- Michelle (8/5): Close to the Okazaki Castle, good food and ofuro - The hotel is close to Okazaki Castle. Comfortable beds. Nice ofuro area. Plenty of breakfast food options if you are planning to have your morning meal included. While certain portions of the hotel have a nice view of Okazaki Castle, the area directly around the hotel has very limited restaurant choices, including within the hotel. The hotel is also showing its age, unless you like the retro look.

- ウラレナ (10/5): 毎年泊まりたい。 - 大抵のホテルは、部屋に入るとシステムバス横の廊下部分になると思うが、ここがドア幅２枚分くらいの広さがある！ 旅先でスーツケース広げたいタイプの人は大満足の部屋の広さ。 チェックイン前に偶然、隣の岡崎城公園でグレート家康公「葵」武将隊の演舞が観られたのが楽しかった。キッチンカーも出ていた。 宿泊階はやや低めでも川のある景色が良かった。朝食会場からの岡崎城の景色もいい。 大浴場は利用できなかったが、２〜３時間おきに男女の入れ替えがあるので、スタッフの目が常に行き届いて、女性の安全は守られているのではないかと思った。 コンビニは橋向こうでやや遠い。 朝食はパンやパンケーキやフレンチトーストが温められると良かった。メープル風シロップはヨーグルトの横にも置いておくといいと思う。

- KOJI (9/5): - 大浴場が良かった。ちょうど桜の開花時期だったので、ホテル前の河川敷と岡崎城近辺の散策が最高。 大浴場と小浴場が時間交代制で、思うような時間に入浴出来なくて残念。

- 5c3d0e1f11907031a3074b9060ecf85e (5/5): 残念だった - 岡崎の中心部だったので便利だった 子供は5階で内装も綺麗でしたが 私達は8階で昔風で古くさくて華麗でわなかった。大浴場の下だったせいか 何かパイプに水の流れる音なのか大きな音がしてらうるさかった。お風呂が大浴場中浴場と何回か時間で男 女に変わるのでそれが嫌な感じがした。

- Amanda (7/5): Enjoyable stay - The location was excellent. There was a festival happening so I was able to eat food from various stalls, enjoy cherry blossoms, and see Okazaki castle all right next to the hotel. The staff were very kind and helped me get a taxi upon check out. They also didn't request to see my passport or residence card when I informed them I live in Japan. The large spa was nice and had a large hot bath, small cold bath, and 2-3 person sauna. Only disappointment was there wasn't much of a view due to foggy windows. The view during breakfast though was great! There was also a good selection of things to eat. My room was on the 8th floor, under the spa area. There were constant running water sounds and various other noises. As a light sleeper, it made it very difficult for me to sleep and I was woken up several times throughout the night.

- NATSUKO (10/5): 連泊したかったです - 9階の大浴場からも岡崎城が見えて良かったです。 部屋からの眺め最高でした。 部屋は綺麗にリフォームされていて快適にすごせました。 モーニングのクロワッサンパリパリで美味しかったです。ご当地食材のたまごだったりお味噌汁だったりすごく楽しめました。 欲を言えば夜の大浴場の窓ガラス、湯気で曇っていたのでこれがなければもっと岡崎城が綺麗に見られるのにと思いました。

Although the rooms needed modernising the bathroom unit was new and was a pleasure to use. Staff extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. Very tired decor, rooms could do with being updated

- Philip (8/5): Very enjoyable and would consider staying their again on my next visit. - The Location was good with easy access to the areas I wanted to visit and the proximity to the river was very pleasant and provided a beautify area for relaxing and walking. The Breakfast was good but would have benefitted for western visitors access to white sliced bread and a toaster, as this is what is usually available in western hotels. The weather was very cold and windy during my visit and unfortunately the seal on the window in my room was poor and in need of repair. This resulted in a cold draft blowing in to the room making the room cold.

- ryo (5/5): 他に安い所があれば高い金を払って泊まるまでもないかなと思います。スタッフの質も中途半端な感じです。 - フロントスタッフに設備の場所を聞いただけでとても不機嫌で目も合わせずに対応されました。言葉遣いもぶっきらぼうで非常に不愉快でした。早朝だったからかな？対応頂いたのはメガネの少し若めの男性でした。駐車場も満車じゃないのに満車のランプが点灯してました。止めてもいいか確認しても空いてなければ遠い駐車場にとだけ案内されました。念の為地下を確認すると複数台分空いてました。確認もせず適当な返しはどうかと思います。 他の対応は色々柔軟にして頂け助かりましたがいい面よりも悪い面が目立ってしまい残念でした
