- Majed (6/5): المكان هادي ونظيف بس لو يحطون موظف يجاوب على الاستفسارات بنفس رضيه - أعجبني هادي جداً ونظيف كرهني بمكان الاقامه موظفه الاستقبال مكشره اسألها يالله ترد وخصوصاً معي عائلتي مفروض ينتبهون نفس إدارة الفندق ل الشي هذا نهائي ماتبي الواحد يسألها لازم من اساسيات الاستقبال البشاشه والترحيب وتجاوب على الاسئله هذي مافيها من الثنتين شي بعكس تعامل الموظف اللي يشيل الشنط نفسيته حلوه وبشوش

- Idriss (9/5): Belle surprise en raison d'un imprévu qui m'a obligé à rester une nuit supplémentaire à Amman - L'accueil du personnel, la propreté de la chambre, chambre très spacieuse également, la proximité des grands axes routiers et points de restauration tout en étant suffisamment éloigné pour être au calme et dormir tranquillement. La clim/chauffage est bruyante.

- Iyad (3/5): Basic, a bit far from the city centre, good for less than 24 hrs stays - It’s basic, good for less than 1 day stays I’ve got manipulated by the hotel management and forced to pay extra for early check in. I asked before going to the hotel about the amount and the hotel didn’t say they want to charge, however, that was a technique for them to lock me in
