- Humairah (9/5): Price is great for a location so near to Hakata station - Reception staff were very friendly! The hotel is very well liked by a lot of Koreans and Chinese tourists. Location was great and it was very near to the train station. There are coin washing machines at alternate levels and the lifts were quite fast. Thanks for a good stay! The reception area is always so packed with many luggage. Toilet is quite small as per all other Japanese hotels.

- Agnes (9/5): Location is good but not happy with the check in . - The location , very convenient. The check in staff , who is very inexperience. We arrived early and deposited our luggage. When we back , we pass the luggage tag to the staff and they just released the luggages to us but never proceed with the check in process for us just because we are a big group. One of them keep asking us to wait because rooms not ready but when we check again. It seem like they never handle our check in. The lady (may be trainee) just pass the keys card and never inform under whose name until we ask again. It is very bad experience compared to others hotel

- MING CHU (10/5): 很棒！住在交通位置很好的地方～超棒👍🏻 - 飯店離博多筑紫口站步行1分鐘就到了～近一日遊行程Lawson 便利店（早上集合超方便）～旁邊還有福岡機場專車巴士（日幣400元/人）班車時間很多，前面有巴士站牌到天神巴士總站很近（可以逛天神地下街、新光三越、大丸百貨）；早餐好吃～可以寄放行李、大廳有免費自助咖啡機喝、消耗備品可以自取、C/I櫃檯有中英文服務，服務人員很親切很推薦👍🏻離博多地鐵站、巴士總站、JR各個交通重要樞紐都很近，也有計程車招呼站，去哪邊都很近～省了很多轉搭車的距離，房間可以每天打掃，乾淨度ok！蠻推薦的一間住宿！ 沒有

- SHEYIN (9/5): - The location was excellent. There was an airport bus stop right downstairs from the hotel, which made travelling to the airport extremely convenient. The room was slightly small, but it was still sufficient to comfortably open and organize our luggage.

- Andre Samuel (8/5): Great location - + very good location, directly at the exit of the station + they provide portable electric massager for your back in the room, also they give free drinks from coffee machine + they can keep your luggage until your next reservation (a great base near the station so you can go out of town to explore kyushu) the room was not cleaned thoroughly i see some dust in the bedside lamp area

- jihyang (3/5): 위치만 봐서는 아주 좋음. 서비스는 별로 - 공항버스랑 위치 가까움 근교로 나간다면 추천 1) 3일동안 방청소 붙여놔도 물병이 안치워짐 쓰레기통에 안들어가서 옆에 같이 버려달라고 두었음에도 안치워짐. 2) 방청소 요청했으나, 수건이 없거나 가운이 없거나 해서 청소중인 사람에게 달라고 몇번 말해야 햇음 3) 조식 사전 신청 못해서 이틀뒤거 요청 가능하냐 물었을때, 예약이 차서 불가하다는 건 이해했지만 정 먹고싶으면 6시반까지 프론트 내려와서 물어보면 취소 있는지 봐주겟다고 한게 이상했음 (호텔이라면 방으로 전화 정도 넣어줄 수 있지 않은지.?)

- Vivien (9/5): Excellent location and good sized room! - The room size is big by Japanese standards. Bathrooms are of good size. Love the complimentary use of back massager in the room. The hotel has 2 entrance/exit. Going by the front, it is a 2-minute walk to east gate of Hakata Station while going by the back, it is cut down to 1-minute. Excellent location! Morning!

- Joan (8/5): Very close to station - A pleasant hotel in an excellent location a few steps from the station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small, but typical for Japan. A very good buffet breakfast was served. Overall, good value for money.
