- Sandra (10/5): Beautiful unit in great location - Well located and appointed unit. Beautiful surroundings leading to a peaceful stay. Great location to MCG precinct and a short walk to the city for access to restaurants, bars, theatre, etc. Good instructions on how to get in and use of appliances. Bonus to have secure parking space that you could use. Everything was fine.

- Alessi (9/5): Fabulous, loved it, will stay again. - The quiet position amongst the trees of jolimont, easy access, very comfortable, easy walk to tram stops and great cafe up the road. Just a few little issues, the kitchen tap is awkward and a little mould in the shower recess, it didn’t bother us but needs attention we think.

- Lynette (9/5): Superb - Beautiful unit. Clean Our stay was 11 nights as daughter in hospital. Could not come back at night and relax as the lounge and dining chairs very uncomfortable

- Brooke (10/5): Exceptional - So close to all you need, quiet and tucked away. Amazing if you are going to catch some sport, just a few minutes walk to the MCG and close to Rod Laver, AAMI etc.
A lovely leafy view and so bright and airy, with plenty of space to enjoy time together or have a quiet moment to yourself in the comfy beds and couch. Short walk to Flinders Street Station and a quick free tram into Bourke St Mall. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

- Juanita (8/5): A wonderful stay shared with my adult daughter her husband and their 6month old baby. Friends visited often and we didn’ - comfortable. spacious. in a beautiful setting. Train noises late at night and early morning-like to sleep with windows open. The ceiling exhaust fan in bathroom needs cleaning and seems to be on all the time.

Renovation of another apartment was taking place, whilst we appreciate this is necessary, we didn’t really appreciate the workmen starting before 8am one morning and the smell of the varnish/paint was very strong, even when our door was closed. Workmen were always very polite and stopped working when we walked through.

Really nice outlook into the leafy gardens Would gladly stay there again. Trudging with our luggage up those dark stairs was our biggest dislike. A bit confusing regarding parking on arrival but sorted over the phone. Would have liked a map or instructions how to access pool. Also, the day was incorrect in the information book for rubbish bin and recycling collection and which bin belonged to unit.

- Werner (3/5): Not gonna happen again! - Location for purposes of visiting the Australian Open was perfect. Walked into a construction site with the unit immediately adjacent undergoing renovations with hammer drills overpowering even the chance to have a normal conversation. Was never informed of this prior to arriving otherwise would have made a different choice. Upon raising it as an issue, the admin simply batted it away as unfortunate but unavoidable. Had to call up more than a week after vacating the accommodation to find out where my security deposit refund was - still don't have it returned. There are much better options available and I would suggest you find them as struggling with unsympathetic business owners is just a deal breaker.
- Fiona (9/5): Ideal location with very well-equipped apartment and delightful surroundings - Excellent, quiet location. Close to the city, public transport and multiple dining options. The actual area itself was very tranquil and very little city noise to interrupt the silence. The gardens at the property fostered the sense of tranquility The weather was absolutely dreadful when we were there but pretty sure that was not the owner's fault!!!

The apartment itself was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Melbourne.
