- Norbert (7/5): Preis/Leistung stimmen. Empfehlenswert! - Frühstück war gut, Lage ok. Grosse Zimmer, aufmerksames Personal. Oft gereinigt, frische Handtücher. Bus- und Bahnanbindung. Kein Schrank. Zigarettenrauch. Bad in 2 Wochen nicht gereinigt. Wenig Restaurants in der Naehe.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 徒步環島停留點 - 因為在楊梅車站附近，所以整體技能很不錯，有吃有喝附近也有自助洗衣店。 空間環境整體都很乾淨且舒適，浴室也都打掃得很整潔；唯一比較美中不足的就是可能抽風（排風）系統不太好，煙味會有點重，個人在這部分比較敏感一點。 除此之外，服務業都很好，有附早餐，用餐區很大很像咖啡廳，雖然東西不多，不過以早餐來說已經很棒了。

- ?? (2/5): - 完全沒有隔音可言，牆壁多處裂龜裂，一進去就看到床頭牆壁上有一隻蟑螂，超傻眼，冰箱沒插插頭還以為壞掉，一問櫃檯才知道要使用還要自己搬到有插頭的 地方

- 小茹 (6/5): - 停車不是很方便，明明介紹中有提到附免費停車場，實際下訂後卻說因為整修無法使用，要自己找停車位只補貼100元停車費，隔音不好，會聽到電梯及人走動的聲音。在逃生梯及逃生設施旁有堆放桶裝及成箱的飲用水，感覺造成逃生疑慮。枕頭太軟不好睡。

- Verified traveler (2/5): ガッカリした夜 - 中櫪観光夜市近くのホテルを予約して、乗り継ぎ便の一晩限りの夜を楽しもうと思ってUberで行ってみるとホテルが見当たらない。 結局ドライバーが親切な人で近くの店やホテルに電話して調べてくれたら20分くらい離れた場所にあった。hotels.comに載っていた地図で行ったら大きくズレていた為（Google mapで晩安旅店で調べた位置が本当の位置）ドライバーには迷惑をかけるし、家族にはがっかりさせて子供も泣き出すし、楽しみにしていた夜市には行けないしで最悪な夜でした。 hotels .comに賠償金を請求したいくらいです。 部屋は寝るだけなのでよかったですがシャワールームは清掃不良で女性の髪の毛が壁や床に10本くらいついていました。
