Guest Reviews
- JC Neal (10/5): - It was really convenient to go to the Dead Sea if you have your own car
- Mai (4/5): - The toilet didn't have a seat. No WiFi inside the hotel room. The location was a bit off the beaten path.
- Anna (6/5): - The room was big and quite comfortable with a big comfortable bed with bed sheets, and 2 sofas, small table and refrigerator. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, the furniture were old and used. The kettle did not work, there was no mirror in the bathroom. Hotel is far from the sea, and main road and located in the lonely place. No regular parking near hotel. The air conditioning had a fault and the temperature could not be adjusted. We spent there 1 night, so we could turn a blind eye to the inconveniences.
- Robin (6/5): - Generally ok.
- Vitezslav (10/5): Excellent price ratio for up to 5 guests. - Clean and spacious room, helpful staff, roof terrace with amazing views.
The Dead Sea bath is problematic. Within walking distance of a decent beach. Reasonable access to the sea is always paid (12 to 20 JOD per person).
- Verified traveler (10/5): Ideal for a short stay. - Cheap and quality accommodation within driving distance of the Dead Sea. Also recommended when visiting Aman and the surrounding area.
- Vitezslav (10/5): Spacious room at a nice price. - Clean and spacious room for 2 to 5 guests. Pleasant staff surprised us with free breakfast and indoor pool with hot water.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was OK, around the property little bit rubbished and
- Emma (10/5): - Owner of the hotel was super nice! Room are clean and nice!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It has double bed and living room and frige,TV,small kitchen. The room is new and clean, with good price
- Verified traveler (6/5): - it would take them a small amount of work to make much cleaner and more attractive
- Stéphane (8/5): Cheap place to visit the Dead Sea - The hotel is a bit lost in the middle of nowhere, and it can be difficult to find, especially at night time, what is bound to happen, since there is no restaurant anywhere near. But it has a nice view of the Dead Sea from the roof terrace. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool.
- SARA (8/5): Agradable - No destacaría ningún aspecto negativo.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We loved the friendly staff and easy access to the Dead Sea.
- Kujawinska (8/5): - Bardzo duży apartament z kuchnią, łazienką, sypialnią, pokojem dziennym i balkonem. Hotel niedaleko morza martwego. Łóżko w sypialni ogromne i bardzo wygodne. Mnostwo miejsca na rzeczy. Lodówka, telewizor, czajnik, naczynia i sztućce.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - This was a good value for the price. It would have been nice if the hotel provided coffee and tea in the rooms which is something easyly done.
The pool was empty.
Room was jin very good condition.
We were not told about the rooftop availability fot bbq dinners. Something they should mention as a positive for the jotel. Overall I think for the value we did good.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The overall property and amneties are fair enough in comparison with the price we paid. We spend two night there, it was quite good.
- Agata (8/5): - Apartament 4 osobowy duży, przestronny z balkonem.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Location is less than optimal. Difficult to find in the dark. There were issues with water leakage.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything perfect. Close to the sea. Helpful staff.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This hotel was one of the nicer places I stayed at in Jordan - not far from the Dead Sea, but DID NOT offer a free breakfast like the rest. BIG complaint was that the room was full of flying bugs / fruit fly type - not biting ones, but annoying ones. Perhaps they can invest in sticky fly traps to decrease the amount. The room itself was really nice - big sofa, big comfy bed. Wifi is really really bad in the room, but the stay in general was good.
- David (10/5): Great stop over. - We stayed one night on our way south. Hotel easy to find, staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel close to beach amenities and restaurants etc by car.
- Grzegorz (8/5): - Mustafa, who working at reception was very helpful.
Mangler:
Inger service ud over to små tallerkener og to ukurante glas.
- James (6/5): - Honestly, just stay in a resort. The access to the dead sea and comforts of home are worth the resort prices. This is in a slum area, with stray dogs. Wi-Fi is weak, there's no food on or near the premises. The only positive thing about this hotel is the receptionist Mamouhd (?) from Egypt. He is very friendly and helpful. He tried his best to accommodate us and make the stay more pleasant.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice place - Mostofa at the front desk was a huge help. He helped us coordinate passage to our next destination and gave advice on the local area. He's a definite asset to the property.
The rooms were clean and very large for the cost. Whatever repairs were being done (per some reviews) have been completed.
- MuhammadRahman (10/5): - The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was brilliant, both Mr Mustafa and Abu Ahmed were very helpful and cater to all our needs. Price is also very reasonable.
I would like to suggest to the admin to also provide meal faciilities. There was a large dinning room with tables and chairs but no kitchen services. This will be a great plus for the property.
- Aliyu (10/5): - Very good staff.
Mustapha and Abu Ahmad we're excellent. Though didn't understand much English but communicated via Google translate.
The place is quiet, clean, spacious with a true feel of home in a village setting. My experience was superb
- SFH (6/5): - The price was a bit outrageous but that is the Dead Sea. The room itself was quite comfortable and clean. The property less impressive. Staff was very accommodating. There is a terrace with a wonderful view. The apartment was spacious. It is located up a dirt road from the highway that runs along the Dead Sea. They had directions to some free beaches which might have meant that we could avoid the painful cost at Amman Beach.
- Jay (2/5): Bad location Dirty Hotel. - Poor location too far from the dead sea or shopping. Hotel is in terrible condition, WIFI does not work in the room, only in the lobby. The owner did construction bangin on removing tiles until pas 11:00 pm at night. Beds were dirty and there was coffee or tea in the room. The only good thing is that the room was big, but that does not make up for the bad shape of the property. The door lock was hlf broken and the shower was broken with low water pressure.
- MRS L EL-SAYED (10/5): Amazing. Absolutely amazing. - Excellent rooms and service. Would visit again and again
- Verified traveler (10/5): 5 star rooms for a bidget price - Amazing quality of rooms at a reasonable price. The owner is so kind and friendly. Made us feel so welcome. Very clean rooms. Lovely views from the terrace. Very relaxing stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Poor WiFi, the pool outside is only for men, woman has to use the indoor pool. The staff is very friendly and helpfully.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Short Stay - Lovely resort. Rooms were massive.
- houd (10/5): - Great experience, good staff, had the wrong dates reserved staff was nice enough to adjust the dates with the same price
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Hotel far away from the beach around 1000m
o - I recommend it for families because you can cook and prepare food in the hotel
- Ghada (6/5): Cheap, poor but good for one night sleeping only - The place was poor and cheap. The location is not the best. The room itself was okay, but everything else was not good: there was no wifi at ALL, not even in the lobby. The owner smoked in the lobby. The location was in a poor neighborhood, and all the local people run, which is not so bad, but limited.
It is like a hostel and worth its cheap money, but other than that, not so good.
The receptionist was fine and helped us though.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Large luxury suite apartment near the Dead Sea - Excellent staff, especially Mr. JARIR who treated us very friendly. You can see always he is happy to answer you. The hotel's view is truly amazing. I loved being in the terrace to enjoy the landscape. It was clean and we never felt bored, thanks to the ping-pong table, the billard, etc. The staff was helpful and every time we'd need something, they were there to help. The hotel is close to the Dead Sea and the area is quiet. I totally recommend it and I'm definitely going back.
Strongly recommended.
