce n’est pas un endroit pour relaxer, avec toutes les familles de joueur de hockey. Ils aurait du savoir ca et nous placer sur un étage plus tranquille. Le matelas était super mou et pas confortable du tout.

• Elizabeth (10/5): We came just before March break so we had the pool all to ourselves,,, I also enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast! - Good location! Nice rooms. Had a pool for our granddaughter! The only complaint I have is paying $14 for parking…but I did like the underground!

• TravelBug2k (10/5): Great night stay - Stayed at this hotel for one night. Great place, room was very nice and clean. Breakfast had lots of options and hot food was hot. Pool was warm and clean. Pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.

• Amanda (5/5): Fair stay, great for families. - Location, proximity to the Champlain Place. The bed was comfortable with a cute modern bathroom. Was always able to get free street parking in front of the property Pictures were slightly deceiving as there was an awful carpet in the bedroom which added heat in the room. The duvet/comforter were the thinnest I have ever seen in my life and I had to ask for another one as I was freezing in bed at night. Lack of outlets near bed which wasn’t a huge inconvenience but a small detail noticed. Finally the TV was a letdown, I was there for a relaxing staycation and could barely toggle through channels. They claimed it was a smart tv but I couldn’t cast anything from my phone. The staff swapped out remotes which did not improve the issue and only offered to switch me rooms on my last night. The elevators being located at the entire opposite end of the hall was a shock as I have never seen this before in hotels. Breakfast options were very limited. I also felt the hotel was more family oriented as there was a hockey tournament with multiple families lodged at the Wingate which made for additional noise and children running amok in the halls and stairways.

• Tina (8/5): Nice hotel that is clean and well looked after and a good value . - Very clean. Nice location. Underground parking was nice ( for an extra fee). Breakfast was very good . Beds were very comfortable . Bathroom was large , lots of counter space and a huge shower. It was quite noisy as a youth hockey team was there and they were running the halls quite late and early. Normally this would not be an issue but it was extremely loud. There should be a limit to this activity when other guests are present .

• Lyne (4/5): Cher payé pour passer la soirée dans la chambre! - Beau, propre, bon déjeuner Mon séjour a été globalement agréable, mais l’expérience à la piscine a été décevante. Plusieurs enfants ne respectaient pas les règles affichées (sauts dans l’eau, circulation fréquente par une porte extérieure laissée ouverte), ce qui a rapidement rendu l’environnement inconfortable pour les autres clients, particulièrement avec de jeunes enfants. Malgré un signalement à la réception, aucune intervention n’a été faite. Une meilleure supervision et application des règles contribueraient grandement à assurer une expérience agréable pour tous. Tres déçue!
• Namaste24 (10/5): Good location - This hôtel was very good but since there is no category for it , excellent was selected. Friendly staff, quiet rooms and breakfast was good with lots of choices. Large hallways so less noisy . The hotel is not too far walking to a mall. Close to many places. Not far from the airport and the taxi was under 20$. Wouid definitely stay there again.

We had forgotten a large grey foam set of pet stairs in our room and the housekeepers failed to return it to lost and found.

• 731millg (10/5): A pleasant, relaxing and stress free visit to Moncton, NB. - ❤️ The staff were Amazing, polite, informative and very respectful. The young lady that checked us in is a 10/10. The room was spotless and i slept like s baby. A wonderful night away with my husband, i feel refreshed and ready to welcome another busy week. ❤️

• SINAN (8/5): Spacious room close to Uniplex skating rinks - Very spacious room, clean and good view from window. Bathroom doesn’t have a tube but it’s what we preferred. What a regretful thing during stay was the swimming pool wasn’t available that night due to an accident happened in the pool which led to the closure of the pool. Anyway it’s not the hotel’s fault.
• Mitch (6/5): Stay was good, just have stayed at places for the same price that was way more comfortable and easy to move around - It was clean, easy to get places from this point. Rooms have a poor lay out. Very tight and confined. Toilet is like 5 inches from the left wall. Toilet paper holder is there, just to add less room. For the cost you don’t get any space at all.
