I booked a room specifically advertised with a city view, but the room I received had a very disappointing and obstructed view. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.my stay at the Bisha Hotel was a complete letdown. The false advertising regarding the city view, combined with the poorly maintained and unclean room, made for a terrible experience. Worst Experience with The Manager DORIS AND NORBEJ front. Desk I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay in the city. Save your money and book elsewhere.

- adam (9/5): Chic place to see and be seen - Love the decor in the room. Love the bathroom. Love the rootop resaurant restaurant. The kale salad was phenomenal. Staff could not be more pleasant. Love the gym! The rooftop pool only accommodates 10 lounge chairs and you have to reserve them in advance. There is a good chance someone has beaten you to the reservation. And then the chaise lounges are removed at 530 pm to make room for outdoor dining.

The staff is very welcoming and inclusive, and after staying hundreds of nights at Marriott / Starwood properties I give it to the Bisha’s front desk staff for their hospitality and for having the most stylish uniforms. The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you’ll hear trucks beeping most mornings (and slightly later on Saturdays).

We would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again. We already had other plans otherwise we would have had a meal at their restaurant, Kost. If you want a special experience, pls visit Bisha.
