Ben (1/5): We refused to sleep there - it was unacceptable. - The rooms were dirty with stains on the wall and stinking of smoke. The tea/coffee bits were strewn on the table. There was only one working bathroom for the corridor, which completely lacked privacy - it was filthy with a broken glass pane in the door to it. We couldn’t stay and had to leave to go somewhere else. We were offered a family room with own bathroom instead but couldn’t trust it was clean or safe. There was also no car park as advertised.

They asked me to cancel the reservation and request Booking.com to send them a cancellation email so that the hotel can refund me my money. The email was sent, but my money was never refunded. Very poor service!!!

Holly (1/5): Awful, do not recomend! - Nothing. Upon walking in the hotel was dirty and the parking is undesirable. The person working at reception was not helpful and the entire place was smelly. Shared bathrooms, looked like they had never been cleaned and everything was mouldy. We stayed here for an emergency as we had been scammed by another booking however the stay was awful. Empty vodka bottle left on top of wardrobe and stains up walls. Electric plug sockets didn't look safe and doors didn't lock properly. We were then kept awake all night due to the smell coming through the door of Weed and the people staying there were up shouting and banging doors whilst smoking weed until 5am. Shared bathroom doors did not lock and shower was dirty

The bathroom was at a lower level with 3 wooden steps down that looked like they haven’t ever been cleaned, the shower was also freezing cold and the outside hadn’t been cleaned to remove splashes from the toilet all over the glass, the toilet seat was Brocken, the bed was lumpy and there was a mark on one of the pillows, the wall next to the bed had questionable marks all over. The door to the bathroom had no handle on one said and the handle on the other was upside down. The communal areas had a very unhealthy smell more so around the outside of the shared bathrooms

Joel (1/5): Awful and shameful just destroy the building and start from scratch - The location near shops and parking The bathroom and bedroom were filthy and uopn entry there was adour smell. To make matters worse the bathroom window was open all night and there was no hot water in our bathroom not working and I have to report again at the reception . However the 2nd bathroom 🚻 it was filthy again as the bins were not emptied and there was people hair and sinks not even clean I don't know when it was last cleaned . The bedroom beds were not comfortable

Ashraful (1/5): - Basically i dont like anything Very disappointing experience. The hotel did not provide even the basic essentials. Bathroom is so dirty nd no toiletries, their behaviour is not nice nd there wasn’t a single towel or any other item in the room. Nothing was available, which made the stay very uncomfortable.

Neil (8/5): Very pleased with the stay good price really if you need somewhere to sleep - Was very quiet didn't get disturbed once, let me park the car in loading bay which was pad locked The only problem I occurred was trying to get the room door open which was caused by a loose screw on the lock, staff sorted it out within 10 minutes of reporting it

I paid £133 to stay for one night everywhere was dirty the shower basin was scruffy no plug on sink the windows were single glaze right next door to a bar and main road so was very noisy no parking left when we arrived sockets not attach to wall do not stay here it was the worst place I’ve ever stay in absolute rip off booking.com should not be aloud to advertise such run down hotels looks nothing like photos on the site.

Elizabeth (1/5): Do not book.Health authorities need to attend. - Needs closing down Name letters fallen off from the front. Horrific inside like a crac den. Not cleaned anywhere. Vile. Took a video as needs reporting. Walked in walked out. Didn't even ask for a refund. Horrendous. As above.

K (1/5): I don't call it hotel, it's worse than homeless shelter. I would recommend please please do not stay - Nothing, absolutely disgusting, dirty, filthy hotel. I don't call it hotel it's a homeless shelter. Everything, sheets were dirty, celling was leaking water on the bed and furniture, floor was wet, bathroom is absolutely filthy. We couldn't sleep in bed, mattresses smells disgusting. Wardrobe was broken. No service at the reception.
Jessica (3/5): expensive and dirty - The staff as we arrived were ok - could have been more engaging I guess. Unfortunately the reviews are correct. The hotel is in a poor state of repair with very poor cleanliness. we would not use the shower. shared toilet had urine on floor. we actually bought water so we did not have to touch the taps. I am mostly annoyed at the more than 50% price hike because I was going to see oasis.

Aifa (1/5): - The hotel is horrible. The service was horrible. There were no towels or hot water. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. It was horrible. I didn't even stay there a whole day. We had to leave early. There were children and the place was not in good condition.
