• Daniel (9/5): - The location was perfect. It is very near Vatican and right around the corner is a bus stop with plenty of busses that can take you all around the city. The staff were very nice. There was a kitchenette with some basic kitchenware. It’s great that there is also a convenient washer and dryer. My brother was doing some cooking and he complained that some of the kitchenware was dirty/old.

• Heidi (8/5): - Die Lage ist super, in der Nähe der Busstation für ins Stadtzentrum, einige Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Küche gut ausgestattet . Netter Vermieter bemüht dass alle zufrieden sind. unter dem Name B&Bike/Rooms haben wir uns vorgestellt einen Velokeller/Garage vorzufinden. Das war aber nur über einige Treppenstufen innerhalb des Gebäudes auf und wieder ab zu bewerkstelligen. Und der Velokeller war sehr eng. Für unsere E-Bikes haben wir dann eine Garage etwa 500m weg von der Unterkunft bekommen um sie sicher einzustellen.
• Cariaso (10/5): - The hotel was a little bit away from the busy city center, but the hotel is near to many bus stations going to the city center depending on where you want to go. The hotel was clean, quiet and safe. They also arrange bike tours, but unfortunately we have a kid with us, we're not able to avail. A new experience to us is the check-in system, a quite a good to try. Mr. Claudio, the coordinator was so accomodating and very helpful.
• sharyn (8/5): - Close to buses to get to things easily, having a laundry and bike shed/garage was great to work on our bicycles, and they even organised bike boxes and transport back to the airport. Also, everything you need in a shared kitchen. Very clean and tidy.

• Alun (10/5): Perfect! Would recommend! - Perfect location for the end of our cycling trip, Via Francigena. Secure bike storage. Comfortable rooms, kitchen and washing facilities. Walking distance to all the usual Rome attractions. Claudio has been so helpful, sourcing bike boxes for our return flights home. He also transported us to the airport.

• Oliver (9/5): Excellent spot to stay in Rome - The location was great with a nice walk to metro and bus stop. In a safe location. Very tidy rooms and the cleaners went the extra mile. Was easy to contact them and only a few rooms so wasn't ever noisy or messy. Probably could have changed the cake left out as a breakfast snack after sitting there a few days.
• Bianconi (9/5): Good value for money. Recommend - Position, cleaness , availability of staff. The door toilet was a bit faulty, but not a problem.
• Dumitru (9/5): This is what you need for a vacation in Rome. - A good place for anyone to stay in rome for a vacation or a short trip. Is like 25 minute by walk from Vatican, so it's perfect for main point. Also has close connection to bus stations, like Clodio. Unfortunately, the bikes doesn't have a chain to use them for parking, so I didn't really used them because of this.
• Nina (10/5): - The hotel is in a cute neighbor thats right near the Clodio bus stop which gets you to all of Rome. The owner and staff are friendly and able to use Google translate to communicate with many languages. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The shower had excellent hot water.

Property is located next to biking lanes and located in a beautiful area. 30 minute walk from Vatican City. Great restaurants nearby. They have great amenities, excellent source of recommendations and of course the bike rentals! We did not get the chance to do the bike tour but will highly recommend. The locations they take you to will hit majority of Rome

The place had a clean room, bicycles, and electric bikes (10 euros/day) available for rent, along with coffee, which created a great atmosphere. Since we mainly ate out during our stay in Rome, everything we needed was provided. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit.

But it is noticeable that money and comfort have stopped being invested in - Everything was very accessible and clear regarding how to use the facilities. Due to my carelessness, I booked a room with two beds. The owner of the hotel quickly made concessions and changed my room. Good location, close to buses to the center and minimarket. I was completely unaware of the parking situation in Rome. Because here for the first time. Of course, the owner is not obliged to inform how to use the public parking lot near the hotel. The administrator offered me a car box for 180 euros for two nights. When I refused, after some time he offered me the same parking for 30€ for two nights as written in the booking, but it was necessary to go further from the hotel. When I reached the place, a local guy told me that the public parking near the hotel is free from 19:00 to 08:00 in the morning. And as a result, he parked his car near the hotel itself for €8 for two nights. Also, I cannot but say that the premises have long been in need of repair. Black seams in the bathroom, torn and dirty in various parts of the wall. And this is a basement room, although there are mosquito nets on the windows, mosquitoes ate us. There were no hygiene products, only liquid soap.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - It was quiet. The property is only about 2km from the Vatican. It's in a nice neighborhood and walking around at night felt safe.

• Mrandreev (7/5): Bad location, bad breakfast, good price - The owner was responsive and provided all the information in a very understandable manner. Our room was right next to the entrance and across from where breakfast was assigned. It was extremely noisy and the noise in the morning woke us up. The other thing that disappointed us was the breakfast itself. It was extremely poor and probably the worst breakfast I have ever had. The nearest metro station is 20 min walking distance.

• Phillip (9/5): Excellent accommodation in Rome for cycle-tourers, with a very helpful host. - Great location with easy access from the cycle-way along the Tiber River, straightforward self-check-in procedure, spacious room, well equipped kitchen and laundry and a safe place to store our bikes. Claudio kindly arranged supply of bike boxes for us to transport our bikes home as well as a taxi to the airport.
• Indrajeet (5/5): Passable - Location was good during the booking it says breakfast included but in reality it is just like a self service kitchen with snacks like biscuits, smal packeted cakes which was not proper breakfast by any chance. We payed a total of 641 for the property for two nights but had to eat breakfast from outside and rooms were a bit congested .

• Alessandro (10/5): - La struttura si trova all’interno di una palazzina senza ascensore molto carina e ben curata. La posizione è assai silenziosa e vicina alla Città del Vaticano. Struttura semplice ma ben tenuta e pulita. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento. In generale valuto ottimo il mio soggiorno in questa struttura.
• Fishonyukon (8/5): An easy solution in Rome and enjoyed the biking vibe and theme. - In a nice neighborhood and building with shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Clean facility with clear instructions on self-check-in and really nice video instructions. Easily bikeable to all the major attractions. Breakfast only seemed to include a random assortment of processed packaged sweet goods. Would have been nice to have a bit of fruit or yoghurt.

• Paweł (8/5): Comfortable basic and clean - Very clean, quite comfortable, all that is needed. Bikes at disposal is great idea and quite useful and convenient for Rome. Breakfast is not a real breakfast- just some sweet snacks and good coffee. Rooms are quite basic, there is practically no view through window. Place is great just to stay for the nights and not to spend much time in a room.

• Lely (8/5): We love the concept and made full use of the bikes - We really loved the bikes and to cycle allround in Rome! Everything we need was available, light, lock, helmets. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't need much, as we were out all day... The breakfast wasn't really breakfast, just some packed snacks. and coffee or tea. The kitchen was very handy though! The cycles up and down the stairs carrying is not easy.

• A (8/5): A good location with a great way to get around included. - The access to bikes was great for us to get around and was the main draw to staying at this place. The place was maintained by Christian who checked us in and was super super helpful and nice. Even though it was a self check in process, we were very glad he was there to help us. We appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer, but perhaps having some instructions on how to use the machines would have been helpful. The breakfast was not really breakfast. The host asks you to use WhatsApp for check in instructions. The videos that guide us through checking in and the rules, made it seem like actual breakfast would have been prepared and available to us, but breakfast is just having the snacks be “included” within a certain time frame.
• Amy (9/5): Lovely and active stay - Modern, clean, fairly quiet street, good neighbourhood. The use of bikes was a great idea, Rome is flat and roads felt safe to cycle along. Facilities were great, felt very homely, and the director- Claudio, was friendly and attentive. Metro (single is €1.50) is 15 mins walk away from the b&b, bus stop round the corner. You had to lift the bikes up some stairs and through a heavy door. Not an issue for us, but maybe for others. Breakfast is minimal- coffee, breakfast biscuits etc. however not uncommon for an Italian breakfast. Garbage truck comes along at 12/1am ish. Wifi was rubbish- used my data the whole time.

• Mina (4/5): - the room is super small, the matress and pillow are of very low quality, the bathroom is very small, the shower is tiny and water easily comes out of it and floods the bathroom. The room would smell like smoke if you leave the windows open The breakfast is basically a collection of some cookies, caned jam/honey, ... absolutely nothing fresh: no bread, cheese, etc, even no toaster unlike advertised. limited dishes, worn-out and unusable pans. The kitchen is shared among all the guests and is quite small too. Also no cleaning service for the kitchen other than the daily one. So you may end-up having to clean after other guests if you need to use the kitchen utensils later in the day. On the positive side, the property manager is very responsive and helpfull in answering questins (via WhatsApp), although you probably won't meet him or any other staff in person.
