• Woanyuh (10/5): Heavenly!! - Having the luxury of a sauna in our own glass house, a jacuzzi in the the back yard, reindeer sleighs jingling through the pine forest outside of our windows, walking-distance to all the fun in Santa Village and lying down on the sofa or the bed looking into a sky with northern light atop, I don't know what else one can wish for! Heaven on earth! Their hospitality is welcoming and caring at the reception and the restaurant. The fine dining experience at their restaurant is splendid! The reindeer of the day was the best we've tasted. And the willow grouse was so divine, it left us speechless for a minute. We also loved the chocolate mousse for dessert. For breakfast, there is a very wide range of selection with local berry products and specialties, must try their fresh sour bread! The pick-up from the train station was a lot more pricey than we expected compared to local taxi. I wondered why airport pick-up, around 10 minutes, was free while train station pick-up, a 15 minute ride, were charged so much more. If it wasn't our first time there and landing in the middle of the night, we would probably make other choices.

• SHENG HUI (9/5): 飯店的服務非常好，可以寄放行李，抵達時也有專人協助置放行李到住宿地點。住宿地點很好，距離聖誕老人村只需要步行約10分鐘，樹林也常常可以看到馴鹿雪橇的tour。 - 樹林加上雪景，景色非常美麗也讓人感到放鬆。尤其是戶外SPA池，非常令人驚艷😍 北歐的餐點多數還是偏冷餐，吃的比較不習慣。且距離聖誕老人村約10-15分鐘步行路程，光害比較嚴重，如果是為了極光去的，需要天氣非常好才能看到。

Excellent rooms and facilities coffee machine, kettle , fridge etc 2. with sauna inside bathroom - clean and heats up fast ! 3. and outside jacuzzi facing snow covered Forrest, private for each room and it’s always pre-heated with fresh water for each booking 4. Clean, decent standard of the rooms 5. Great views with huge windows allowing to soak in the serene atmosphere service was sub par and what they could do better to improve. 1. Resort staff was attentive and responds quickly 2. However be mindful with dietary issues or allergy restrictions (some employees do not understand these concepts). 3. Dinner could take a long time 2.5h, so best to plan with extra time 4. no in-room service available outside lunch till 9pm 5. Be cautious with their Salmon as it came with odor and freshness concerns 6. Airport shuttle driver was unwilling to help with luggage and left us with to lift and handle it ourselves 7. Many non Finnish seasonal workers at the resort 8. Consider it 4 star and your expectations might be managed ok. It’s only their self rating anyway and many of the international 5 star requirements aren’t met here.

• ZEYNEP (10/5): Hayatımın en güzel tatillerinden biriydi, bunda glass resortun katkısı büyük - Dışarda sadece odamıza ait jakuzi olması inanılmaz güzel bir şeydi ve oda içinde sauna olması muhteşemdi. Personeller son derece yardımseverdi, temizlik muhteşemdi. Maldivler deneyimimden sonra kaldığım en iyi tesis. Her sene gelmeye kararlıyız tabii yer bulabilirsek. Vejetaryen seçenek çok fazla yoktu. Ve kahvaltısı biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Ama yine de bunlar tesise 10 puan vermemden geri koyamıyor beni. Bayıldım!

Das Abendessen und Frühstück, sowie die Freundlichkeit des Personals kann man sehr loben! Die Gehwege wurden mit dem Bagger freigeräumt, jedoch nicht nochmals gestreut, was die Wege zu einer Rutschpartie machte. Die Anreise und Abreise mitsamt Gepäck wurde dadurch etwas abenteuerlicher und gefährlicher.

Rien a redire tout est parfait Jacuzzi et sauna par temps froid : un régal ! Le personnel est accueillant et le restaurant galis est tout simplement EXCELLENT avec des serveurs adorables ! • Clara (10/5): Sprookjesachtig en Uber gezellig - Heel dicht bij de luchthaven- prima transfer met persoon die klaarstaat aan de luchthaven- check in vlot en zeer vriendelijk- hadden het geluk dat ons geboekt verblijf reeds vrij was dus dat we bij aankomst om 9u ‘s ochtends al in onze villa konden. Ook bij ons vertrek waren ze enorm behulpzaam. Vlucht was pas s avonds en kregen na check Out de mogelijkheid om in een vrije kamer te douchen etc. Half pension geboekt met heerlijk eten en gezelligheid in restaurant Gallis. Wij verbleven in een Deluxe accommodatie en die was overheerlijk comfortabel met eigen sauna en jacuzzi (alle kamers hebben eigen jacuzzi en sauna). Als gezin van 6 hebben we gigantisch genoten van ons verblijf ! Niets

We loved how traditional the dinner menu was, showcasing local dishes that felt authentic and full of character. The service throughout the entire experience was kind and professional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Booking the tour was quick and easy, and everything was meticulously planned, and it was clear they put a lot of effort into organizing every detail. One of the best parts was meeting the huskies and reindeers truly an unforgettable experience! Getting up close to the animals, learning about their care, and even having a chance to interact with them made the whole trip even more special. The entire experience was truly magical, and we’re so glad we chose this tour. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to explore this incredible region. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable adventure! Everything was perfect !!
• Gunseli (9/5): Pretty but expensive - Location is perfect for families, right next to santa's village and it's activities. The view, sauna and hot tub is also great. Breakfast is good and service people are nice. You barely see aurora even if it's in it'shighest. You still need to book aurora hunting tour. It is too expensive for the value. I'd prefer to see more local treats in the restaurant. For example focaccia with olive oil is nice and I love it, but it's a lost opportunity to try something local within our limited time there.

• esen (10/5): Olağanüstü bir konaklama deneyimi - Tesis tek kelime ile olağanüstü. Kaldığımız oda sıcak su jakuzisi bulunan iglolrardandı. -19 derecede mayo ile havuza girmek çok farklı ve güzel bir deneyimdi. Sonrasında keyfimizi odamızda bulunan sauna ile taçlandırdık. Oda iki katlı. Üst katta sadece yatak ve komidinler var. Bazı yorumlarda klostrofobik diye okumuştum, sanırım eğimli duvar yapısından dolayı böyle bir yorum yapılmıştı, ama cam tavan ve alanın sıkışık olmayışı kenarlardaki eğimlilikten kaynaklanan negatifliği yok ediyor. Alt katta ise fazlasıyla geniş ve rahat bir oturma alanı (kanepe ve koltuklar, minik bir masa ve sandalyeler, tv) ve pişirme imkanı olmayan minik bir mutfak alanı bulunuyor. Konaklamaya dahil olan akşam yemeği tam bir fine dining restoran hizmeti veriyor. Garsonlar her bir yemeği açıklayıp anlatıyor ve özel bir deneyim yaşamanızı sağlıyor. Yediğimiz her şey aşırı lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve her şey çok lezzetli. Otele ait Tek pişmanlığım daha uzun kalmamaktı.

Breakfasts were fantastic, and the dinners truly met fine-dining standards — both in cuisine and service. We traveled with two young children, and the hotel was perfect for them as well. Upon arrival, the children were welcomed with thoughtful kids’ amenities, which immediately made them feel special. The children’s menu in the restaurant was excellently designed, offering high-quality options suitable for young guests. Overall, the resort has a very warm and genuine kids-friendly atmosphere, while still maintaining a premium standard. The location is outstanding, with Santa Claus Village within easy walking distance, which is a huge advantage, especially for families. The private outdoor jacuzzi and sauna were absolutely wonderful after a full day spent outdoors and provided the perfect way to relax. We also highly appreciated the fast and smooth communication with the reception via WhatsApp — always responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Overall, a truly exceptional experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this resort. An extra wardrobe in the room would be useful.

Pasar un par de noches en el resort fue simplemente excelente, todo superó nuestras expectativas, que no eran para nada bajas! Tener la suerte de ver un baile de auroras boreales, metidos en el yacuzzi exterior a 39°, mientras la temperatura ambiente era de -30°, hizo que todos los recuerdos sean todavía mejores, y que parezcan una alucinación! Bravo! No poder quedarnos más tiempo ;-)

Atutem jest jacuzzi oraz sauna, z których można swobodnie korzystać – idealne warunki, żeby się wyciszyć i naładować baterie. Wszystko zadbane, czyste i świetnie zorganizowane. Grosszügige Abstände und eine ruhige Lage sorgen für ein ungestörtes und exklusives Erlebnis mit freiem Blick in den Himmel und auf die Nordlichter. Die Glasiglus sind sehr hochwertig und stilvoll ausgestattet. Modernes skandinavisches Design, edle Materialien und hoher Komfort schaffen eine warme und elegante Atmosphäre. Das Personal arbeitet äusserst professionell. Von der Rezeption bis zum Service ist das Team freundlich, aufmerksam und diskret und sorgt für einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Absolut perfekt
• Fatma (10/5): inanılmaz güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. ve keşke daha fazla kalabilseydik. - konum harikaydı . her yere yakın ve yürüme mesafesindeydi. özellikle kat kat giyinip yürümek zorun olduğumuz için hiç yorulmadık. odanın konforu sıcaklık ve manzara beklentimizin çok ama çok üstündeydi. yemekler mükemmeldi . resturant beklediğimizden daha şık ve hizmet olarak mükemmel ve servis oldukça başarılı yemekler ise lezzet olarak çok güzeldi. sevmediğimiz hiç bir şey olmadı sanırım. her şey çok ama çok mükemmel ötesi güzeldi. :):):) gayet mutlu gayet keyifli bir tatil deneyimi yaşadık

• Luiz Felipe (10/5): Worth it! - The hot tub, sauna and rooms were delightful. Breakfast and dinner were all amazingly tasty, and the staff attentive throughout the stay. Thank you Glass House! Nothing major, our window was not heating properly so it took awhile to remove the snow, but we managed to sort it in the end :) The view was worth it

• Simone (10/5): Immancabile tappa a Rovaniemi. - Struttura mozzafiato sia nella gestione che nei servizi, é un'esperienza, e come tale ha un costo elevato ma che vale ogni centesimo. Jacuzzi vista foresta innevata, cena strepitosa con gusti ricercati, colazione a buffet con varietà tra carne pesce, arredamento effetto scandinavo curato nei dettagli... per non parlare della sauna e della vicinanza al Santa Claus Village. Ciliegina sulla torta staff cordiale e sorridente sempre. :) Ho amato tutto.

• Yun Ting (10/5): - 早餐很棒，可以吃到芬蘭常見的食物：莓果、黑麥麵包、起司類、沙棘汁等。食物新鮮好吃、甜點也很棒。服務人員會詢問要什麼飲品，現弄的卡布奇諾、拿鐵都非常好喝。 房間空間乾淨、採光好，窗戶看出就是樹林，抬頭就是天空，晚上可以看月亮跟星空（取決天氣如何）。 房內設備有桑拿、廚房、客廳、餐桌、床鋪（在二樓，而且很舒服！），戶外有熱水池。廚房的用品，餐具齊全（鍋碗杯通通有）！ 散步就能走到聖誕老人村。 我們提早抵達，也讓我們提早入住了。 熱水池較沒有隱私性，且水之氯氣味道重（但我的朋友不在意）。
